IUC World Exclusive: Two High Profile Members of London’s Olympic Committee And Hollywood A-Lister Spend Thousands At Massage Parlor Last Night
The Olympics just underway and already we have a major sex scandal. A reliable media source told IUC this morning that London’s illegal sex trade is thriving more than ever during the Olympics. The source said two high profile members of London’s Olympic committee accompanied by a notorious A-List actor dropped thousands of pounds last night at an upscale massage parlor in London’s Westend. “It was ridiculous,” the source told IUC. “They walked in and had young east European ladies all over them for almost three hours. The A-Lister is in London with his girlfriend but seemed to be having the time of his life. They were all drinking champagne and had wild sex in the private rooms. When the three blokes left they appeared to be exhausted.” The source added that members of the Dutch Olympic delegation along with a retired U.S. gold medal swimmer visited the massage parlor the night before and “had a jolly good time”. ReplyIan: Article at celebuzz was good. Didn’t realize they were in contact with their mother. You’ve done exhaustive research on MJ. Do you think Tito’s son will do right by them?
Reply@liv4: I think so, but with the Jackson’s I’m afraid it’s always about cash.
ReplyWow.. I didn’t know that Debbie Rowe still had contact with her children…good article Ian…..We learn so much from you! It’s sad, because this generation of the Jackson’s, seem as though they are going to be as screwed up as the first.
As for the A-list actor…in the clue above…I have no idea……John Hamm?? Although I don’t believe he is considered A-list?? However, there has been many articles of him, drinking, flirty and cheating on his g/f.
ReplyIan: What do you think about betting on Brangelina? When do you think they’re going to split?
Reply@x:
I’m not Ian..however, I’ll put my 2 cents worth of thought into it.
I don’t think they are going to “split”. I think they have an arrangement where each other can hook up with other people…as long as it is done discreetly and they are just supportive of each others endeavors and appear together at premieres, etc., and keep up a happy family facade. Other than that, he does what he wants, she does what she wants…
My question to Ian is this: Do you really think this was a REAL engagement? Or something cooked up by Jolie to stop her from being ridiculed in the media for the leg fiasco at the Oscars??
ReplyIan…Just a suggestion, how about one day……you come on here, and we can ask you questions ,and you can answer us. I know you are a very busy man….but I think it would be fun to learn things from you that you know about the stars…….I know you have to be very careful in your answers, because of legal issues…
BTW, that offer still stands about treating you to dinner, anytime you are around Wilmington, NC….at my son’s fabulous restaurant….I just won’t put the name out on here……because I don’t want my son harassed by a bunch of idiot LOONS. Trust me, you will have a GREAT meal, GREAT wine, all in a very classy atmosphere! My son, like he does ALL his customers, will give you that extra special treatment! BTW it is an Italian “Family” Restaurant…..
Reply@Stella:
ReplyIndeed! We know that Brad is in London with his “girlfriend”….who else is there?
I think having Katherine and TJ as co-guardians is a great idea…MJ should have set it up that way in the first place. I know that Debbie Rowe lives in Lancaster or Palmdale, which is in the high desert but still in LA County. So she’s only an hours drive away.
Reply@HisHighness:
ReplyIan…I caught the tail end of your appearance on the Jane Velez Mitchell show…and you said something about how the family supported MJ during the child molestation trial…were you saying that MJ would have remembered them in his will? Or did I misunderstand that?
Another good article Ian, congrats on the Celebuzz and on HLN with Jane Valez-Mitchell….
ReplyIan, I noticed on the sidebar on Celebuzz it’s claimed that Rock of Ages director Adam Shanksman has said that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are “still in love”. Do you think they may reconcile?
Reply@Patty Anne: I really don’t think so. From what I’ve heard Katie moved on eons ago.
ReplyThank you Ian.

Not George Clooney. He was in Italy, not London.
George Clooney was in Italy on 7/30/12 filming a commercial:

Clooney was not in London on either 7/30 or 7/31 – he was in Italy:

So not George Clooney. Brad is still a likely candidate.

So it wasn’t George Clooney, but could be Brad Pitt.
ReplyWhat’s going on here?
Replythanks, HH! Glad to hear Debbie is involved w/ the kids.
As for the A-Lister…… Seems like it might be a Brit. I have a hard time believing it would be Clooney. Samuel L Jackson is there.
Replyre-read the post above. if it is Pitt, i hope it goes public. save the world, make it right, save the children Pitt……. caught exploiting young eastern european girls. grrrrrrrrrrr.
ReplyI’m seeing double and I haven’t been drinking. I think it’s brad. He likes ‘em young?
ReplySorry! after over an hour my first comment didn’t show up, so I figured it didn’t go through. Same thing happened with the second. Once I posted the third, the first one showed up. Now all 3 are here!

That white puppy is so cute I don’t mind looking at multiple pix of him (her?). It’s strange when posts don’t come through. I’ve had some never show up and I always wonder where they’ve gone.
ReplyIan does not say what country this A list actor is from. There are not many that are unmarried. GC, TC, BP,LC,JD,RG,BC, come to mind, (LC made 77 mil in 2011 good for him! who needs a hooker with that bank!) The International Olympic Committee has 106 members, all but 20 are men, and many would be considered “high profile”. Ian needs to throw out another clue. He gave a blind in 09 using notorious and it was Michael Douglas. I would not have thought of him that way myself, so maybe that will help someone put this reference in perspective. Notorious, old, famous, a womanizer, a jerk, in what?
Reply@Kate:
ReplyAnd has a girlfriend with him. I haven’t figured out who LC and RG are.

Maybe Kate means Leonardo DiCaprio for LC?

If it were Leo would it really be that scandalous? I ‘m not even sure who he’s dating, some model I think. It would be scandalous if it were brad beucase he’s “engaged” to his girlfriend and share 6 children with her.

The tag line for Bohomoth is “Celebrity & fashion news, art, culture, plus opinion with a healthy dose of bitch”. I guess Bohomoth can dish it out, but can’t take it!
Yes, I find it strange that they didn’t have a camera to take pictures with Robert Procop or with the jewelry. Maybe they didn’t want to be in the pictures?
I wonder if Ian knows anything about Bohomoth or Jenny Paul. Someone at FF posted that she was the owner of Bohomoth and and also owns one of the biggest European news agencies. I have a feeling that person knows Jenny Paul personally or possibly works for her.
I wonder whatever became of tell all book Jenny Paul wrote about BP and AJ a couple of years ago.
ReplyI was curious about what she’d writen about the jewelry so I read BOHO against my better judgement. I did find it strange that a celebrity news person should go to ” the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat at Saint Jean Cap Ferrat on the French Riviera two weeks ago.” and not remember to pack a camera, or take a cell phone with a camera thus resorting to using stock photos to back up her story. However I too was curious since I’d read about her book covering Brangelina way back in 2010 and had not been able to locate it anywhere in the US, so I asked her. I don’t expect a reply with valid information though, but do expect another derogatory comment about my abode since that seems to be how she responds to valid questions. Oh well, nothing ventured, nothing gained I supppose….lol

Patty Anne – has Jenny Paul responded to your comment?
Reply@Up the Coast:
ReplyShe contradicted Mel’s old partner the Pap. Do you remember when Mel was off on a story and he was posting with everyone and explained exactly how he got those shots of her pregnant tits? He was in a tree, she knew he was there, he looked straight at her and and removed her top. This was the night they were having a dinner party, also photos of little Shi swimming naked in the pool. Jenny Paul claims Angie dresses her as a boy because she freaked out about those pics of Shi. Considering she had her own guys take the pics of her topless in the pool ib Oakland, and sold them to a national magazine , I doubt that very much. Her snide remarks about Angie having sex with dogs and plants show how little she really knows. I am not even going to explain how plants fit in, but it certainly is not in the way she imagined. As for Fido, well that reputation long preceded Ian or this blog. JP needs to walk th streets is LA. She justthinks she knows who they really are because she has been following them around for 7 years, so naturally, they would ask her to write them up, how else are they going to shut her up? Mel.says the necklace was from Jen. That was her front page story at IT which JP likes to trash. Some friend eh?
@Patty Anne:
ReplyThat book could not even be purchased in the USA , and virtually vanished. She claimed they were going to have 13 kids . There was a photo of her during Cannes, she is pretty for someone who acts so much like your anonymous poster from from one of the nastiest boards on the net.Surprises me she would be that unprofessional.

@Up the Coast:
ReplyDidn’t that story come out in a tabloid recently? That must be why she waited 2 weeks. She was paid for it. Interesting her buddy ripped Lainey.lol I had a feeling they were not friendly. When she was quoted at Cannes about Angelina not showing she and Lainey had opposite opinions. Lainey felt Cannes fell flat because there was no Pitt Porn and Jenny felt they were has beens , the new kids had taken over. She has built her site on bashing Brange, flip flopped from the previous positive relationship she had with them. Sounds like they thew her a bone, nothing more. The media tried to get the public interested in the engagement and soon realized no one cared.A wedding will be no different, and will only be met with, “it is about time” , and then they will die out completely. Jmho, but I think they know that. There time has passed.
@WCKitty:
ReplyI think she probably feels angry and hurt. She could be very logical and a good poster at times, she is a very literal thinker and found it hard to suck in all the fan fare for Jennifer. That can make it difficult for anyone posting on a site that you are polar opposite to. I have always thought if we met , any of in life, around a wine bar, none of these conflicts would ever arise. Too bad these immoral self indulgent stars bring out the worst in us, I include myself in that. I hate that about message boards, blogs. I am stunned sometimes at how nasty and mean people are just because it is online.
@Kate:
I’m sorry that she feels angry and hurt. I don’t know what went down, but she used to be nice in her posts to me.
You are right, these celebrities can bring out the worst in all of us. Maybe it’s because we can relate whatever has gone on in our lives with what we are allowed to see (whether real or not). I am not a fan of Jen’s, but I have nothing against her. I have to admit that I have to be careful as Angie reminds me of one of my parents (stepwise) and both her and my dad and her like the Brand. Interesting dinner conversation when my step-mom defended them for selling the children’s photos by stating if she could have done the same she would have (she and my dad both would have). You should have seen my kids faces. I kept my composure in line, but I have to admit if I was anonymous online…
Reply@Kate:
IMO, the only thing that would have set that article apart would have been her photos…but that’s just me, cuz marketing is marketing, it doesn’t really matter what your selling.
ReplyYes, it was in US Weekly, I believe. I still can’t believe she didn’t take her own photos…anyone of us could have pieced that story together with the bs on the jewelers website (or a press packet) and those stock photos she used. If you’ve been to one of those showings, you’ve been to them all
Happy Friday everyone!
A change in subject – I heard on the news a short time ago that Ryan Lochte, one of the U.S. olympic swimmers, admitted he pees in the pool during practice – blames it on the chlorine. Any appeal I had for him is gone! I also heard an interview with him and he sounded stoned. The news broadcaster said he needs to stop drinking non-decaffeinated soda and switch to decaffeinated soda.
Reply@Guest1:
ReplyI ‘m sure he’ll be back tracking that soon.
@Up the Coast:
ReplyThe phoniest thing about it is RP marketing how in love they are, and JP , after following them for 7 long years not having the journalistic integrity to call him on that. Maybe not to his face, but honestly, she knows that is not the truth. There are peers , friends , other actors that have blatantly commented on the reality of the relationship, and on the record, so for Jenny to sell that to anyone only discredits ..her. Anyone can understand why he would say it, he is selling jewelry. What is her reason? She just recently called them out on lying about their donations. Angie picked up her cell and told Robert, “do something about her!”,. That may not be exactly how it went down, but it is WHY it went down. Jmho..people have tried to buy Ian off to , to shut him up. Didn’t work though.

ReplyJanet Jackson’s website has a statement from her attorney which was posted today. Looks like they are still trying to get the will dismissed.
http://www.janetjackson.com/story/news/statement-of-blair-g-brown-on-behalf-of-janet-jackson-randy-jackson-and-rebbie-jackson
Reply@Guest1:
ReplyI really don’t get it…even if it’s dismissed, the last will had the same executor’s (I believe, from what I’ve read) and MJ’s kids initially inherited a huge debt, which has now been paid off and the estate is in the black, so what is their problem with that? Unless, of course, it’s all about the money…but they keep saying it isn’t about the money…..ugh.
So Jermaine removed himself from that mess. I wonder what wishes of Michael’s they’re interested in since he left the majority of his estate to his children and his mother. It must be the 10% the executors get. In a way, I can understand how the siblings feel. There are a lot of non-family members raking in money from the Jackson estate. Like Ian said, his family stood by him when he needed them and it does seem strange that he left nothing to any of his siblings. I always thought he had a good relationship with Janet and LaToya. I guess he had his reasons.
Reply@Up the Coast:
If the claim that the will was forged by the attorney and executors, I doubt the court would allow them to continue as the attorney and executors if they are named as such in the previous will, if it still exists. But one problem I have with the present will is that two of the three witnesses are executors. I’m surprised this fact didn’t make the will invalid, because obviously there is a conflict of interest, since the executors earn a nice fee. I believe the siblings want to take over the executor positions, which is why they are contesting the will. I think the reason this is coming out now is because the estate is worth a lot more know than it was when MJ passed away, so the more it is worth, the more the executors collect. But from what I have read, the time to protest the will has passed. Here is a copy of the will if you are interested:
http://hosted.ap.org/specials/interactives/_documents/jackson_will.pdf
ReplyI took a quick look of the trust. The executors administer the will, which basically states his entire estate goes into his trust. The trustees of the trust are the three executors of the estate. Even if MJ’s siblings were able to invalidate the will, the same three people would still be in charge of the trust. MJ’s assets should have been put into his trust before he died, as he is named trustor. Now that he has passed, the trust is for the benefit of his kids and Katherine. But something very interesting about the trust – in the unlikely event his mother and all his children pass before the trust is fully dispersed (children receive assets in increments as they age), the assets are transfered to another trust – Michael Jackson’s Relatives’ Trust. Guess what – his brothers and sisters are not the beneficiares of this trust – his nieces and nephews are. Here is a copy of the trust:
http://www.sofloridaestateplanning.com/uploads/file/JacksonTrust.pdf
ReplyI had read that the only possibility for them to have the will tossed out is if they can prove that Michael did not sign it. Their stand on that point is when the witness made an error in discussing it and said NYC, to which they lept and claimed MJ wasn’t in NYC so could not have signed. That mistake was cleared up later though back when the judge threw out their lawsuit to overturn his will. The point about the claim they are persuing though is that IF they can find a judge who will agree MJ didn’t sign the will…..then they can toss the trustees and gain control of Paris, Michael Prince and Blanket’s money. It’s all about getting their hands of the kids money.@Guest1:
ReplyIt’s all about taking small steps leading to the removal of the trustees Michael Jackson appointed. They are being very devious and dastardly about it. (why am I now thinking of Dudley Doorite? lol)@Patty Anne:
Reply@Guest1:
ReplyThe 10% fee adds up when your talking about millions of $’s, but I would think it’s a full time job. Full time for 3 people? IDK. What they should be doing is making sure the three executor’s are audited regularly, that way if there’s any misappropriations going on…the court will deal with them.
@Patty Anne:
ReplyCool avi Patty. We had a big thunder/lightening storm this afternoon, then a big downpour
@Patty Anne:
ReplyIn the meantime, who is paying their attorneys? It is a very costly endeavor. I guess if they are able to get the will and trustees dismissed, they might get the probate judge to agree to have the trust pay their legal fees.
@Guest1:
ReplyThey were probably hired on a contingency basis.
The Jackson estate executors are monitored and report regularly to the court with a financial accounting. Of course they get paid. There is nothing unusual about this. These are experienced attorneys and financial experts who are paid very well and deserve it. It seems they have done a bang-up job in protecting and enriching the estate for its beneficiaries – Michael’s children and his mother. It is really no one else’s business. The court is not going to ever make one of the siblings an executor of that estate. Prince is near an age the court may be willing to emancipate him and Paris is not that many years away either – so at least control over them may be safely out of their hands for all time.
Michael may not have left any money to his siblings because of his provisions for them while he was alive. He clearly did not want them to be any part of or in any way a beneficiary of the estate.
Sadly I have personal experience of what happens among siblings when there is an estate left behind. It can be heart breaking. I even feel a little guilty following the disintegration of this family as if it were some soap opera.
On a lighter note – How funny is this – I know Janet’s attorney, Blair Brown. Attorneys like Blair do not normally work on a contingency basis. I imagine Janet is paying dearly for her representation. Anyway, this is costly legal work even before you add up the attorneys’ fees.
Reply@Liz E.:
When I see the name Blair Brown, I remember the actress.
May I ask, what is your opinion of Attorney Blair Brown? I ask because I am wondering if she/he explained to the siblings that they really don’t have a chance of getting the will dismissed or the executors/trustees removed. I also wonder if the siblings were in touch with their attorney when they took their mother to Arizona. Also, the attorney wrote the statement for Janet’s website perpetuating this situatioin. But a lot of times people don’t listen to the advice of their attorney and want to do things their way.
ReplyThank you UTC. Tampa FL is the lightning capitol of the US so we see a lot of light shows during rainy season. In fact there are three storms moving our way that may or may not effect FL but it’s beautiful to watch Mother Nature at her best.@Up the Coast:
ReplyI’d read that Janet is worth milllions so she can finance this overthrow attempt. Also it’s said that Jermaine has Janet’s sympathies and can convince her of most anything. Isn’t he the one who wants MJ’s estate to pay his $500,000 back child support? @Liz E.:
ReplyVery, very interesting article: Brittany Murphy’s death case plagued by cover-ups and controversy

ReplyEvery now and then her name comes up. No one seems to believe the explanation that was given for her or her husband’s death. I hope they are able to follow through on this. Hard to imagine her name was spellef wrong like that without it being done by intention. I wonder how many ways one can spell Pitt or Jolie.
@Guest1:
ReplyThere are so many questions about Brittany, and her death, that were never answered…I was unaware that her father tried to get some answers. She dated Ashton Kutcher, before he hooked up with Demi. I thought she hooked up with that old guy, with the questionable past, on the rebound from AK. I think she was using meth, or some sort of speed, towards the end of her life. The fact that she lived in BSpears old house, where she had her meltdown….then the odd relationship between her (old) boyfriend and her mother, after her death. It was all very weird and sad.
Hmmmmm, there seems to be a very strong effort at a cover up here. I would hope someone who knows how to investigate this case quietly would look into it. Something is not right here.@Guest1:
Reply@Kate:
Spellef? A freudian slip? I wasn’t sure if you did that on purpose. Either way, I got a chuckle out of it.
Apparently Brittany Murphy had agreed to testify for Julia Davis, a national security whistleblower. It appears Ms. Davis is more than just a whistleblower. She actually appeared as a stunt double for AJ in the movie Playing God. Here is a website about Julia Davis and Brittany Murphy’s death:

@WTF:
Manipulation is part of the marketing image in the movie industry. Unfortunately it can tear one down as quickly as it can build one up. That also applies though to any business where one is relying on their name to bring in $$$. I have not mentioned this in a long time, so I will again, because I believe in Public Relations there are some principles one must pay attention to if they want to be successful. These are all ones that I feel are important and they are from Howard Bragman if anyone is interested in the reference. He did some seminars for corporations and they were used. If you really think about it though, these are just an extension of being a decent person, and using common sense, not just for yourself, but your family, and your clients. I am just going to summarize these in my own thoughts and how I believe they apply.
Press, or drawing attention to ones self, good or bad is not all the same , despite what is proclaimed. It only takes one bad piece of press to destroy a business. One bad rumor to ruin your life, one bad behavior to turn clients away. One disgusting secret to get out to destroy a star. A smart business owner knows this, and so does a smart Publicist or Public Relations Department. Using any tactic to get clients or fans is foolish.
It really does not matter what the truth is, the reality of the situation is, IF what is said about you is believed, that IS the reality. If someone believes Angelina is a Saint, to them she is. If someone believes Jennifer is innocent to them she is, and if both are really totally morally depraved it is between them and those it affects, not any of us. Same goes for all of us on here, with our families , work, business, as it does for Ian and for Jenny. How people think of you, or see you, is what is the reality . That is a PR truth. If someone thinks my business is not worth the amount I charge, then it is not, and that feeling will spread, at the same time down selling can lessen your worth if you are worth what you charge. It is all about perception. Whether anyone cares if anyone likes them or not , or can take it is not the point. It is what is remembered. Only we , they , those in control of image can change that, by honesty or manipulation.
Jenny has created an image for herself, ” a little bit of Bitch” , Ian was just doing investigative journalism and when he did “Hollywood Undercover”, created the image of “Ian Undercover”, the Sugar Ray and rest of the commentators on IUC, is all part of his image, his business. The riddles are no different than the foreign language that Ted used on The Awful Truth, he built his name on that. Dlisted is associated with the image of making fun of the story, R rated. Creating a Brand helps sell your product, and it does not matter if you are selling KFC with the Colonel, (His Image) or Brangelina/ or girl next door Jennifer. The one thing that all successful brands have in common though, is they respect the ones who support them, and they do not slander their competitors. Basic rules of business. Some adhere to this, others do not, and it comes back on them eventually.
Sabotage , lies, whether it’s on the internet, between Fortune 500 companies, media outlets, politicians, or those in the movie industry or even your neighbor, will eventually be unearthed. The truth will at some point find it’s way to the surface. When one fights back for their name, they often make it worse, because it draws more attention to the untruth. This is why we do not often see someone running out and hiring an attorney to sue to prove other wise. It could be true , but if it is false, it will fall away. Anyone can plant a rumor about anything, and if it is repeated enough it will become a truth in the minds of some. The dishonest person though that does this is digging their own grave, because when it is unearthed it will then not fade away. People will not forget a liar. We all know our own truths. Ian does, Jenny does.
The media is fickle, it ebbs and flow. One thing it does not do is stand still and wait for the person who needs them . That business, that star, that politician has to be on game or take what comes with it. That is a black and white truth. It is their business. When a person depends on their name to make a living, they are making a deal, and that deal is, “their is no privacy between their public life and their private life.” They may think there is, but when push comes to shove, and the media wants what it wants, fans want what they want, voters and opposing parties, the wall comes down. Everyone knows this, they just want to re-write the deal. Too late.
Credibility. Everyone knows not every blogger or reporter can be right. Of course we will each defend those we are friends with, but at the same time one should be able to say in complete honesty to that person, “I am not able to believe that, possibly your source is misinformed.” I can not even remember the amount of times over the last four years I have questioned Ian’s sources. He is straight up about it, and if one is wrong, he will say they are wrong , because he knows the story is not about him. His credibility is tied to how solid that source is. All reporters get burned. Some do get set up, and some get used. Those who work for knee pad publications especially get used. They may believe them, but that does not make it true. Jenny and Mel both say Tom Cruise is not gay, yet there are people who grew up with Tom who say he is. There is a couple who lived near him whose son was close to Tom, and say he is gay. Ian was told he is gay when he was undercover in Scientology. He did not go in to find out if Tom was gay. Does it matter? NO, but it shows that a story is only as good as the medium one is using . Sources, whether the person is spy in the business world or the industry or silly blog games, as we have seen between FF and JJB are only as good as your trust them. Not very complicated if we think about it. The reporters still work hard. It is not an easy job, and often a thankless one.
Building a business, a fan base, your voters, your blog base..does it not make sense to “energize” that base, and “identify” with them, and “never” forget them. If you do that, they will be loyal. Peoples emotions drive them, that is why we see so many fauxromances, with pretty packages. When you insult or are rude to your base, or dump them. they can be worse than any scorned lover. I most small business owners are very aware of this.
It is dangerous to think too highly of ones self, whether you are loved by millions. Confidence is key to selling, yes, but when one allows themselves to to marketed as something they are not, they are only setting them self up for a downward spiral, and at a speed that would win them a Gold Medal! The media loves to do this. Pump them up, tear them down. We see this in cycles in tabloids. You expect some consistency with journalism . This is one of our biggest problems with our Politicians, they believe their own hype. Never over hype your resume or hide what should have been there. This is where the manipulation comes in with stars, and it is ultimately what destroys those who are not honest. Come in clean, and you will be fine.
I don’t think many believe that Jennifer is innocent. Not at this point(but she is nice to most, although she treated her mother as horribly as Angelina did her father), but for as much manipulation that she uses to continue to market herself, (and change her image), so does Angelina. They all do. I suspect there are quite a bit of untruths between these people, and if they were to all come out, none of them would survive it. It is hardly worth anyone getting upset over, and I would say right now on some boards, the behavior of the fans on each side, are about equal. Even as people lay dying in a movie theater, this was still more important to some. I am amazed that the love for a star is more important than the love and compassion for a fellow human being and their families. ( I think it is nice Mel does feature some human interest stories, the baby with cancer is heartbreaking) I am not referring to anyone here , just commenting in general , and what was going on . It is hard to believe that for some, these people, these 4 people are more important than some of the tragedies that are reported daily. I have to wonder if they are not very young by some of the twitters and the Grottos and do not understand the value of life and the heartbreak and grief of death.
Nice to hear you are doing well and are happy with your home blog. It would be nice if things did not have to be so snippy between there and here. I am not sure why JP has a thing for Ian, makes no sense to me. Did he do something to her? She did make a comment she does not make swipes at other reporters? I am just curious if you don’t mind if I ask? He never comments on other bloggers or reporters.
Let’s put the word “hate” aside, there is no room for that in relation for 4 old movie stars reaching midlife.
k.

@Kate:
These four persons fans, who tend to use a lot of hard words to people who think in another way, ought to take a week off from the blogs. Why not a “White Week”. Close the lap tops and read a real newspaper, not on internet, it should be a real paper were you have to change side when you have finished one. Take a moment and read about what happens in your area, in your country and in the whole world. Perhaps you will notice that there are a lot of bad things going on. Wars, starvation, global warming, murder and many more things we don´t read about on the blogs. Even the newspapers have three or four sides with “Entertainment news” so you will not miss any big things. it´s summer for most of us. Why not go out for a walk, it doesn´t matter if it´s raining. The purpose is to get a healthy distance to these A-list star who we not really know.
This is to some extent what Kate said. I just wanted to give some suggestions what to do when you not are out on the web.
Reply@Kate:

@Tetta:
ReplyIn way I the internet can be so detrimental to our health, like any addiction I suppose, soaps, games, etc. It is nice to be outside or just read a book. BTW I finally watched Fincher’s . I did not care for it on several levels. The murders were not a main focus, so the suspense was not there, and he notched up the rape scene to be more fleshy, but for some reason it did not have the same raw impact , because the focus seemed to be her naked pretty body. In the original it was just the raw horror or what was happening to her. He did not follow the events in order , so her emotions seemed out of place. In the original you understand why she did the things she did, where they came from, the cold stare,distant, anger, when softness crept in and why. I went in with an open mind, waited long enough to see it to not be influenced by the marketing. Craig did not have the same demeanor either, so much was missing. The feel was okay, and similar but at times it actually felt slow. The end contradicted who she is though I thought, but a set up for his take on the second set.
From CDAN:
“Janet Jackson is like that villain at the end of the movie who you think is dead but suddenly springs up again and tries to kill you one last time. You would think after the events of the past week that Janet and Rebbie and Randy Jackson would back off their vicious fight against the rest of the family and Michael’s estate. Nope. They are not going to stop until they either get rid of the executors or get a nice big fat check to shut up and go away. That is what they want. There is nothing else they can gain by their actions. They just want to be the biggest pains they can and hope they get some money for going away. Apparently they are thinking of numbers in the $2M-$5M range to go away. I say forget them because all they are doing is making themselves look crazy and LaToya probably can’t wait to show all of this on her new show.”

Blair’s a guy. Used to be at PDS long time ago. He’s a good attorney. I have no idea what he told his client. I’m sure he laid out the options but in the end you do what your client asks you to do unless it’s illegal or unethical. You can’t judge attorneys by their clients.
I don’t know probate law that well. I am still a bit perplexed at why the siblings have any standing to challenge the will at all. I don’t think any state gives an hereditary entitlement to a sibling if there are children of the dead sibling. It’s not like a spouse who you cannot legally disinherit in a will no matter how much you hate them – in every state any spouse gets at least a certain amount from the estate even if the dead spouse tries to disinherit them. The amount depends on the state – a third, a quarter, etc.
Patty Anne, I also read that it was Jermaine who wanted $500K from the estate/trust. I had read earlier that it was about $150K he asked for and that the executors finally caved in and he got that much. Not sure if they gave him the $500k or that’s what he wants now. I am sure these siblings have convinced themselves that as part of the Jackson Five they helped make it possible for Michael to make all the money he did later so he owed them more than they got. Once someone has created a justification for themselves it’s hard to shake it. They have convinced themselves they are entitled and I also believe as someone already mentioned that they are trying to worm their way into a position where they can somehow control the money via new executors, etc.
As an aside, I also grew up in Central Fla and I second how beautiful the storms are. That’s a beautiful avatar. They really are a tribute to nature’s magnificence. In the summer it rained every day whether it was a storm or just a short sun shower. Wonderful. Just unhappy we kids would have to get out of the pool. LOL!
Reply@Liz E.:
ReplyI know you said, you don’t know probate law that well, but…if the estate is in a trust, why is it in probate? Becuz they are executor’s from outside the family or because it’s not a living trust? I understand how a living trust works, but this must be beyond that scope…is it because of the amount of money/assets that are involved?
@Kate:
well said as always Kate and i agree every one in and out of the public eye are master manipulators of their own lives.
I have no idea about JP and Ian..perhaps because of the books ? I couldn’t care less if any of you post over there….we welcome everyone although i suspect some take the sarcasm as personal jabs.
Frankly i don’t post much any more anywhere……i’ll go days without even checking in some days i do post. Depends on whats happening in real life.
i guess my point is we can say what we mean to be an innocent comment about something and somewhere someone is bound to take it an entirely different way and that causes reactions. We’re all guilty of that. I admire your loyalty to Ian, i just dont’ share it and thats ok. I dont’ dislike any actors that i don’t know….sometimes the comments of fans make me roll my eyes in a “are you kidding me ” way. And if i “react” by responding sarcastically (its just my nature) than so be it.
stay well dear kate …you are a very wise woman and i really respect you and yes over wine at a nice place i suspect we’d have many laughs and debates

ReplyBut I recognize your description of it. The swedish version is also slow from time to time. But I think it´s a feeling Stieg Larsson wanted to be shown. Grey cold winter. Far up in the north of Sweden. Things are slow there. But James Bond is never slow ! Maybe that´s the reason it get´s disturbing in the US version.
@Up the Coast:
I really don’t know probate law so I don’t want to mislead anyone. I know the issues that can arise more than I know the answers. LOL! Michael’s trust and estate may be more complicated than the typical trust because he (or his works) continued to generate assets after he died. He had lots of debt and that may have compromised the assets of the trust. Anything not already in the trust at the time of his death would have to go through probate. If there are creditors then I’m pretty sure you just can’t take assets not yet in the trust or assets still coming in and move them to the trust. Creditors can even access some trust assets depending on how the trust was set up or how assets were transferred to it while Michael was alive and in debt.
It can get very complicated and there are lots of issues that could arise such as did he – rightly or wrongly – use trust assets as collateral or try to transfer assets to the estate that were being used as collateral for creditors. I’m sure there are many other similar issues that clouded the trust and remainder estate. I wonder if the music catalogues were part of the trust. Maybe someone knows the answer. And can the assets of the catalogues be split and some assets be in the estate and others not – for instance, the rights to the songs as opposed to the songs’ earnings from use. See why these lawyers earn their money? It’s not easy.
Reply@Up the Coast:
ReplyI can answer that. At least in my state, the probate court not only overseas the administration of an estate, but also trusts created by an estate. Basically the trustees file annual or triannual accountings that the probate court reviews and approves. In addition, the probate court is involved with guardianships (including those involving persons with mental disabilities), conservatorships, termination of parental rights, etc. I have a friend whose son was injured when he was a toddler and there was a lawsuit in which funds were set aside for his benefit. Any distributions of these funds have to be approved by the probate court until he reaches the age of 18, which is coming up next year. Unfortunately as a toddler it was unknown the extent of his injuries but he definitely has some mental issues. I think she is going to apply for conservatorship before he turns 18 because he is not capable of handling the money and he most likely will need to live with her when he is an adult.

Lucky for me, I was an only child…so I was spared that battle.
ReplyThanks for the response…with all the “stuff” MJ purchased, all over the world, it’s very likely that everything was not listed. I can only imagine how complicated some of the accounting is, especially with royalties and such…and I agree that they earn their pay, especially in this instance, and they’ve done an amazing job of turning it around.
I’ve also watched, as families (neighbors) turn into 5 yr olds and bicker over what’s left… It’s a sad commentary on the human condition
‘No room for hate’ by David Gould
Wrote in response to our daughter being killed in the London Bombings of 7 July 2005
There is no room within my heart
for revenge, fire or hate
there is no room within my mind
for any thoughts like these.
I cannot find the words to say
just how it is I feel
but I know from deepest hurt
I must forgiveness find.
The hurt that’s been done to us
cuts sore like a knife,
but we must not, repay in kind
what has been done to us.
Instead we must try and find
the way that is so hard,
and reach out our loving hands
to find some friendship now.
There can be no more healing thing
than opening wide our eyes
and seeing that most other folk
are really just like us.

ReplyUTC, I think I misspoke about the child support payments. I believe it is Randy who is $500k behind in child support payments. He is one of the sibs (with Janet and Rebbe) still attacking the executors. Jermaine has changed his tune and has backed off. This is dizzying.

I also read that Randy and Jermaine requested it…and they have children by the same woman too. ugh!

Love and peace back at you. xxxx
Reply@Dream:
ReplyHi Dream…aww, sounds like fun.
@Up the Coast:
As Liz E. pointed out, it is very complicated. I’m not an expert on this. Look at it this way, jointly held property does not need clearance from the probate court to transfer the property to the surviving joint owner. This is the same with property held in trust. At least in my state (CT), you still need to include the property on the state and federal estate tax return and on the inventory submitted to the probate court. The probate court in CT determines their fee on the value of all property, including property held in trust. Any way the state can take your money they will!
This is from the State of CT probate website:
“Perhaps the most advertised “benefit” of the living trust is that it “avoids probate.” What that oftenmisunderstood phrase means is that it avoids the supervision of the probate court. Avoiding probate does not avoid estate or inheritance taxes. Those taxes apply equally to assets held in a living trust or a testamentary trust, and the opportunity of minimizing those taxes applies equally to both kinds of trusts. Unbeknown to most lay people, a living trust does not avoid the statutory fees charged by the probate court. These fees, which are established by the state legislature, are a matter of public record, and they may be found in the Probate Court brochure entitled The Probate Court and You. For example, a $250,000 estate passing to a non-spouse would result in a $990 probate fee, while the fee to a surviving spouse would be $552.50, since there is a special exemption for spouses. Many experienced probate practitioners do not find these fees excessive, and most lay people, when they discover what they are, find them reasonable as well.
ReplyLiving trust marketers usually fail to advise their clients that these probate fees are charged on the basis of
the gross taxable estate as shown on the state estate tax return (or sometimes the federal estate tax return), which must be filed in the probate court even if all the decedent’s property is passing through a living trust. Therefore, the same fees will generally be charged whether or not a living trust is used.”
@Guest1:
Please Guest1, it was not me, but the author of the poem David Gould. Some people have suffered unimaginable loss and still lift their heads and heart with no hate. This to me is a ultimate sacrifice and a miracle to forgive. If “we” (the world in general) hold a precious ounce of that type of understanding, it would be a life to truly live.
I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. The author of this poem lost his daughter Helen Jones, not I.

ReplyWhew! xxx

ReplyNot me. We’ve been watching movies all day……zzzzzzz
@Up the Coast:
I googled and checked it out. You are right, property held in a trust does not have to go through probate in CA. But I’m not sure how that works with MJ’s estate, since the property was not transferred into the trust until after his death. The executors may still be handling this part of his estate.
Did you have to file an estate tax return with the State of California? I know you need to file a federal tax return if the gross estate is over $5M. In CT you file a state tax return but only pay taxes if the gross estate is $2M or more. CT includes life insurance as an estate asset.
Reply@Guest1:
ReplyYes, I think it was Fed/State…I just remember it was a very smooth transition, all things considered. With MJ’s estate, there were so many creditors in the beginning…it probably took alot of time to weed thru them all and determine which ones were legit.
Is everybody sleeping in today?

ReplyIt is pretty boring stuff…. zzzzz. I just read that Robert Pattinson is hanging out around here, partying up at the Deer Lodge in Ojai
still not read it all lol.
Replyapparently the actress that played marcia brady is turning 50. that makes her a year younger than the actress that played cindy brady.
@Dream:
ReplyHi again Dream….I heard a blurb about a new Brady Bunch tv show, with Vince Vaughn and…..I can’t remember who else.
@Up the Coast:
ReplyI checked out the website for the Deer Lodge and looks like a nice place. It looks like all their waitresses are dressed like cowgirls, Hooter style! I can’t picture RP dressed like a cowboy! How far are you from Santa Barbara? That was my absolute favorite place when I took a trip to CA – I went to San Diego, San Francisco, Century City, Carmel, and Santa Barbara. Fond memories.
@Dream:
ReplyThe actress that played Marcia was Maureen McCormick and she was born on 8/5/1956. Maybe she knocked 8 years off her age! I can’t say I haven’t done that . . .

ReplyI am about 30 min from SB. And Marcia/Maureen didn’t just turn 50 if she was born in ‘56
Supposedly there is a photo on Instagram (never heard of it before this) of justin theroux holding a toddler girl while wearing his bike helmet. They’re not sure it’s really him but allegedly paul rudd gave it a thumbs up. I was looking for a resemblance to someone in the little girls face but didn’t sreally see any. I’ve probably spent too much time at IUC but here’s the pic

In looking at that baby’s face, we have to remember what Jen looked like naturally and in the beginning -before nose work, etc.
ANd I hope you all had a great weekend. I have family visiting for a while so haven’t been here.
Reply@Up the Coast:
ReplyMaybe but I was hoping it was the secret child. Doesn’t look ike either one of them though.
Hi Jan. It’s rudd’s daughter. They posted another picture of her with her mother and the child has the same turned up nose.
ReplySo…Jenny Paul removed everyone’s comments, but left that hideous comment from her (supposedly) gay friend Jameson who threatened: “being gay means I can screw you dry…and leave you badly lit.” They seem to think this is a joke over there…I guess the joke is that he couldn’t get it up if his life depended on it
Reply@Up the Coast:
ReplyI just don’t see the humor in what her friend wrote (I agree it’s hideous) in response to the poster Moods from FF. I’ve been reading the posts in response to what Jameson and Moods wrote and have lost what little respect I had for Jenny Paul. I have deleted her off my website list because of her attitude towards posters (she obviously doesn’t consider how she comes across to posters if she is attempting to attractive more). Unless someone comes in attacking posters on this site, nobody attacks with such a snobbish threatening attitude towards posters they disagree with. Being gay doesn’t give that person the right to threaten another poster. Am I missing something?
@WCKitty:
ReplyThe questions they asked were valid, and the response was over the top, imo. Gay or straight…it doesn’t matter, would they think it’s funny if someone threatened to screw HIS asshole dry and leave him badly lit? I doubt it, and rightly so. No, I don’t think you are missing anything
Hi all, it appears that Justin & Jen are officially engaged; People is reporting it and Justin’s rep confirmed it. No “promise for the future”, just a regular proposal/engagement.
