I don’t know, but LiLo is the only one I can think of. I certainly hope I’m wrong. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem and LiLo is MUCH too young to be giving up.

ReplyTogi, I presumed that the Peg Entwhistle hint alluded to someone trying to commit suicide by jumping from a high place — even the Hollywood sign. I did not take it that the would-be suicide was young and/or female.
ReplyOh geez – well Peg E was a chronic alcoholic who couldn’t meet the commitments needed for her latest project – she kept missing shows and it was to be her big break. Sad sad story!! I would have to think this was LiLo – but IDK – I would hate to think that. I agree with Togi that would be a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Sad sad……….who is it Ian??

ReplyMel Gibson? He’s a major HW star and in deep doo-doo with the LA prosecutor over the threats he made that were recorded and wittnessed. Hope if it is him, he gets the help he obviously needs.

@Pattanne – I thought I understood that the DA couldn’t use those tapes because they were, at the very least, obtained illegally. I’ll have to check up on this as I haven’t been keeping track. I agree about the behavior, though. He’s never seemed the suicidal type to me; the man has so much to live for outside of his stupid career (can we say LOTS of kids???). Dang. I guess there isn’t anyone I WANT this to be. Suicide is a terrible, terrible act.@Momus the Sarcsastic:

ReplyI think the cops are pursuing Oxana (sp?) just as hard. She is a getting a lot of push back from Mel’s team and I think she should probably be worried as well as him.

Does anyone remember when Alexas Ray tried to commit suicide, CB has had a very rough time of it, feel bad for her, that ass she was married to is such a cold turd. I bet he is a good part of the reason her poor daughter felt driven to that. His recent crappy comments about her wedding dress were so uncalled for. Can’t stand Peter Cook. Does this man have friends left? If so, how? Hope Chirsty finds her finally finds someone that is truly kind to her.
