ReplyIn Chinese horoscope this year is the year of the snake, so I’m thinking it will be the year of someone born in the year of the snake…1965, 1977, 1989. From what the horoscope says, Jolie was born in 1975 so she’s not a snake.
Plus, this snake is wrapped around her neck, and it looks like it could choke her, in the figurative sense though.

Vaughn died of lung cancer at 61, although he may just be saying, in with the new out with the old, Brad us looking old, like BB, is that Benjamin Button, all I can think of. There is a place ok n India, called Monsoon, on the beach, but the huts are hidden by the gardens around it. They are referred to , or one hur as , The Secret Garden, your home away from home, maybe a reference to their status, IDK. Psalm 51 I know people interpret this scripture in different ways, but I am going with, one of them is willing at this point to do whatever it takes for their salvation..but who they want that from IDK. I am inclined to think this is Brad. He was humiliated by his embarrassing commercial, his movie was a flop, WWZ is not on solid ground, and I think he would like to hold on to the kids. Maybe the “give me a compound sentence” connects her in the first half of the clue up to “sedition” and then him beginning with “broken and contrite heart?” It actually makes some sense that way. He might try to give her (the cat and the snake??) a “bath” but she’ll come out ahead.

Here’s an idea…if the riddle splits in half, connected by the compound sentence, with her being the first half and him the second…could that identify the optimist and pessimist in the quote? She would then be the optimist looking forward to this year; he would be the pessimist making sure the old year leaves. IMO that would be the way it would read. The author of the quote was born in Mo. and she’s getting rid of the old paint, the old picture…him. She dumps him? That’s the plan…that’s why it’s her year? And imo that’s the only way it would work, she has to look the stronger and he can’t be seen as the dumper (even though at heart I think he would be).

Interesting, I’m not sure that I knew that Boho wrote that. If that’s true I wonder why the ring photo-op in April, why not just announce the marriage? Ian tweeted the photo of the man w/the sign about divorce back in October, I believe, so maybe… I’m convinced that, on her part, choices made in manic moments have caused behind the scenes difficulties and that’s some of what Ian riddles to us.

I’m fuzzy on timelines but wasn’t there a rumor around Christmas last year of a possible marriage and then a couple of months later the tattoo with the coordinates of brad’s birthplace appeared. I think that’s when they were photographed at the airport in MO. Also, Brad has been wearing a gold band on his right hand for a while now. If it’s true then they’ve been playing the public big time.

Siska, I found it hard to express my thoughts about the plan but you did it in a very good way. I also thought that the actors / actresses has a script and thats not the same as they support everyone to keep one or more guns in their home. Just because you have the right to have a gun, it doesn´t mean you have to own one and keep it in your home. There has been enough catastrophes where private persons has killed innocent people with guns. It happens either you are allowed to own a weapon or not but at least, a plan, could prevent some of the unnecessary shooting. The boy who killed all the kids before christmas perhaps hadn´t done it if he wasn´t able to open a drawer and pick a gun or riffle.

We’ve had the right to bear arms for over 235 yrs, but in the last decade or two, our society has been desensitized to violence by HW, so having them preach to us now is a joke! Another thing that’s changed in the last couple decades, is the amount of people on SSRI antidepressants. Big Pharma is using us as guinea pigs…and it should be clear that doctors need to monitor their patients better when they start and stop these drugs. IF HW is serious about wanting to make a change, or a difference…they should do it, no one is stopping them. End of rant

As long as there are violent people, violent acts will happen. Whether they choose to steal a gun, car, knife, or poison, they will achieve their goal unless stopped by a law abiding citizen willing to step up. Generally it’s a law enforcement office if they are lucky enough to be forewarned; however, with mentally ill people who plot and plan their grand finale’ they generally want to leave a rememberance behind and the more deaths the better in their diseased minds. But for the life of me I cannot understand the need for citizens to own military style assault weapons that are made for one purpose and that is to kill people. Why is this necessary? That said, the guns are only part of the problem and I agree with those who’ve stated that it’s the mental illness and the drugs used to treat it, the violence in the culture via movies, television and video games.

ReplyNo, it’s not just you. I get clue fatigue too. Ian gives us hints as to what’s going and we can only draw our own conclusions based on the interpretations of others here (I can’t interpret anything!). You also have to watch what they do and say including the rumors that come out via the tabloids. I’ve felt for a while that they got married secretly only because of the gold band brad wears on his right hand and her 7th tattoo. I don’t know why they would keep a marriage a secret other than they get a lot more mileage out of the perpetual wedding rumors than they would have gotten from announcing a marriage. Also, I believe they have an open relationship and if one of them is ever caught “cheating” I think it would look worse if people know they’re married. The fact that she’s not wearing the ring doesn’t really mean anything to me. People don’t always wear their rings. Of course, I could be totally wrong and they’ve split up. We’ll have to watch what they do if jen gets married. I believe angie competes with her so I’m sure she’ll do or say something.

What you say is right. But where is it most efficient to begin to change the attitude against violence. There isn´t one answer to that question. The attitude has to change in all these different areas as the are tied so closed together. If you can prevent one single lunatic from shooting someone, it would be worth a plan, perhaps with rules how to store weapons at home. At the same time movies and computer games needs to be censored. It´s oldfashioned to do but since many parents don´t care what their kids look at or what game the plays per hats it´s a necessary thing to do. And the doctors need to be more careful with meds. There are many people that is mentally ill and ought to be in hospital instead of walking around the streets.
Right now I think a lot of these question. Ten days before christmas two people and a dog was killed by a riffle at a small village where I have a summerhouse. The murderer put the place on fire after the murder so it´s hard to find technical evidence. This is the fourth time it happens in an small village. There is one suspect. In 2006 he was arrested for three months but at the trial the judge and jury had to let him go in lack of evidence like DNA or footprints. But his motive to kill was very clear. There is a similar motive this time too. The police is very silent and don´t say a word about the investigation. But people in the village are scared. My family had planed to celebrate the New Year in the village but we didn´t go there. There wasn´t anyone who celebrated. Most people who lives there hunts so they have riffles. They keep it close all the time. This situation doesn´t fit in the scenarios above. They have not been able too get the suspected man labeled as a psychopath.

I may be wrong, but I don’t believe most people want an outright ban on guns, just those that are assault rifle types. I don’t like guns, but I grew-up in a house that had them. Just because I may not own one now, doesn’t mean that I want to give up my right to own one at a later date if I decide it has become necessary.
I honestly believe that is the way to go. Fully automatic or semi-automatic assult rifles are NOT made to use hunting wild game for food, and clips that hold more than five rounds are also not necessary for safe hunting of food in the wild. I see nothing wrong with keeping them out of the hands of John Q. Public, and possibly our government since they allowed a plethora of such weapons to get into the hands of the Mexican drug cartel. I’m still steamed up over that one. But yes, the Second Amendment to our Constitution gives every citizen the right to bear arms, so be it.@WCKitty:

That is so sad. I heard on the news that in the historic section of Sacramento, CA, aka “Old Sacramento” that on during the evening of New Year’s Eve, five people were shot. Two of the victims had died and the firework festivities that were planned to be held over the river were canceled. According to the news, the area was filled with families with young children. While I’m sad for the victims, thankfully the shooting took place only in the bar.
There are so many reasons for all these killings, and many have been mentioned here. I also believe that as a society we are producing a large number of sociopaths. I have read that psychopaths are born, but people become sociopaths for several reasons when they are young. For example, it can be a bump on the head in the right place or because of the way they were raised. The whole thing is scary because I was reading an article by a person who works in the medical field and they talked about ways that these people may be able to be helped by retraining their brains. ReplyThe Mexican Drug Cartel has a lot of power and it make me so mad! The are reported to be growing pot in our national forests. They have armed patrols to protect their plants in the very forests that are paid for by US citizens. In other words, we aren’t free to roam our own forests so that they can make money off of illegal drugs. On top of that, they are supposedly using banned pesticides, such as DDT to grow the plants, which then gets into the streams through run-offs and their illegal dumping of garbage. While I don’t smoke the stuff, I don’t like the thought that people are unknowingly smoking pot that has been grown with a banned pesticide. The fore-mentioned issues, along with medical issues, are some of the reasons that I agree with the legalization of pot.
Ian, I’m gettin’ sad. I come here for the latest gossip about the brand because it is a grand escape. I can’t engage in talk of politics and guns, so can you please give more clues to direct it back to the brand? thanks….

ReplyI wonder if End of the ride is referencing the end of the 9 year reality show as the NY Post wrote, with the philosophy of the Sr being much like Brad and the jrs like hers. In addition, to take that a little further, the long running show Neighbours, The End of the ride, episode 4691, aired April 4,2005 may be reflective also. The theme of the show is “be there for one another”, ha! lol, but that episode was about : Izzy shocks Paul with knowledge that she has to destroy him. The Timmins sisters hit Ramsey street. Lyn breaks up with Andy over the issue of children. Now, go google character of Izzy in Neighbours, then do it for Paul, then Lyn, then Andy. The character development of Izzy is picture perfect for Angie, Paul for Brad, especially from the beginning, and Lyn for Jen and how she evolved. Might not be where Ian was going, but amazing how close those characters are.

I read that blind by CDAN and IMO that is awful for Angie to say that Brad was the guy that she “settled” for after not landing Colin. I’m sure that is a huge bust to Brad’s ego and the fact that she went after Brad knowing he was married just makes me dislike her even more. So she uses Brad for her own self gain at the expense of both Brad and Jen? What about the children? If true, I’m sure she tells him often.
I don’t know if they have to marry. Other posters are stating that they are probably just getting people to be used to not seeing them together; easing people into their breakup. When was the last time they were spotted or pictured together?

Yes, I’ve long believed and still believe that they both can step away from the relationship publicly and their careers will survive (yes even with the ‘promise for the future’) if they focus on their work (that’s not to say they won’t need to do some careful pr). Yes they’ll take a hit in the media, esp the celebrity mags, but I think it will be less than say back in ‘09. A carefully worded statement that they have reflected on their situation and in the best interest of their family (or something like that…) and they remain co-parents to their children…blah…blah. Then they need to stfu, lay low (as they are doing now), stop using the family for promotion, and agree to a gag order on both sides.
Unless they are concerned that something will leak or happen as a result of a split.
People are still interested in them, but it’s not at the height it was in ‘05-’09. And there sure seems to be more people commenting on and doubting celebrity pr in general. Sadly, I don’t think it would be a surprise to the masses – just ends up being the HW cliche – it’s the media that goes nuts in their reporting. The key is to lay low for a while. I think the worst thing a couple with children could do would be to get married so they could get divorced. It would teach the children no values, that image comes before everything else and that it’s ok to lie. Their children will read everything some day.

He looks like he is feeling a little uncomfortable with the guy taking his photo to me. My kids would do that when they were little if a stranger approached. Her bodyguard appears to be standing right next to her in this book store, but he let it go? Seems odd doesn’t it? She does not look up, at least at that moment. Reminds me of those ridiculous engagement photos of them standing in from of a window and one of them not being the least bit interested. I suppose they think people are more likely to believe it if they look ordinary, drab clothes, messy hair, chipped polish. The first sign of emotional abuse to come. ReplyI think any smart business woman, and she is, could possibly be interpreted as being a little bit of a diva. If it was a guy, he would just be considered successful and on his game. I have never heard Jen referred to as bitch or selfish or manipulative, or hateful, just warm, compassionate, empathetic, sincere, very savvy, stern and strict professionally -when it comes to her image and finances. All good qualities. She toughened up a bit after being on her own . If my boyfriend , much less fiance did that, regardless of who this is, it would most likely be a dealbreaker for me. I never warmed up to Brad I think because I don’t like his acting but he was handsome – it’s sad to see what he’s become though after the way they treated jen it’s hard to feel too sorry for him. With kids to boot… They will forever be connected because of their children. JA/Brad, not so much, NO children! Next month another milestone JA turns 44 years old, officially a middle-aged woman, mid 40’s. Happy 8th birthday Zahara!! Will soon be a tween. Gawd how time flies, I remember when Brad and Angie adopted Z, a sickly 6 month old baby. It must be hard to see your babies growing-up. I know it was hard for me. One moment you’re carrying them in your arms as babies and the next moment they’re heading to high school. Baby Shiloh will be 7 years old in 4 months. I think you might be confusing us with some of the posters at FF. I don’t think it bothers anyone here that BP has been with AJ longer than he was been with JA. BP wasn’t the love of JA’s life, and JA wasn’t the love of BP’s life. I hope for the childrens sake they get married sooner rather than later. They should have done it a long time ago.
As far as Kim and Kayne are concerned, I just hope they don’t pimp out their baby the way Kris Jenner has pimped out her kids. There was a blind item recently that pointed to Kris Jenner. ReplyThe weather in Florida can change so fast. I was there during March for about a week one year. When we arrived it was so cold that the oranges on the trees were freezing, snow was reported, the wind was blowing so hard that palm trees were blowing over, and the wind pushed me backwards so I couldn’t even touch the water. Nothing like having sea-foam spray all over you. Of course the day we left the weather couldn’t have been more perfect.

I think one of the reasons they’re so low is they need to get away from the mockery of ‘12. No news is good news. And I think he’s separating himself from the Brand, at least for business/promo reasons.
Brad’s done foreign commercials b/4 (many do as it’s easy money and expands their foreign base and most Americans don’t know about it). BP “in” China is the beginning of the sell of WWZ to the foreign market imo. Most of his films have done better internationally than domestically. WWZ has had some problems though may still be a hit. But with that large budget it may need the Chinese market to really be successful and then BP’s successful “re-emergence” is PRd off that.

According to a Women’s Wear Daily article (posted at FF) Justin flew in for one day. And given the pics on Getty of him and Cruz with Italo Zucchelli (the Men’s Creative Director of Calvin Klein) I think it’s obvious, IMO, that they were both hired to promote CK and attending this show was part of the deal. As for the other stuff, I agree his formal dress style seemed to have improved with Jen (vs his casual style staying the same) but that could also be due to his attending more formal events with her and her stylists perhaps providing input or it could be due to his getting older.
Also he seems to sometimes have a weird stance when taking pictures which is evident in a few older pictures such as these ones:

He must have inherited this strange posture stance. In fairness, I’ve seen plenty of other guys have odd stances in some red carpet pics over the years.
The things that strikes me as weird about him is that I don’t get a guy who wears a name ring. Then again there’s a lot of Hollywood fashion sense I don’t get.

ReplyYes, in GOODBYE NATALIE, GOODBYE SPLENDOUR, there are great reports that we just don’t read in the media. Marti Rulli and Denis Davern, ( the captain of The Splendour) painstakingly report about the events after the tragedy.
Read somewhere that Robert Wagner was involved in a murder earlier in his life. But I didn’t think to note the source, so it just has to be reported as is.
Natalie Wood’s body was found to be highly discolored with black and blue marks. This couldn’t be because her body was hitting the dinghy. It was reported she looked as if she had been in a knockdown dragged out brawl.
There was an earlier book on Natalie. It wasn’t as hard-hitting, but I believe it did reveal that Natalie’s mother had had a terrible feeling about Wagner, and told her daughter before the wedding.
Also, it was written that Natalie Wood caught Robert W. in bed with another man, and that was the reason for the first divorce. Then, time rekindled their romance, after both divorced their spouses. This time, Natalie was firm that she’d take him back ONLY if he solemnly promised to never do it again with a man during their remarriage.
ReplyAlso, it was revealed that RW hired a man servant who was highly effeminate. Natalie was very uncomfortable around this servant and let RW know about it in no uncertain terms. RW adamantly refused to let him go.
This brings to mind that Clifton Webb, a very effeminate actor in private life, was very close to RW before he married Natalie.
Finally, the Rulli/Davern book detailed how RW orchestrated the post-drowning investigation. The law officials were star-struck, and RW immediately took advantage of that. He thwarted a full on investigation by directing the porcedural events.
I did watch some of the GGs. It clashed with something else i had to attend: my friend’s birthday party.

Good to see Mel Gibson with his pals. Glad to see him stay dry.
Have no idea about who dressed up, and in what. Out of my league.

Btw, if you’re wondering why Ben Affleck, and a couple other directors weren’t oscar nominated, it’s because the nominating group is made up of movie directors. And it’s a very small, tight group. I understand there’s about 300 plus members who vote for nominations for Best Director. It was reported that all it takes is 60 -70 votes to get a nomination.
And here’s the #1 reason: They eliminated the main competition to Spielberg by not nominating the ones percieved as his chief rivals. And it’s because they want “Lincoln” to get the lion’s share of the oscars.
But Affleck has been getting directing prizes from prestigious award shows when faced off with Spielberg. Also the BAFTA has NOT nominated Spielberg for Best Director.
It will be interesting to see if The DGA (Directors Guild of America) will award its prize to Affleck, Bigelow or Hooper, three who were snubbed for oscar nominations.

ReplyI’m going to say my favorite couple was Hugh and Deborah. Despite all the rumors about his sexuality they appear to be devoted to each other and to their children, whatever their relationship may be. I saw a clip somewhere of an Australian movie or television show they were in together when they were both younger. They had a lot of on-screen chemistry and she was very pretty. I was also happy to see Ben Affleck show his wife some love and respect. I think she’s been through a lot with him and his bad behavior. I hope he’s finally cleaned up his act and quit drinking. I thought she looked beautiful when she went up on stage. JC’s dress and hair were just awful. Kate Hudson’s dress was lovely and it fit her perfectly. She should have put her hair up though so you could see the neckline of the dress better. I thought Jodie Foster looked lovely (great haircut) and was glad she officially came out though I wish she had cut her rambling speech short. I also admired her for her loyalty and bravery to have her friend Mel Gibson sit next to her. I don’t think anyone else in HW would come anywhere near him. I loved Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, thought they were very funny and entertaining.

ReplyThis is the story that I heard was going around at the time…..that they were partying heavily and she passed out, when she came to…she went looking for RJ and found him in CW’s room. She freaked out and started hitting him, then stormed off. The men were probably worried about their own reputations IF she were to tell anyone. The capt was their drug dealer, so he was protecting his own @ss at the time. It was a recipe for disaster. And there were many boats, very close by their boat….any number of people could have help her, yet no one did. So why was that?

I just had my payroll taxes go up 2% and I’m scratching my head trying to figure out in whose reality I am considered the “rich”. I wouldn’t mind if I thought the money was being put to good use but I have an issue with tax breaks for Nascar and financial institutions who invest overseas. We’ve got a bunch of lyin, cheatin hos running the show, all of them, no differentiation between the parties, it’s just a matter of how we’re going to get screwed. So my taxes went up and my boss’s (company) taxes went up which means they’ll have to cut expenses (no raises, pass on more health care costs to employees) which will impact my/our pocketbooks, again. At the time of Natalie’s death, RW held a lot of power in the industry. Hollywood is wary of bad publicity. It goes way back when it first experienced the ire of an outraged public. It’s all in the library and would take far too long to explain.
But in the book by Rulli and Davern, if one reads between the lines, there is no doubt that RW would use his power to do harm. It’s in the book!
If the story about RW being involved in a murder earlier in his life is true, then that would add to the fear of his power. If you read the book, you will see that RW practically held Davern hostage for quite a while. He showered him with rewards for his silence. Remember that the three men rehearsed their stories so that they’d be in sync when the authorities interviewed them.

I completely agree with you about the tax breaks for Nascar etc, that really ticks me off. However, the temporary payroll tax holiday was for workers only, not your boss (company). So your boss shouldn’t be using that as an excuse for no raises or for passing on health care costs.
Payroll taxes, also known as FICA (Federal Insurance Contributions Act) taxes, are made up of the Social Security tax (Old Age, Survivors, Disability Insurance aka OASDI) and the Medicare tax (Hospital Insurance aka HI). Payroll taxes are imposed on earned income, which includes wages, bonuses and tips but not investment income. Payroll taxes are completely separate from Federal and State taxes.
The 12.4% OASDI rate and the 2.9% HI rate has been the rate for 20 years prior to 2010. The 12.4% is split equally so the employee pays 6.2% and employer pays 6.2%. Same with the HI tax, each pays 1.45% for a total of 2.9%. See the table at this link.

Thank you for the information and the table. It’s interesting to see the historical data. I knew the payroll taxes increased only on individuals because our payroll company informed us of that. What I wasn’t sure about were the Bush tax cuts that weren’t being renewed and that were being hyped as taxing the rich. I guess the increase in the Medicare tax and investment income for high earners is what they were talking about. I’m fortunate in that I have a good job and work for a small company who’s been very good to their employees even through the recession (I’m keeping an eye on them, though, lol). But I know people who are struggling to raise families for whom a 2% hike is a lot. Something does need to be done about the wasteful spending in Washington. The Nascar breaks are just one item, there are lot more pork barrel items that we don’t know/care about. Maybe our politicians are the ones who need to drop off the fiscal cliff and get off the public dole since they’re not doing the job. I’ll drop this now because I don’t want to bore the other guests here with political/tax talk. I’ll have to find another blog for that.

Do you miss them?? I know it’s been difficult. Everything will be OK. If one thing you should’ve learn while stalking them for the past 8 years, the JP’s know how to disappear when they want to.. Both have said 2-3 years ago “we will eventually stop acting”. Brad loves architecture and designing (furniture line). Angie Directing (landed a directing gig). If you stop for one moment and actually read their interviews from legitimate publications, especially the Foreign ones (they seem less guarded than in the US) you would get a better sense of this family and their future plans. Just a little tibit ” Zahara loves horseback riding”. Who would have known? But of course you would since you know what this family does 24/7, 365 days a year.

I read that the targets are coffins, which is what I found upsetting. Personally, I respect a person’s right to bear arms. But I think there should be some control over how many guns and what type of guns a person can have. Maybe I’m a little sensitive to this subject because I live 15 minutes from Newtown.
My husband recently asked if we should get a gun, because it would break his heart if something happened to our dog. Apparently he isn’t concerned about me! Last night I locked our front door, and my husband asked why I did that. He is thinking about getting a gun, but doesn’t think we should be locking our doors? Obviously I didn’t marry him for his common sense!

ReplyI looked at it so quickly, I didn’t realize they were coffins…I thought they were targets. I’m more worried about the amount/type of guns that criminals have, and if our govt cannot get control of that situation, (or not be part of the problem by giving assault weapons TO the drug cartels) then the rest of us need to be able to protect ourselves from the criminals.
I can’t even imagine how awful it’s been for you and your community…a few years ago, in a local school, a 3rd grade boy who was openly gay was shot in his class, by another student, because he had teased him and said he LIKED him. It was a shocking tragedy. There was some talk about how the kid was able to get a gun…of course, he brought it from home…..but mostly the conversation was about the victim and gay rights. Sadly, when these things happen, our leaders use the situation to push their own agendas.

The NOTW retracted its statement and in its published apology to the couple the NOTW specifically stated it was not a truthful story. Also it doesn’t really matter what provision of the law they sued under – they used the fastest and easiest handle the UK had available to force the NOTW to retract its story which it did.
But both parties went further and stated the story was fabricated. In court their attorney made the factual representation before the court that in addition to press violations cited in the complaint the story had no truth to it. I am unsure what it is that makes people think this couple is not together. Trying to read into the lawsuit as anything other than what it was – a law suit over a false story – seems a bit overreaching.

Luckily I didn’t know anyone directly affected by this tragedy. But the schools in the area have beefed up their security, but I imagine this is a statement that can be said about all areas in the U.S., or at least I hope so.
Thankfully the second amendment exists, otherwise the outcome of the following news story might be different:

I read some comment on a website from someone close to the situation who stated that the intruder was actually tracking the mother and her children inside the house. Maybe I am reading too much into this, but if this is the case, it would not be good for a story like this to get out for those opposed to the second amendment.
What a horrible story about the 3rd grader. Unfortunately the other 3rd grader who shot him not only got the gun from home, but most likely got his prejudice against gay people. How old is a 3rd grader? I didn’t even know what sex was when I was in 3rd grade!

ReplyWhen the NOTW telephone hacking scandal came to light shortly after Brangelina sued them, I thought it made NOTW’s story seem more credible, however ironic that might seem. The NOTW would have known the telephone hacking case was imminent, and would have settled with Brangelina as quickly as possible. Did it ever come to light how much the NOTW paid to make the lawsuit go away? I remember shortly before the case Mel Myers posted texts which apparently were between Brad and Jen. As far as I know, she has not spoken of them since. I recall when the NOTW story broke, it mentioned the celebrities whose telephones where hacked by initials, and two of them were BP and JA.
I too recall that, in fact there was an office worker in their attorney’s office who was said to be a source of some of the information as well. It was reported in February, 2010 that the JP’s sued, and that time line fits with the outing of the NOTW phone hacking being known by more than just Murdoch and two of his overly zealous reporters….it went much higher. I think the lawsuit was to keep their names off the list given to the courts as proof of being hacked. Clever? Not much. Logic always wins in the end as lies dissapate when tiny truths fall upon them.@Guest1:

Just because it was denied doesn’t mean it wasn’t true. I’ve thought that the 7th tattoo might signify a marriage but after reading her “testy” explanation of the meaning of the tat I wonder if it actually signifies the end, as in divorce.

I believe 3rd graders are about 8 or 9 yrs old…that does seem very young for children to already know their sexual orientation, or to have so much anger inside, that manifests in such a violent way. I don’t remember life being that complicated when I was in the 3rd grade

Or look at what NOTW outlined. I’ve been thinking about it after reading Patty Anne’s post and thinking about Lance.
Here’s some thoughts. Thinking this through as I write it.
Lance sued the Sunday Times (and David Walsh & Emma O’R) and they paid up with about $500K back in 2006. Based on what’s come out in the last few months they are now suing him for $1.5M.
So we know NOTW paid out to Brangelina and maybe they had to stay together for a certain amount of time after that or risk not only losing the payout but being sued themselves. So they stayed together for a time (lets say a year). They settled in Jul 2010 and a year from that was Jul 2011 which just happened to be when NOTW ceased operations.
However Jul 2011 was just pre-Moneyball being released so they couldn’t split then. So did Pitt promise her an extra payout to stay as the Brand through Moneyball release and then the Oscar run? He sells the Malibu house to Ellen quickly to come up with the cash for the payout. But he makes her commit to no more children (as Chip said above) and she agrees and gets the tattoo in May 2011 signalling the end.
Then when the Oscars were over (end Feb 2012) the split (as reported in NOTW, where she has primary custody) goes into effect.
However she takes such a beating (ITLOBAH flop and leg gate) that she sprung the engagement. To which he responds with it being a “promise for the future”.
After that they take the trip to the Galapagos. Was that previously agreed upon (since she did her side UN trip) as a last family trip? But then why the engagement?
Post Galapagos, they head to England where she does Maleficent and he’s working on the disaster that WWZ has become. But there are only 3 sets of pics of them together post Galapagos and only one with some of the kids (as posted above.). So why did he go to Egypt with her if they were split? Did she pay him to go with her to Egypt for some reason?

However the time leading up to that settlement (from Jan 2010 when the NOTW story broke) they were in Venice much of that time when Brad looked super depressed. So was he so depressed because things were in limbo?
They had made the settlement, why didn’t they just go forward with the split?

ReplySounds reasonable to me. Brad must realize by now that it’s never going to be a ‘good time’ to leave her (with those children). My guess is, she’s put him thru a dozen crazy scenarios, each time he’s tried to end it. They might be able to keep things under wraps for now…but eventually the kids and the nannies will talk. And as we’ve seen this year…the flood gates will open.

Yes, that’s true. I remember when Ian was trying to get Brangelina: The Untold Story published. The JP bulldogs put great pressure on his publishers which meant he had to leave out some really dishy information just to get the bare-bones published.
It was such fun when Ian would post here, with us. It wasn’t daily, but it was often enough that we felt we were all included in his group of problem solvers. I’m sure you recall all the good times we had with Ian here. My personal opinion is that his participation with us is what made IUC the site we all enjoyed so much, rather than now where we are tredding water to stay afloat so to say. At least back when Sugar was posting regularly it kept us going, and the stories kept evolving. @rushdog:

ReplyThe timeline you laid out all makes sense. The thing that has always bugged me is the irreparable damage clue. On February 10, 2011 Ian posted that a member of brangelina had a nervous breakdown. It was also the year that HRH “got a call” and he told us that his computer had been hacked. There were a lot of posts about jen that year. Brad looked okay in 2011 but there were lots of pix of aj where she was totally out of it – Cannes, the Japanese interview, the photo op at the theater. I think something happened that changed the course of events (blood was mentioned in some of Ian’s posts so maybe a suicide attempt?) . A few months later justin appeared on the scene. A few months after that brad gave the infamous interview to Parade magazine where he bashed his marriage. If he is trying to get away from her she keeps finding a way to rope him back in.
For what it’s worth, here’s what Ian said about the breakdown. Maybe this is why she hasn’t worked so much in the last couple of years.

I’m going to differ a little on this part. I believe, according to the puzzle, that leg gate occurred because of the abyss. And the abyss = the Texas 1464. Someone obtained information about her off the bros laptop.
The post and twitters w/carmelo (g/f caught him w/another woman with whom he had a child, threatens to go public and forces marriage) say to me that Ian is suggesting it’s the same situation. That the abyss is so great that she used the threat (his child with someone else – prissy & pink maybe
) to secure her ride. He agreed to a photo op (an ad suggesting an engagement – see “Should have put a ring on it” Lover Come Back photo clue) which was manipulated into an engagement w/help by a, possibly unknowing, jeweler.
I don’t think she just sprung an engagement. The riddles from last winter and early spring suggest, imo, that it developed out of necessity and threats of leaking information.
By the Fall of 2008 photos of the couple suggest strongly to me that the way these two “moved through the fair,” so to speak, changed (and it’s never gone back to what it was pre-fall ‘08). The early SR riddles suggest spring ‘09 they were over and living in opposite ends of the mansion. Took the next 6-7 months to work out an agreement (see pics in NYC in early ‘10) at least some of which was eventually leaked (NOTW). Imo the agreement may have stated that they would remain together publicly until one of them wanted to be with someone else. Enter the IUC puzzle, February 2011 (yikes!!) and the breakdown post. Ian reponded to me in a post at the time that all the clues were in real time but planned for months. Because of his book research he new it was coming (imo). The rest of it is a matter of navigating business agreements, children, the desire for peer recognition and the IT “gorillas” that hold the “crashed” information. Just my opinion.

Trying to recall but I think she disappeared and he went to NOLA to do KTS.
Then she shows up in NOLA with the kids and did the big family walk. That was around Mar 18.
Since she was not down there except for a visit it seemed at the time that they had broken up and that was his visitation weekend.
Toward the end of that shoot they supposedly took the trip to Lake Powell, Utah although there were no pics. That was beginning of Apr. We surmised they decided to extend the contract. (there were a lot of Jen posts that spring as you said.)
Then they showed up in Cannes in mid-May for TOL premiere.

ReplyI don’t know if that is that is true. Ian has been very forthcoming about his opinions on radio talk shows, and said things on those shows he has not said here, same with some interviews. His tweet may mean nothing more than what it says, Ian under cover.G2 commented he had been under long enough. He could be just saying he is still. If he is. Agree with Patty though, he can post here as easily as he cn on Twitter. I would imagine by now whoever watches his posts know to look there also for anything they could use against him. Ian the Pitt bull. That is the reputation he earned for not backing down on a story, digging deep, and getting the truth out there. I.personally do not think Ian is afraid of any of them. If he wants to comment here, and it is important, he does, and has, if he doesn’t, then I just assume nothing is happening of any importance anymore. Still though, IAN, you should drop in, before they quit asking you to. Jmo.

It’s not clear to me (again, I should go back and read your double post) how leg gate would have helped and what ended up happening with the stolen laptop. No info has come to light from the laptop that we are aware of.
I get what you’re saying re: Carmelo. However the part about him agreeing to a ring photo op which was manipulated into an engagement says to me that she sprung it on him regardless if it stemmed from a photo op agreement in exchange for her keeping the Carmelo-like situation private.

I agree with this. That was the end of the real relationship IMO.

My view on leg gate is that it was not planned but a reaction that developed out of the current circumstances both behind the scenes and on the spot (so to speak). I’ll also repeat that I’ve always believed that there’s something that ails her. Ian’s posts strongly point to bpd, imo. And I believe it’s at the core of much of this.
Regarding the on the spot comment, Ian has posted, and I believe it’s also been in the rags, about “tension” (for lack of a better term at the moment) on her part prior to some award events. She’s human
and I think just gets nervous at some of these events (plus add in what may ail her). I’ve always thought that is what happened at the GGs back in ‘07(?) with the RS cereal question. The camera panned to the couple the minute they stepped out of the limo and she looked tense or like she had something up her butt from the get-go, but I thought when RS interviewed her she just seemed nervous.
The behind the scenes stuff reference would be “the abyss” and what Ian posts a couple months later as caused by Texas 1464, jmo on all that. (Humor me a moment – if I’m close to correct and Ian’s sources are correct – if some IT person has extracted private information off a “crashed” laptop and sent me a sample UPS, yeah Id be drinking under the table too! I can’t imagine going through a series of public events knowing someone could push a button and it goes viral).
Back OT – maybe take something for what ails you and have a drink on top of it possibly w/out eating much and then have your wonderful partner drop the leisurely rc stroll and drag you up the red carpet, so when it’s time to pose for a photo the camera catches what appear to be some terse words to said partner. Irritated, tense (and add in nervousness) you then attempt to pose in the manner suggested by your stylist and the leg gets thrust out in an odd and overly-exposed manner that becomes a joke. By the time she gets to the stage all of this is in a worsened state (and I think that’s why he escorted her backstage) and the leg poses get more exaggerated. That’s my opinion on leg gate. I think it just happened due to state of mind and surrounding circumstances.

I agree with your the “sprung it on him” comments here. I don’t believe she just did it w/out him agreeing, but rather manipulated it from what he agreed to. Imo that’s what the riddles suggest.

She seems to go through periods of time, for whatever reasons – fair or unfair, where she gets a lot of negative press (and if the Texas 1464 still looms…) and he’s tied into all that because they are so associated as a brand together. I think the only was to step out of all that is to let the public forget about you as a couple and only be seen as individual products.

The information was stolen off the bros laptop (James jumps the shark) by some input/output method (form of newton method) when he was filming in Texas in the spring of 2011 by IT software “gorillas” (dam it feels good to be a gangsta)(see Office Space movie). I was looking back on the NOTW stories and it’s kind of amazing that they signed that agreement on Jan 6, 2010 (pics of them coming out of law offices, then dinner later that night at Alto) but yet it took her until May 2011 to get the tattoo signifying that she wouldn’t acquire any more kids with Pitt. She obviously didn’t want to accept it.
I had forgotten about some of this but I also found the posts on FF saying that she tried to negotiate that any kids she would adopt on her own in the future could also be called Jolie-Pitt so they would all “match” (obviously we don’t know if it was true but it wouldn’t surprise me.)
Also it’s sort of funny that it was signed on Jan 6 which was only one day off the anniversary of the Jan 7 Pitt/Aniston announcement. Both just after Christmas shortly into the new year.

No not from 2010. That’s the year of the 1464 laptop model came out. The NE article suggested late nineties and I think? suggested after her divorce and he wanted it to protect the children. Ian’s bonus clue was the divorce date. So it would appear that it would be something from back then if these things connect. A tape with someone from that long ago would be embarrassing but not really harmful to her. Same with all the drug stuff. Imo there has to be current information available to cause a problem unless…

One other article I saw in my readings was a Daily Mail post about the NOTW story (weren’t they sister publications?). In it, it even mentioned the rumor of her recent attempted suicide at the end of the previous year. (supposedly this was on his birthday, so it was Dec 2009). Then the irreparable breakdown was in Feb 2010 (around Jen’s bday). So that was twice in a matter of months that something drastic happened.

Interesting thought that he may have been dialing down the Brand in case 1464 got out.
Because if it was just that they realized they were getting negative press, it sure took them a long time to realize it.
I think the negative press started to come out a little around the time of the NOTW story. But the mainstream press still seemed to kiss their butts because they still had money in their foundation to make donations when they wanted to get good press or deflect from something.
Cut to 2 years later and leg gate dialed it up again. The foundation money has dwindled down so there are very few donations now, MIR only built 75 houses so some people are questioning that, she’s still going off on her awareness tours for UN but no one cares. Add to it that they’re both probably getting tired of faking the relationship so the press has definitely turned more negative.
I also found this interesting comment at one of the FF NOTW threads –
this has been the ONE and ONLY motivation for FF’ers or antis as we’re called. ReplyI don’t think anyone can definitively provide answers about their finances except the two of them or whoever handles their finances. Yes there are six children. I always question the monetary amounts of the fortune estimates because how could anyone be accurate if they don’t know the debts. Was this FF post a quote from a magazine? “Several homes between the two of them” suggests a totalled amount (such as x (his) + y (hers)) and not necessarity that they are co-owners of each property. And again, who knows the answer. I would think they would have kept the bulk of their assets separate when they began cohabitating, at least it would have been the smart thing to do.

Chanel’s comes on the heels of a strange push for Chanel No. 5 perfume that featured a campaign starring Brad Pitt. The campaign, which made its debut to harsh reviews late last year, was the first TV ad for the fragrance brand.
Print, however, is where the bulk of the company’s ad dollars land. Chanel spent $112 million on measured media in the U.S. between January and November 2012, and thus far $71 million has gone to magazines. In 2011, it spent $130 million on total U.S. measured media. Magazines accounted for $85 million of that spend.
The fashion giant is just one of many companies launching a media-agency review; Walgreens and Bacardi have also just begun media pitches. It’s one of two major fashion houses undertaking this process, as Burberry is also currently in the midst of a global review.
Chanel is owned by the Wertheimer brothers whose grandfather had close ties to the late founder and designer Coco Chanel. Ms. Chanel was known for being one of the first designers to introduce comfortable, simple and professional sportswear for women. Fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld is the current creative director and head designer for the century-old Chanel brand.

Well, I’m thinking the timing of the release of Robt Kardashian’s diary coincides with Bruce Jenner’s wish to divorce Kris. Put a stop to any attempt Kris may plan to make to smudge BJ’s reputation , and/or, to give warning for protection of her daughters with Bruce. Kris is behaving like Old HW Stage Mom who wants to relive her youth through her daughters and envies their attributes. Hope that tv show is cancelled soon and they all quietly go away.@Guest2:
ReplyAngie won’t go down without a battle; she’s desperately seeking that hook that she hopes will make her an A-Lister celebrity again ( she was only A-Lister in her mind)…with both her and Brad’s public humiliations this past year I can only imagine their fury at realizing they’ve made themselves as such laughing stocks. Very interesting but again I have to ask what was Chanel thinking.
Google has the mini-bio with some photos show up on the right side of first page of the search. When you google Brad Pitt the that mini bio shows about 9 pics and the bigger one is from his 2004 days (IMO when he looked his best). But 5 of the pics are recent, with the long hair and it just reminds people of how bad he now looks. The worst pic IMO is from the KTS premiere where he looks like WIllie Nelson. The problem is Willie Nelson is almost 80.
Someone at Chanel must have thought they were getting 2004 Pitt. I wonder if that person still has a job.

ReplyI saw that the Total Film article said ITLOBAH would open in the UK in 2013. So I thought this was all promotion for an upcoming release but the release is not mentioned anywhere else and it’s not on imdb. I didn’t even realize it hadn’t been released in the UK, especially since she had that special showing with the UK politicians. I wonder if its held up due to the plagiarism suit.

Maybe angie is recovering from more plastic surgery and is house bound and bored so she’s faxing these dumb stories all over the place so she can read about herself. What other explanation is there?

ReplyIn the last day or so a poster at FF had a thought that what she called the MouseHouse
had put the brakes on Jolie’s media pimping so that there’d be no new bombs, pimps, or faux humanitarian jaunts, allowing the old bombing news to be forgotten before their movie was released next year. Sort of implying that Jolie has orders to stay quiet and out of sight for the most part to allow people to want to pay to see her in that movie.
ReplyIf so, maybe resurecting old stories is the only way that Jolie can feed her need to see her name in the tabs while pretending that she had nothing to do with it. Just the tabs fault…;)

it would not surprise me if she is pregies as this is one way to get a bit of attention although i think that the world is sick of these two and really could not care if she has 5 more kids they are old news and people want something new. so another kid adopted or birthed just makes them look like a breeders and another family over populating this world. they are really just hypercritical as she stated that she did not want to have children but rather adopt as there where so many orphans out there, they should get married and retire with all their kids to a isolated place and give those children a stable home and school life. better yet they should build a orphanage and stay there to oversee it and then they will have done 1 thing that is right although the way braddly builds it will take then ten years to finish building a orphanage. now she is just treading on octomoms doorstep and looking like a pair of morons they should be fixed after this one.jmo

I read on some gossip site yesterday that he wants $7,000,000 before he will agree to the divorce, she said she wouldn’t pay. But I also remember reading he wanted an annulment but she would not agree to that because to get an annulment there has to be fraud involved, and she won’t agree to that.
By the way, his name is spelled ‘Kris’. That is probably one of the reasons she married him – his first name began with a K. I just realized so does Kanya’s!

Given Ian’s strong penchant for video games I’m going to guess this is related to Bayonetta. When you google Fly Me to the Moon you’ll see one of the choices that pops up is Fly Me to the Moon Bayonetta.
The song was remixed in an action form in various scenes of the 2010 video game Bayonetta for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, where it is sung by Helena Noguerra. The previous tweet of Ian’s (Mario Roy rules) has been bugging me. I mention in the post I linked to above that Mario Roy was the guy who organized the march for the Nordiques but I checked to see if there’s any possibility this is connected to a video game and there are two possibilities.

Very good interpretation and it would explain some of the stories that have come out recently. We’ve also questioned why these old interviews are being resurrected so maybe Ian is saying she’s behind that too. I also believe she is somehow behind the loons targeting jen. They run wild at FF (all 3 or 4 of them) but we’re fortunate here that we only get occasional visits from the carry on loon.
As for brad, I noticed the papers too and wondered why he didn’t have them in a briefcase. Now that you mention it, we haven’t seen either of them with computers in a long time
. Could he possibly still be doing reshoots for wwz or another movie?

Your take sounds accurate to me. Ian is a master game player ( real video games that is), so it’s natural for him to associate his thoughts into them. Angie a witch? LOL, how very appropriate Bayonetta is in reguard to that!! Brad carrying around a stack of papers….makes me think the leaked info from the hacked laptop related to him rather than to her. Last year there were some riddles about something compromising found on a laptop. One of the theories was that while james was filming a movie in TX several years ago someone hacked into his laptop and found something damaging to all or some of them. Brad also filmed TOL in TX so another theory is that it related to him and whatever happened there. I think this is the first of the hacked laptop riddles.

Another option is that someone has talked the social authorities and told AJ and BP to stop dragging the children around the world and use them for photo ops.
