Reply“Y2K” – significance was overstated. “Following Atticus” was published by the same guy who did “Marley & Me.” Tippett is from Shawnee, OK, same as Brad Pitt. “Cannon fodder” is considered soldiers regarded or treated as expendable in battle. “Cup of coffee” is North American sports terminology for a short time spent by a minor league player at the major league level. “Chess game” – game of position. So…I’m taking that this is a fake relationship and another “triangle-related” chess move?

The idea is they can take a coffee break, reboot their brains with some strategic moves on the chess board then return to what they were doing. Always moving toward winning the game. Sounds like someone is strategically playing and manipulating here.

So from that standpoint I totally agree. I just think stranger things have happened in life that it does not make a reunion (and I am in no way saying that is what is happening) that unlikely.

And, I like JA, but am being honest that I think it is disturbing. And, yeah, I find the issue of the children disturbing as well, but I always have found their lack of public privacy disturbing. It is just my opinion but I did not see the children in the staged photo-op yesterday appearing at ease. I personally think they resent the cameras and I certainly can’t blame them.

Think AJ could make casualties out of any of them, herself included, but think the relationship is simply fodder to divert from their true mission (best I can do on military speak LOL).

ReplyThose name rings are common in NYC. I know a group personally who had personal name rings created by a goldsmith in NYC and sent to them in the mid-west a decade ago. I would be more likely to think there was something between Justin and Jennifer IF they were wearing rings of their proper size with the other’s name on it but they are not. I can’t conclude this indicates a personal relationship but it could give that impression if we had not known what they said. Deflection? For what? Just more drama with so many movies out right now imo. Keep the triangle going, and sell em while they’re hot. Brangelina is in name only and has been (hahaha @ has been(s) ) for some while, Jennifer has moved on in her personal life I’m sure. Brad and Jen were just another couple of actors in Hollywood… What is it that made their love more profound and deeper than all the other couples that have broken up since them? Why would they still be pinning for each other after more than six years when every other couple that has broken up since them have moved on with their lives. Brad loved Gwen deeply, but did not get back with her. Brad and Jen are real people, they are not some characters in some romance novels… they were together for some several years, had their time together and have gone their separate ways. Things change, people change, feelings change.. nothing stays the same.. To think these two after all those years still have this great love between them is ridiculous. ….I wish all of them the best.. I am sure they have all moved on with their lives, I hope blogs, tabloids and fans would also do the same. As for this Jen’s new romance, I don’t know what to make of it. If it is a PR stunt, it is not helping her at all… She is getting a beating in the press. As for Jolie and Pitt, well time will tell. We may act as if we know what’s going on with them… The reality is we don’t. Some of you tend to speculate… Like the one poster upthread who claims the kids dont’ look happy. How wyould you know if teh kids are happy or not? you are only seeing a shot taken from a distance by some pap yet you are able to conclude on the state of the children’s happiness.

I think I may be the guilty party you are referring to about the kids not looking too happy about getting new toys. Mostly comparing their expressions to my own daughter receiving a new one. I agree to some degree (wow…rhyming now!) that the kids should be left out of it directly, but most of us are just concerned that their welfare is looked after.
You are right as well, we are all just speculating but as long as we keep it to a forum that is pretty much set up to do just that, I don’t think we are causing harm. We are just having a bit of decompression time and in some degree to me at least they are characters…as I don’t know them personally and nothing I speculate about them will touch them in any way.
In a perfect world, BP/AJ and JA and whomever would live happily ever after, with or without each other…but as you said, this is reality….and some of us are just looking for a break from it.
All good thoughts…I appreciate your feedback and I will try to watch my verbiage about the kids!

ReplyI think the puzzle clue is saying that the JT relationship is fake because of her “relationship” w/BP. I don’t really want to see this either if for no other reason than this stupid triangle press will never end. I think the JT relationship is deflection with the added plus of the JA/JT movie out in October (that is provided that the PR deflection doesn’t backfire). According to this puzzle there’s a child for JA in the mix, so if that’s true I think that’s enough to cause someone to have a fake relationship. And w/JT it appears that AJ and her handlers found something with HB that they could use as tabloid fodder.

Why would you think Angie is riding Brad Pitt’s coat tails because she does not have as many movies out this year as Jen or Pitt. They are for all intent and purposes a couple, therefore they are not able to each make as many movies a year as they would like to. There are sacrifices that must be made in any relationship.. be it friendship or romantic.. They have SIX children.. How would you feel if both of them were turning three to four movies a year.
Be realistic, Jen can turn as many movies as she would like in one year. She is a single gal. Why should there be a competition between these three people. Let them do what make them happy.

Black swan 2 there is nothing to deal with. Its the quality of the films that Matter. Brad has 2 movies left to promote this year and whats Brad’s is Angie’s thats just how they roll. Fuggaston on the other hand is nearing the end of her movie carrerr, thank you JESUS. Hysteria doesn’t match the real consequences…which is a “conversation” with a larger theme (attach Shawnee, OK and you have BP)……her challenge of a lifetime (attach Marley & Me and you have JA) to “climb the mountains” (scale/survive the obstacles/PR)…dating relationships are expendable in this battle…which is a game of strategic skill being played from opposite sides of the world at any given time.
Chess is a game for a maximum of two players, imo the players are JA and AJ. I can’t imagine thatAJ is going to make this easy.
There’s no way JT and HB have been blind-sided by this. I would expect they are being amply compensated. Just my opinion!!
Also Katy Perry’s song “A Cup of Coffee” about love/hate relationships – “you said it’s over…..I could really go for a cup of coffee and an overdose…” Not sure if the phrase ties into the song or just the online game, it could be a connection to the Elvis post which I believe is about AJ.

The things and people she loves most are kept very private. That’s why this is just what it seems, a friendship. And no, I don’t think she will go back to BP. I am still hoping that the JA/JT relationship is real. I think that AJ/BP truly over and are only for publicity, but that doesn’t mean that he is pining for Jen. I do believe that they talk occasionally, but I think that is it (like RD said, regardless of any residual love, too many obstacles to overcome for it to ever work again).
I also think that Jen has a good head on her shoulders and is doing what makes her happy right now. None of these players are kids (AJ/BP/JA/JT). I think that JT and his ex were on and off for a while, not solid or anyplace near married. Most of these types have multiple properties, so just because she moved out just recently doesn’t mean that that is when they exactly broke up.
If this were just for publicity and the new film, why not just play with it the way she did with GB/JS, etc…I think she has had most of her fun in private and if she wanted this to be private it would be. IF it isn’t real, then she has a reason for putting it out there.
I do agree with you RD that AJ will use this to her full advantage and that is the chess game that is being played.

ReplyI think the one on people is cropped to put them together to compare the rings, but the one on Radar looks real to me. If you notice, both Jen and JT’s feet are headed off to the right like they are headed in the same direction but don’t want to be photograhed “together”…meaning in one frame. It is a wide shot, so the older woman throws it off. She is actually ahead of them slightly, so they are walking behind her and in another direction from her, so it makes it look weird. The green are leaves from a tree that are out of focus and blocking the face of the guy behind Jen. I think I am right on this one, but feel free to poke holes. Obviously I am VERY busy today! LOL!

If Angie hadn’t made those photos public (they are in People magazine) then none of us would be able to comment on the children. In the PR statement (obviously written by her saintness herself) she states that “The children were in good spirits as they left carrying new toys.” I do not see good spirits faces on the children, and if Angie is trying to sway public opinion, then she should release photos of the children having a good time. Instead she released photos that showed the children unhappily getting toys out of what looked like the back of a warehouse.

I had to leave again and was thinking about yesterday’s post while I was driving. I think at least part of the nod to me yesterday was that his post was not just filler, it had more meaning to it. If Ian is going to tag a clue “AJ” it’s posted for a reason. I suggested body-doubles or something hidden that was found (was thinking the possibility of “famewhore farrah” with that). But this post doesn’t seem to fit with yesterday. He said “it would be apparent” – lol, really! like we would just know for sure this time!! On some of my guesses I have really strong gut feelings but I never really know if i’m close!
So either today’s clue has nothing to do with yesterday and it was posted because it’s very timely. Or, yesterday was about look-a-likes so they’re connected by the idea of deflection? I think kids like bright colors. I was going in the hairdresser’s one day and a woman came out with twin boys about 3 yrs. of age and they had their nails painted orange. I laughed because I totally got it. They didn’t equate painted nails with women in general; they wanted colored nails. BUT, and this is a big but in my book, they weren’t being paraded around for a photo op and these boys weren’t being made a spectacle of. To photograph the little escapade in Malta, someone had to be close and with permission. SHE knew that. SHE thinks she is being a free spirit artistic mother. She isn’t. SHE has a responsibility to those children to make sure their privacy is not invaded and that they aren’t subject to ridicule. Would I laugh if Knox had cowboy boots and shorts on? Yes, because he would have evidently picked that. This display was just that, a display.

I also posted about her hair…it was cut in February to her shoulders and that is about 4 months…I don’t think a couple of inches of growth is unheard of…mine grows that quickly and I don’t have all of the great products that I am sure she has access to!

Regarding the length of the celebs hair – they often use extensions to create the fullness or length they naturally lack. In fact, when Jen first cut her hair short it was reported by her stylist to be so they could “get rid” of her extensions. I’ve never used them, but those people I know who do say they can become very painful after time and hang down as the natural hair they are attached to grows out. Not saying Jen has resumed extensions, just a possible reason for the difference in length in photos.

it’s not a happy movie but definitely has funny lines. it is a grown up movie and deals with suburban family life and decay in the mid seventies, with the new freedoms movement in full swing. it is very very good.
i really think justjen is for real too. and i really like him. and i think he showed up at events with HB after he and janiston were on because it was business and networking crapola. i think she got work through him. and she may have made plans to attend with him. but at some point that it was to be over, she is now dragging her feet or whatever. if she doesn’t want to give him up janiston would not blame her. but he and they seem to have been over the love for awhile. this is no big deal to me but is being made a huge deal trying to tear her down. if their motives are good they will be fine.

i got to know a young woman at the park in N.O. and her daughter is autistic. she felt so isolated and alone because she hurt so much for her daughter. her own mother could handle things with the girl better. i don’t know why for sure she didn’t have more association with a group. it may have been her own decision as she had only just mentioned it to me after many times of chatting. the next time i saw the girl the mom’s own mother was there and i guess she had been there before and knew who i was. i didn’t know who she was but she told me right off her daughter’s babe was autistic as if i probably did not know. it just made me feel bad to know she had such a hard time of it and did not talk about it. she enjoyed chatting tho. but taking care of her girl was all on her, no man to help. thank goodness she had grandma tho. grandma seemed worn out and worried tho. i wish they could have been able to laugh. she never laughed once when we chatted. she smiled big a few times.

ReplyIt seems that God typically knows who the best parents for special needs children will be. I am involved with a charity where I live and I meet them all the time. They never complain about the deck they were dealt, but are thankful for the joy that their children bring into their lives…even the ones that do not have that much time. Any way she said that she had so much easier time of raising disabled children because she had none of the guilt of bringing them into the world that way.

Hi LG, when I first looked at the picture I noticed how long her hair is but I also thought the picture looked a little weird like it wasn’t quite real (maybe the angle it was taken). When UTC suggested it was an old picture and then others were saying it was taken off ROL I decided to google pictures of her in boyfriend jeans. In all of them she had really long hair. So, I’ve come to the conclusion that the photo is current because of the rings, it’s taken in NY and she’s dressed for warm weather so the timeline is the present. If you look at the pictures of her in the orange dress taken in early May you can see her hair was already getting longer.
I think you got it right about the Y2K clue, the relationship is real but maybe it is being overblown. I questioned it at first because in all their pictures together (there are only a few) she doesn’t look happy and in the NY stroll pics she looks angry. Maybe he called the paps and she was upset about it or maybe she was pressured to go public with it before she was ready (either by jt or by her pr firm). They are all three represented by the same PR company. Brad Pitt has a movie to promote, Moneyball, and he could be up for an Oscar for TOL. She has Horrible Bosses and Wanderlust coming out. I don’t know if studios call publicists and pressure them to get their clients to do what they think is necessary for their movies to do well but maybe that’s a factor. Let’s face it, whatever we think of him, Brad is a golden boy in Hollywood and a bigger star than she is and they’re probably trying to clean up his image for an Oscar nomination. JMO but I’ll admit I don’t know what I’m talking about a lot of the time.

Replyshe was a shy southern doll type. i didn’t ask questions. her work schedule changed and then we eventually moved back. she told her mom to say goodbye to me and her mom gave me a good bye card. the little girl when i saw her was in an overlapping world of her own and grandma was always apologizing for that. i hope they all 3 have found some more happiness.

ReplyMy take on the break up after reading around is, Brad told Jen he has a desire for boys and was thinking of coming out. Jen said fine go think about it and we can divorce if you are sure. I can’t see her bringing kid’s into a relationship that was not monogamous, she strikes me as being a little more on the everyday person side for that. Along came AJ willing to let him have both men and woman and beard for him and give him kids.
I think the stick it to Jen crap was to give first strike if she had anything bad to say. And I think that’s why she was caught off guard. She didn’t expect Brad to treat her that way. I don’t think AJ stole him but I think Jen was expecting Brad to come out not find another woman.
Just my thoughts after reading last few months.

Siska, I read that too by Ted C. I don’t know why the media always pick on jen like that. Even with the homewrecker label they put on her they blow it out of proportion. I hope she’s happy with jtx. He seems like a smart, talented man and not the HW pretty boy type so maybe this will work out for her. And put an end to the jen pining away for brad stories.
As for angie, she looks quite awful. I don’t know if it’s drugs or illness or both but she looks like she’s in trouble. What’s so surprising to me is that no one in the media is saying anything about it. Brad needs to get her some help and fast.

Re: siska/Tec C comments on AJ in charity… I have also heard from people with contacts in the humanitarian sector that AJ knows her stuff and is no lightweight, but it is easy to want to criticize her and be skeptical about the publicity she receives.
IMO, she seems like a hard worker, devoted to her career, her image and her celebrity status, maybe even to the point of being an obsessed workaholic, but I’ve said it before, she looks like a woman who needs a long, if not permanent, break from this lifestyle. Gone is the youthful beauty and age is taking its toll. The next 5 years should be interesting!!

@siska: Siska – re: why media would seem negative about JA new man… I haven’t been following the JA boyfriend stuff, mainly because there seems to have been so many men in JAs life (on top of the Bermuda triangle) it just feels like “here we go again” and it is difficult to take it seriously esp since alot of the guys follow her work on movies, then it just fades away. You have to admit, there have been quite a lot of stories about her and guys, and the John Mayer stories were a bit over the top dramatic. She really lost me with that one. Plus, to me, this latest guy is pretty ugly – losing his hair and growing a big ugly fluffy dark beard – not my preference!

ReplyI guess if her problem is drugs then no one can force her to stop, she has to do it herself. Angie seems the type of person who does what she wants and doesn’t listen to anyone. And brad doesn’t seem to me the type who really cares too much about anyone but himself. As for the humanitarian work, maybe she does know her stuff but I believe the PR she gets from it is a very big part of her work. A woman who brings six children into her life needs to cut back with the workaholic stuff and focus on those kids instead of running around all over the world with them. One thing’s for sure, while AJ might have been racy and exciting 5+ years ago, today JA is far more glowing, healthy, youthful looking than AJ…. a bit of the Betty to AJ’s Veronica. I think JA will sooooo outlast AJ in terms of beauty, exuberance, cool-ness and health. She is a classy 40+ year old who has a great reputation and seems well-surrounded by friends – contrary to AJ.
AJ will have to totally re-invent herself to be sustainable as a credible celebrity. Based on recent press, imo, the shine is starting to fade and we all see that the looks are too.
ReplyIt´s very odd that the people surrounding Angelina permits her to be showed in public. She seems close to a breakedown. And I agree that it ought to be Brad who force her to treatment. Even if they no longer are a couple they are co-parenting and seems to spend time together. I can, without a doubt say that if she was a woman in my country, with responsibility for six children, she would have been taken care of. Especially if it was a woman in the limelight with photos shown in the media more than once a week.
The other question, yes, I also think Jtx looks ugly right now. Does he need the beard for a movie or something ? But it´s fun to seee him in earlier photos without the beard. ReplyI’m not sure what I think of Jt yet but he does seem to be well rounded, educated and intelligent. He’s also a vegetarian so he’s defintely into a healthy lifestyle like jen. He’s not handsome in a traditional way but he has a pretty good bod and he looks okay without the beard. It’s what’s inside a man, his heart and his character that are important and we don’t know what that is yet. All we know is that he had a long term girlfriend that he broke up with somewhere along the way. We don’t know what their relationship was like. Sometimes people hang onto a bad relationship because it’s easier than breaking up and then one person finds someone else and it’s over. That’s life. As long as they don’t do to the girlfriend what brangie did to jen with leaking stories to the press that the breakup was all her fault (i.e. she didn’t want children) it won’t be a problem for them.

If this isn’t a wake up call for term limits I don’t know what is. But who do we talk to about that? The career politicians that represent us? Or the ones who are trying to get into office so they can make their millions until they can collect their congressional pensions? It makes me feel helpless to see this corruption in our government and not be able to do anything about it. Voting is all we can do and often the choice is against the lesser evil.

Yea, I began to see the shimmer of the inner Jolie – a true sociopath and it frightened me – for the child. She continued her downward spiral and in the course of seeking a daddy for Maddox and failing at her attempt to entrap Colin Farrell went after a married man. Both have paid dearly for their adultry though: She’s aged 20 years in 7, and Brad Pitt is old, used up pot head or worse. And now the comments in the papers are naming them outright such as Ted C.’s Brad Loves Angelina’s Gross “Milkshakes” ( clearly deviant behavour) and speaking of that, remember when Brad first was with JoHo and was hospitalized and Jen commented about what he had contracted? Yea, Jen knew what Diapered Brad and Black Rubber Sheets JoHo were doing, and it’s not pretty. They’ve succeeded in pulling themselves down in respect, fans, and morals. ReplyI didn’t know brad was hospitalized. When did that happen and what did jen say about it? I remember reading early on they were into S&M stuff. Was he injured? I was readng what the bodyguard said about bra/jen meeting up. I think probably that was jen trying to get some closure on that relationship more than seriously wanting to get back with him.

I thought it so curious that many outlets suggested a possible bout with an STD. All this must have occured before they created The Brand and gained so much influence over the press. When combined with Jolie’s biological children being born via C-section when she is considered to be healthy ( back in ‘06 anyway) usually that is due to an STD that could possibly effect the babe. I don’t remember reading anything at the time or since about whether he was vaccinated for that trip or not. I do know that CDC meningitis vaccination recommendations for travelers and health professionals have changed in recent years and that there are a number of newly authorized shots for the different strains of meningitis.
That was their 2nd visit to the orphanage though. They went a week or 2 earlier to meet her or whatever you do when adopting a baby.

ReplyI was watching a program about the 25 greatest HW love stories. The jp’s came in at #2 (bogart/bacall were #1). They are in Malta together and next month they go to the UK. I don’t see them splitting anytime soon. They may not be happy but I think their current arrangement works for them and they won’t split, at least not in the near future. I don’t think there will be a brad/jen reunion. I haven’t changed my opinion of them in any way but I think they will continue the status quo for the foreseeable future. There will always be a movie to promote and I think the brand they created owns them. I’m tired of waiting for the breakup that never happens. How long has it been and how many opportunities has brad had to leave? JMO. No disrespect to those who don’t agree with me.

siska! i have been watching Dirt! on netflix and i LOVE it. i swear there is some triangle in there too. and i def know there is some bradley pitt in that closeted gay actor character. he used pitts affect and clothing style and there is a scene where he and his beard are sitting on an interview sofa afterwards and he turns to her as to say thanx and she takes the ring off. it looked like pitt/jolie sitting there.

Love that he has an educated brain which he uses, multiple talents in the industry, wicked sense of humor, and he knows how to dress according to his moods ( something I think most of us do unconciously). I dislike the beard and possibly that is due to the weired things sighted moving in BP’s weak beard attempts, but clean shaven he’s dripping in appeal. Love his bad-boy self as well. Every woman would love to have an intelligent, funny, loving bad boy all her own and goodness knows I’ve had my share. I say Go Jen. Hello Astro. You know I never understood why people were saying Brad Pitt was/is “handsome”. To me his ski nose is a reminder of a Howdy Doody puppet’s, nothing strong or masculine about it. He tends to be limp wristed when relaxed, and the way he wore/wears his hair most often times is not attractive to his features. I think being the “prettiest” sibling in his family he bought into being the “handsomest” man in HW. Don’t really know though, but it seems to me he’s role playing , rather than being who he truly is. I think Jennifer is much better off with a , not sure how to word this, …manly man? and JT fits that bill. I would love nothing more than to see Brad Pitt stuck with psycho-biotch Angelina Jolie for life. It’s like two needy persons making a mistake of pairing up and not having one to be the care taker of either. I was reading on one site that when brad and angie visited Ethiopia after adopting zahara they never visited the town where she born and if they had they would learned the story about her mother. If they were decent people they would do what they could to help her and to reunite them so zahara could know her biological mother. She could be her nanny. I would add that zahara is the luckiest of the children because her real mother is alive and it’s not angelina jolie.

I had to laugh at your dog water story. My cat also refuses to drink water out of anything but a glass. We have a double sided cat dish. We put cat food on one side and the water glass on the other side. I had another cat many years ago who would only drink water from a running faucet so whenever she was thirsty we had to turn the faucet on and she would jump up on the counter and drink (totally ignored her water dish). They are crazy, loveable little characters.

Before Brad, Jennifer was loved for everybody just as Rachel Green, she had her own name. She made a mistake, she got married with him, after he cheated on her with Angelina and the divorce, everybody has been calling her: Brad Pitt’s ex!!!.

Just watched an interesting documentary on The Passionate Eye regarding the Kennedys and how the nannies have come out over the years to give the insight of the kids through the Kennedy years. They were stating alot of things that reminded me of BP/AJ. For instance:
-the nannies were called “Mademoiselles” and handled the kids most of the time
-Mademoiselles were responsible for breaking the awful news to the kids, as well as took care of their everyday needs
-JFK was constantly in pain and used crutches to get around, but when a photo op was arranged would drop the crutches and walk around like he was alright
-discussed how the kids questioned why there were politics involving them
-brought up how Robert Kennedy’s sons behaved opposite all of this anti-drug messages and were bssically bitter about being brought up in a political family
It’s a sad story. Hope the JP kids aren’t/won’t ever have to deal with these things

Replyi love “Dirt!”. i agree, they should have put it on premium cable. wow, there are some pointed things in the storyline which we keep hearing about in the triangle. too vain to carry a baby and since she is too vain to adopt another person’s child she is going surrogate. also the faking of a pregnancy with 3 prosthetic baby bellies. true sis, i think cox put a lot of ingredients in the stew for us. it is a blast to watch. i love don konkey. what a sweetheart.

ccox’s storyline is good, (her mom makes sense) her depression and drive and no big O, except the kind that comes out of a drawer, until….:P and i love the lulia mallory character also. so much of this show reminds me of the movie mulholland drive. ? i over analyze, i am sure.

ReplyIan is getting seriously desperate. If this is a fake relationship then it is the biggest epic fail in PR history. America’s sweetheart and favorite worshiped victim of man stealing gets involved with a man in a 14 year relationship while he is still actively living with his girlfriend. Even if they were broken up its a bad PR move. 4 of the major tabloids are carrying Jen is a Homewrecker!! headlines. And Jen is not the type to like being on tabloids. The picture floating of them was either taken back when she filmed the movie and is way too chummy for just friends.. or was taken recently with short lived extensions for possible reshoots. Either way it is not looking faked. Point is they could have picked a better fake boy toy then Justin. Brad doesn’t want Jen back. And I seriously doubt Jen is itching to play step mom to 6 kids and have Jolie an active part of her life with kid hand offs in her future.
