the real story :
Cops executed two search warrants yesterday in connection to the Jesse James vandalism/stalking cases … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We’re told the Long Beach Police Department was looking for evidence connected to a March 25 incident in which Jesse claimed he was being stalked by a paparazzo … and the paparazzo claimed Jesse vandalized his car.
Sources say investigators rolled through two homes where the pap had been staying and seized several items including videotapes and photographs — which presumably show the confrontation.
Both Jesse and the pap made citizen’s arrests. No charges have been filed.

Really though, I thought that the idea of a “citizen’s arrest” was a legal myth, i.e. citizens have no right to legally detain someone for a crime? It must vary across the country, otherwise the locals would be arresting me all the time for being “too much the sexy”.

ReplyIOTB you really are too funny – have you never thought about writing scripts? And ITA with you about AJ looking like she needs a good dose of replenishing salts here – what on earth is happening with her? She has looked this sick since she made that terrible action flick Wanted – to be honest she has looked pretty rough since Gone in 60 Seconds – why does she continue to put herself through all this I wonder? Makes you wonder whether she is really that much of a crazy egomaniac or whether someone else is pulling the strings. I would suggest James Haven as a possible puppet-master except we all know he is far too stupid for that! Lol
ReplyMy guess is that she is driven (a la never can be too rich or too thin)… on top of being a bit “off”…. I wonder if she won’t crack at some point in her life… crack AGAIN, that is.
