Brad’s realized that all his Ring Mastering got him nowhere with nothing. He’s alone. He’s a joke. ( Chanel commercial) and Angie has moved on with her life taking the kids. Jennifer has moved past what was long ago and is now planning her wedding with ” a wonderful man who loves me and protects me”…..See Brad? The grass ( pun intended) isn’t always better across your fence.
Ian, I think we all wish we could hang a Do Not Disturb sign around our necks, unfortunately most people would simply ignore it if we did, so hang tough….this time of year can be rough with so many celebrations and events. Hugs Big Guy, you’ll be just fine.

ReplyThe lyrics is about someone who is alone and longing back to someone. We have thought, for a couple of years, that Brad has done his best to leave AJ. It seems a bit odd that he would dedicate this song to AJ. It seems like the songwriter thought of someone who loves a person who has left. There is something wrong !

To me, people who have sociopathic tendencies, and tend to ‘go through’ people lead lonely lives and are for all intents, alone. Being unable to connect with another human being is an empty proposition and it’s only a matter of time before friends, partners, lovers can notice something lacking from their relationship.
And the ‘act’ of being ‘there’ can only go on for so long, because it’s an act. And there’s only so much a person like that can do, only so much they can manipulate, beg, threaten, plead another person to stay with them. Because eventually, they will be craving a more fulfilled life with human connection, and become tired and weary of the drama.
I wonder if Ian’s trying to say that. That eventually the jig was going to be up, the act was going to be over, and that once again, she was going to end up alone.
ReplyIan, a suggestion. Why not do some practice in the jewelry business. If you ask someone to do this sign in silver or gold, perhaps with a small, tiny diamond on it I think we are many who would buy it. It must be done so you can use it as a charm on a necklace or bracelet. It would be The Christmasgift of 2012.

When you first read the lyrics it sounds like it is Brad but Ian seems to be suggesting that AJ does not want him to leave (although in the past that was contradicted) and that the one who wants to be left alone is the one who left? Not answering their phone, are searching , etc. The “one you love has a heart of stone” seems like an odd choice of lyrics for them to have added to the song, almost as an afterthought. Doesn’t flow, but that may not be part of the clue . So is Ian saying that the person that has left is Brad? Or Angelina? Does poor Brad mean he is crying because she will not stay and be part of his master plan, or is thhis him walking? I don’t think anyone will even blink if they publicly split, it would take something much more drastic, a big cover-up exposed…if no one cares about about Benghazi and how those 4 Americans were murdered they sure are not going to care aboutt about these frauds, well except that loud mouth Maher, oh and the other one Moore. Imho.

Putting all politics aside, and what happened , that fact can not be disputed. ReplyI agree, completely! There is NO excuse for it. Amb Stevens either shouldn’t have been there, or he was there to clean up/cover up something else that they don’t want to talk about. It seems like it keeps coming back to weapons, just like the Fast and Furious debacle. I believe that’s what this administration refers to as leading from behind.

Remember years ago in a video interview Angie was asked what she most desires and her reply was, and I quote, “To keep everything I now have”…..not good health for her kids, not world peace, but to keep what she had then. This plagiarism case has to have her more than disturbed on two fronts: How dare anyone do this to ME ( sociopathic response), and I need someone who can carry me through this to enable me to keep all I have now. ReplyAs to Benghazi, oh yes, the American people deserve an explaination of WHY this was ALLOWED to happen. The WH had weeks advance intel that the situation was bad ( terrorists becoming extremely active in Benghazi) and asking for help. It almost seems as if the WH wanted them slaughtered for all the concern they showed publicly: It’s a spontaneous demonstration in reaction to a Youtube video put out months ago disrespecting Muhammad…..a first grade student could see through that lie from the first time it was uttered. WHY? and why continue to cover-up? Even Geraldo Rivera refused to go into the possibility of a WH cover-up on Hannity last week. As former chief of CIA said, it’s either blatent neglegence, or inability to perform the duties of Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the US…or….a cover-up. I think the American public has a right as a free nation, to know the facts how ever they fall.

There were some reports that they were already married ,last year , in a private and closed ceremony with a sealed document. Possible in Cali, and the divorce could be done the same way. Remember there was a report they “really ” got engaged in December? I wondered at the time if they did that so it would not seem like such a short engagement when they called it off ala Bennifer style . They could surprise us and have a public wedding but I would bet he has finally realized that no one is interested all that much in those photos. They have been replaced by a younger more hip set and stars are getting married every month.

ReplyI do think that is it. The laptop, if Havens, would definately have photo proof of what transpired between Haven and Pitt since Haven has a history of photographing what interests him so much. Imagine the scandal and the horror knowing somone had access to that information and could release it at any time? That would put a definate lie to the fauxmance that was created by Angie and Brad. Devient sexual acts….on film? Remember the reports about the trio in a bedroom crying like babies and Brad, wearing only a diaper, rushing out of the room while two remaining people continued crying like babies? So many advertised to be what your blog , IUC, was but disappointed. It’s been a lot of fun over the years, some hair pulling moments, some arguements, but mainly good, clean, honest fun times speculating on clues. I used to refer to you as Sherlock when hubby would ask me if I was reading your site ….again. You have many Watson’s working your riddles, while getting to know one another, and some forming lasting friendships. You’ve done a service you never invisioned I’m sure, so never sell this site short. It’s unique, and appreciated. Thank you for all you’ve done over the years.

Kate mentioned above that there were reports they were secretly married last year so it sent me looking for the sham marriage clue. It was fun reading the comments of some posters who sadly haven’t been here in a while (and some that hopefully will never come back). I’m inclined to think they are married, not sure when or why, but that thick gold band brad wears on his right hand has always looked like a wedding band to me. I always wondered if the 7th tattoo symbolized the marriage. Will we ever know and if we finally do will we care anymore?

ReplyShe does have a lot going on. The plagiarism trial is hanging over her head, there are the rumors of behavioral problems with the children that, if true, would stress out any parent. ReplyOne would think that Brad wouldn’t make that self-aggrandizing comment about not getting married until everybody can. At least he wouldn’t build up on his liar’s reputation. Even regular people are now talking things like he should come out of the closet, already. So since he orchestrates his image, it sounds like he’s painted himself into a corner.
Now he’s currently getting a lot of publicity as the good guy who contributes $100,000 to human rights, esp. gay marriage rights. Just in time for the public to stop talking about the funny commercial for a perfume.

ReplySpeaking of songs, I’ve tried to write a song, and have never got close. So, when I read that Willie Nelson wrote his oscar-nominated, “On the Road, Again” in just a few minutes, then I think of him as a genius.
Course I think of him as a great singer, as well. He could even do an album of jazz. Wish he would.

If they are already married, then he really has painted himself into a corner. He does a lot more talking about a marriage than she does. It doesn’t make sense that they would get married and keep it a secret and so maybe the wedding band is just a commitment ring. It’s hard to know with these two and I go back and forth on whether they are actually married or not. There’s a part of me that believes aj, who’s already been married twice when there were no children involved, might not want to create such a large family without the protection of a legal marriage which would give her the right to alimony as well as child support if they should split up. We can say what we will about her but I don’t think she’s a stupid woman. Not sure I can say that about brad. They both use the do-gooder stuff to clean up their self-created image messes, don’t they?
The only thing I would add is that I truly hope jen is not going down the same path of image manipulation. Sometimes I feel she might be if she is allowing brad to control her image. The pap shots of her in the furniture store with the bottle of smart water seemed as staged as the halloween costume shopping photos. It also conveniently coincided with the release of the news of brad’s furniture line. Coincidence?
ReplyBut the public is beginning to talk rather loudly about the wealthy so-called humanitarian celebs who are not helping New York City and New Jersey after Hurricane Sandy ravaged them. Angie , who claims to be such a great humanitarian but who also chose not to have her children born in the USA, made many films in NYC but has yet to donate one item of clothing or one dollar to aid victims who are still without food, power, medicines, or a warm place to sleep. How about Brad Pitt’s generocity? Does it only apply if he is permitted to build such ugly, expensive and disfunctional homes as in NOLA? Sure, poor and middle class people always pay $200,000 plus for a little cottage in the poor sections of a town Brad….Shame on all the celebs for ignoring the victims of Hurricane Sandy….shame!@WR:
ReplyHope you don’t mind if I butt in, but I keep going back to the NOTW expose’ of Brad and Angie meeting in LA with their high-pwered attorneys in 2010 to make a legal “separation agreement”…..which detailed who gets what, who has custody , etc. It holds effect today if what BooHoo writes is true that is, she claims Brad’s attorneys have instructed him not to allow Angie even pay a utility bill on Chateau Miraval as it’s solely owned by Brad and if he let her put any of her monty into it she would have a legal claim on it. Sounds to me like that “legal agreement” they signed in 2010 was in fact a DIVORCE agreement and they’ve chosen to keep up the illusion of Brangelina since for the fame and fortune. As someone here stated before, they could have their divorce sealed so that no one could read the final decree as it’s been done before in California. To me that would be the most logical purpose behind their 2010 Legal Agreement PLUS their knee-jerk, over the top reaction to News Of The World’s outing it. If it was just an agreement for “sometime in the future maybe and what if”….why such a violent and hostile and exposive reaction to it’s being printed publicly?@Guest2:

Didn´t most of us thought that the meeting with the lawyers in 2010 was about their
separation ? And if they were secret married it was about their divorce. We all waited for an announcement. But for some reason they decided it wasn´t the right time to announce a split. That was why they reacted so hard about NOTW´s outing. They probably wanted to squeeze some more money out of their relation.

Yes, it is. I think this gives us a heads up should we find ourselves in such a situation. Hurricanes move at such a pace that you have at least a five day heads up warning of their arrival so why was there no emergency relief set up before Sandy hit? They had a similiar situation in 1993 so the officials, and government heads knew what to expect since this one was categorized as a “monster” storm…..why didn’t they prepare ahead of time? And why try to “make it all go away” by continuing to plan a marathon ? Yikes! ReplyYou are so right about the complacency but I would add incompetence too. Bloomberg looks like he doesn’t know which way to turn and where the devil is como? It’s weird that the media (including Inside Edition who’s actually had pretty good coverage) could mobilize their people to get in there quickly to interview the residents and photograph the dumpster diving for food but the Red Cross and Fema were nowhere to be found until days after the storm had passed.

ReplyIf they are secretly married the question that comes to my mind is why are they keeping it a secret? Wouldn’t it have been better for their image to show the world they loved each other so much they couldn’t wait to get married and expand the family they both wanted? It would have gone a long way toward removing the adulterer and homewrecker labels and legitimizing the relationship. They did look like they loved each other in the early years. Anything they do now is going to be anticlimatic. There are so many secrets with these two and therein lies the intrigue, for me anyway.

Just kidding ! It was interesting to listen to the experts. Someone said we should pay as much attention to the election in China as it´s equal important as the election in US. Maybe it will be in that way 2016.
I thought of Ian´s clue when I found the discussions a bit boring. Perhaps Ian means ” A picture is worth a million dollar ” or perhaps much more. Then I think of the ” leak “. The text on the sign, “do not disturb ” is it a message from AJ to Brad or visa versa ?

A picture is worth a thousand words = an idea can be expressed with one image, a large amount of words is unnecessary.
“One song is worth a million words” wouldn’t this mean the same thing only with more emphasis? That this song says everything about her (since Ian wrote “dedicated to AJ”) though the lyrics appear to be coming from a male.

Then the picture “there are days when I wish I could wear one of these around my neck” – a door sign “do not disturb.” The door sign is used in hotels and dorms to say “respect my privacy” and don’t enter. The scroll is the same “do not disturb.”
The tag is “JP” which since a couple of threads ago I’m guessing means both the couple and JenP (referencing her previous life and not a recoupling). Recent riddles indicate that JA is connected into this.
So is the riddle tagged that way to identify the current situation and possibly the need to keep something quiet? That both the couple and JenP wish people would stop digging in their business all the time. And that keeping it quiet can require constant attention (although I think they’ve brought a good part of any digging on themselves). IMO according to the riddles, both have things they need to keep quiet (Texas 1464, Prissy and Pink) and that’s why all have been very low key for the last few months only surfacing for air a few times.

ReplyThat loon is a pitbull. The story was about brad and the furniture so not sure why she brought jen into it. There used to be many more of them over there but tnow you can read the comments and agree with at least some of them. The worst site is jj, those loons are by far the nuttiest.
And I have to apologize to Liv4, Tetta and possibly others about not responding to their questions on the previous thread. I will answer but sometimes it just takes too much energy to explain my thoughts on all this so I have to put it aside. And I’ve been busy (not that all of you aren’t busy too!), then I got sick for a couple of days, my computer monitor just up and died as I was using it (!!!) and had to prep for the storm (which thankfully in my area was only a heavy rainstorm with some high winds – my heart goes out to the people further up the east coast).

the riddles at that time seemed to follow each other. One of the clues in the “prissy and pink” riddle was “jennifer’s sofa bed” and at the time the company by that name had bait and switch charges against them. I think the clue referred to Pitt’s Parade comments (the bait) and his follow-up comments (the switch). Without looking back at my notes, I believe the Parade mag article was 9/18/11 which is where I get the end parenthesis on the delivery date.
How to keep a secret and why would it be this way? I know this seems farfetched and this scenario can only come thru Ian’s riddles. And imo according to the riddles I don’t think the situation played out the way it was supposed to (because of business and what ails her). The delivery would only be abut 14 mos. not hard to hide at this point esp if there’s not a huge staff, few people know and you can “wheel and deal” with the press if you need to. And there really wouldn’t have to be that many people in on it. I think keeping a secret like this would become much more difficult as the years go by.

ReplyThanks! We had a worse storm of a much shorter duration come thru earlier in the summer that cause a lot of damage in this area. We were to the “left” of the eye of Sandy in an area that got the least of the “superstorm’s” effects. I was prepared to be without power and we only had a flicker. Am very grateful for that.
Why would pic of Jen with a bottle of water be staged? Other things I could see, but water? She is always carrying her water and if you look at pics of other celebs most are always carrying water with them it just happens that she drinks water that she happens to be a spokesperson for. I doubt she woke and say I am gonna sell some water today so let me leave the house in this damn cold to do so. An hour or 2 shopping can be tiring. I guess I just don’t believe that everything these people do is staged. Same goes for Angie taking her kids to shop for Halloween stuff.

The video about Mitzubichi is probably spot on” when in comes to Brad´s interior design taste.
The video is very funny. I must admit that I like furniture made of steel and genuine wood. But you can only have a few of these furnitures in a normal home as they need to stand alone to be noticed in the right way. But I guess Brad´s homes are enormous and that is not a problem. And I do understand Jennifer´s comment after the divorce; ” It will be nice with a comfortable
couch “.
About the election. The way the two candidates were featured made me thought that neither of them are suitable president candidates. That is a problem in Swedish politic too. When it´s time to vote you stand there as a question mark. It´s then you have to think of the different parties fundamental values. Another thing is that both their goal is to make their best for the country but with different methods. It´s very easy to sit in the sofa in another country and decide who will do it in the best way. But what hits me is that the US and Sweden has very similar problems like how to deal with the unemployment. Lower taxes for the small companies ? How to maintain a high level when it comes to the public sector; schools, daycare, healthcare and to take care of the old people. In Sweden the public sector is in such a bad shape it´s a scandal. But how to cure it ? Lower taxes ? Higher taxes ? I think both ways are possible but when it comes to make a decision it´s harder. Some politicians always find something they don´t agree with and make it impossible to make a real change. The bad economy is a mayor issue. It works in the same way in all democratic countries. If the election in US took place in Sweden,
95 % of people allowed to vote would choose the democratic party. The Swedish Television made a poll including 5000 persons. Mitt Romney wouldn´t have a chance.
My thoughts are in no way a political opinion. It´s just thoughts and a comparison between US and Sweden.

I feel that voters are voting AGAINST Obama much more than FOR Romney. There’s a great deal of tacit racism in this election process. Already reported is the intimidation tactics monitors are effecting at the polls.
But I’ve also always said that gay marriage, abortions and illegal immigration will hurt the democrats once the previously ignored working majority is in the voting booth.
So, the first debate is the one many will remember because it gave Romney just the opening he needed.
And the media didn’t probe too deeply into who’s this person, Romney, after that fiasco!

What is shown on tv, is that the monitors at heavily minority voting sites are white. And that people of color’s voting rights are challenged, in writing, by white monitors through the U.S. mail.

How old are they and where have they been, especially the ones that claimed they were long-term fans? I’m not a big fan of his, but I do like many of his songs and have been to one concert…a long time ago. I do respect him for all the charity-work he does. Replyi kept hearing a lot of grumbling from people who loved the book, they were not happy with the movie as it had nothing to do with the book. so i read the book and yep sounds like his movie is nothing what so ever like the book.
if it was jsut a random zombie movie i think people would be pouring thru the doors to see kt. zombies and other supernaturaal themes seem to do really well right now. but saying its based on the wwz book then doing soemthing that does not go along with the book is going to hurt ticket sales in my opinion.

I am really, really sad about the tone that thread was taking : (( I find gossiping about the brand kinda relaxing and fun/funny, but politics on the last thread have driven me away. I almost hope it was hacked and my fellow IUCers were not the ones actually posting some of mean stuff that was being said.
I was going to write a “farewell for now” post and come back in a few weeks/months when the politcal b.s. has died down.
Maybe Ian was unhappy about the direction as well and shut it down.
If anyone can tweet Ian and let him know, maybe he will take a look.

ReplyI also feel a little uncomfortable with the political stuff because I know that we all have different opinions. It never occurred to me that Ian might shut it down because of that only because he tweeted about obama though that may have been a clue, never can tell with the tweets. I thought maybe it was just a glitch of some kind or maybe someone hacked into the computer but the odd thing is that yesterday I could read more comments and today additional comments have been cut off. I know that rushdog does tweet Ian sometimes so maybe she will ask him about it. When/if the board gets up and running again I hope you continue to comment on the clues as you always approach them logically.
I just read on a major blog, TMZ?, that Brad has been doing reshoots for WWZ as of November 15. I know the trailer is out for the film and it’s got a release date but surely reshooting scenes this late is quite unusual?@Guest1:
