I thought I read somewhere once that Bradley had his ears pinned back.  I think AJ started with her plastic surgery pretty early on (as if 20's and 30's wasn't early on enough).

I do believe you can have lip reductions. (I've read Jennifer Lopez has had this procedure.)

Nice catch, her eyes are much more almond shaped than they were when she was younger. They used to be quite big and round.
