Reply@Kate. Look at Wikipedia for Michaelangelo Antonioni. He was a film producer. A recurrent theme in his films was living a life without purpose and only gratification from please or material wealth. He had a film presented at Cannes with mixed reviews and did not believe in morality. Guresome twosome tour is Alice Cooper and Rod Zombie. Sometimes gory amine is the most violent and bloddy movies out there. I think I read somewhere where AJ’s eyes are really not blue, wears blue contacts. I don’t know how to make it fit and you are really good at it.

ReplyMy two cents’ worth -Brad’s bibme means Brad’s motorcycle. Gone baby gone, Brad’s gone on his motorcycle (not literally, but he’s gone) Scanty urination sounds like leaving his “mark” or his scent. Maybe that’s all that is left to follow?

ReplyOk, just remember when I say this that children’s puzzles are even a challenge for me – that is how bad I am at riddles. Could BP have fallen for the twins’ babysitter that AJ supposedly found him comforting? And BP still has relationship with her?

Replyno idea this has so many references to the gory violent films, the festival of films in Austin, I sort of think it is more about the end of Angelina , but maybe not. The part about Brad’s scant pissings all over France and the tome makes me think he is talking about Brad and some of the things he has done in France, maybe the drugs, pot, hash, his farm, but it seems like it is Angie falling for the baby blues but I just don’t believe she does. As for the babysitter, shutter , blind and shutter, the only reference I get is from that is drugged and crazy. You know who that refers to .
So I have no idea what this means other than what the title says, the book is going to tell a things that may not be true? That is what I think he means..paid Angies sources for stories that were basically released to him so he would write the book in the way she wants it written, and not necessarily the truth.

ReplySo thinking about this more, it appears that the riddle is saying that he believes that Morton got false info for the book because it has Brad’s markings all over it, so much so that in affect it is really Brad’s bibliography, that he is the one who really is behind this, and that in the end Morton will regret it because it ruined the book in SR’s opinion. Quick summary , but I that is what I am going with as of now.

When I researched more on Michaelangelo Antonioni, he is thought to to have committed suicide by starving himself to death. And Antonioni himself said of his films that all the characters “were needing freedom, trying to cut themselves loose, but failing to rid themselves of conscience.”

Didn’t she threaten suicide with BBT? I know she has kids now but I still think she is so thin from starving herself to control BP. And I think that reference to Michaelangelo Antonioni is two-fold. All his films centered around someone wanting freedom but not obtaining it because their conscience wouldn’t let them. I think BP wants freedom but AJ is so flawed and mentally ill that he doesn’t leave. I think Antonioni’s name right after “butt-naked near death” is a description of a condition AJ was found in. And, I agree with Kate’s assessment that Morton’s book is really BP’s bibliography.

ReplyOkay well now that I am reading this book, I have changed my mind, I don’t think Brad had any hand in this at all, unless he maybe gave those pictures to him out of some sort of retaliation for what is being said about him in the book. AM is clearly moved by Angelina , he seems to have gotten some info from Bill Day , Jon, he is kind to them, not so much to James, not to Brad, and while he does exploit Angie, he only shows why that happened , excuses it for the most part, or tries to understand why she did it, I think. He then is very impressed with her resume, and does not seem to hold her accountable for anything at all other than not spending time with her children, but then excuses that because she sees herself as a working mother, and is only doing as her mother and grandmother did. So, what does this riddle really mean?
