IUC World Exclusive: Tout Le Monde En Parle Might Have Broadcast Taping Illegally

Posted on April 23rd, 2010 by HisHighness in IUC:Entertainment, IUC:Exclusive

I never signed a release folks. At least not with my usual signature. When one of the show’s staff members asked me to sign the release I told her I preferred waiting until after the show. She refused my request and pressured me to sign the release. I smelled a set up from the beginning when I arrived on set. Everyone was so cold to me. My B.S. detector went off immediately. So, instead of using my usual signature I drew a squiggly line. If the competent folks at Tout Le Monde En Parle would have checked they would have asked me to sign again with a real signature. Enthusiastic to bring me on for what my Quebec publisher called after the show a “public lynching”, I am officially putting the show on notice that they broadcast illegally, without my consent. Ian… again you’re a SPONGE!!!!!
Your only target in life is draining money out of people with bogus biographies, suing people for bias racist accusations. I’m just pissed that your country Canada and its Province of Quebec are being tarnished by your name in the media. You make the tabloids newspaper better and more credible journalism then your work. I have a scoop for you!!! It’s a sure source!!!
I heard from a friend of a friend of a friend that you are a total moron…. Now write a BS book about it.

Ian it doesn’t matter what signature you used, you made your mark and by doing that gave your permission for it to be broadcast, end of story. It’s not like givng your signature for your credit card. And no, of course they would not allow you to sign the release afterwards, nobody films anything that they don’t have permission to use, it would waste thousands of $$$$. The only situation in which you would get the release afterwards is if it was a hidden camera type stunt or prank call, definitely not an interview. Quit this Ian please it is not helping, I am thinking of your interests here.

Heh, nice trick Ian! But next time, I beg of you, sign a completely fake name like ‘Guy Gadwoir’ (alias used by Inspector Clouseau), or ‘Biggus Dickus’ (from Monty Python’s ‘Life of Brian’), or ‘Maddox Jolie-Pitt’. It would just be too funny if that got to CNN somehow due to a similar lawsuit, e.g. “CNN sources reveal that that the broadcast was illegal as Halperin put not his own name on the release, but rather signed as Maddox Jolie-Pitt’. We contacted Maddox Jolie-Pitt for a response, but his only comment was ‘help! mommy crazy!’.

You signed a legal document. Doesn’t matter that you didn’t sign it in your usual way. You still signed it. And, in this case, you gave consent. Very similar to signing a document with an “x”. It’s legal and it’s a binding document.

You need to give this up. You’re the one looking like a fool. You spend your career trashing people left and right. But, when someone does it to you, you turn around and cry foul. Please.

Ian, one last thought for today: as they say in my neck of the woods, have a word with yourself and sort it out, before it all goes up in smoke. And that’s about all I have to say on this matter for now!

@Keane Cyber Queen Supreme: Love it! Can I use it when one of my junior Sailors is pulling a stupid trick “have a word with yourself and figure it out” hehehehe.

Ian, come on already…this post was sooo stupid you said yourself you signed in an attempt to set them up. IDIOT. Either you are just screwing with us posting stupid stuff or you are screwing with them and aren’t the courts, even in canada, filled with enough friviolous lawsuits? Dude. Give it up!

This is getting hysterical! Funny stuff…
Couldn’t Radio-Canada sue His Highness for using a false signature? That would be the TOPS!!! I don’t know, I’m not a lawyer, but if I was one, I would look into this; that would be just too cynical, don’t you think friends? ;-)
    Enjoy the drama!

Actually Ian real signature or not is pointless, the way you were presented portrayed and used gives way to a claim regardless of whether or not they really obtained a release. Releases only go so far. They don’t allow for public lynchings, attacks, ridicule and distasteful treatment. Check with your entertainment attorney. best,

Ian, I think no one should be laughed at or ridiculized the way you have been. It is not the end of the world but it is a lack of respect, I’ve seen and heard it during the whole interview, I felt sorry for you, no matter what your job is, if what you write is true or not, good or not, no matter your religion or sex or the way you dress (which is fine actually!)… Laliberté and Lepage are good in what they do but they do cross lines and go too far, I would like them to learn how to show some respect for brothers and sisters, that is you, me, the public, the guests, people who pay taxes, are hungry, thirsty, are sick and die while Mr Laliberté plays Star Trek and Mr Lepage laughes at those who are looking for the truth… Good luck, I’m behind you.
