   Scarlett is rumored to be playing Marilyn Monroe in Scorsese’s Sinatra biopic.

   btw, did anybody see the We Are the World remake video last night on the Olympics opening ceremonies? the tween stars (Miley, Justin Bieber, Jonas Brothers) ruined it for me until they featured MJ and Janet’s vocals. the opening ceremonies were a mess, all of the performers lipsynced.

   I like Scar Jo, I think she’s a good example of how parents/managers should behave toward their children, she seems really grounded and mature, she stays out of the pap glare, she takes good roles, and I’ve pretty much liked every movie she’s done. And she’s married to gorgeous Ryan Reynolds so thumbs up for her. She’s just like everyone else in this economy selling her house for below what she paid for it. I’d be more upset if she sold it above value just because shes a HW actress. So, no special privileges here. IAN, I thought this post was kind of mean spirited! Wake up on the wrong side of the bed, didja?? LOL

   My husband and I really like Arthur Miller and so we are seeing A View From The Bridge later this month. She has received good reviews, as has Liev Schreiber and the play itself and she is, in my opinion, a fine actress. A friend who knows her reports that she is quite down to earth and friendly, despite her fame. Ian’s comment is sort of lame and I agree with Tamara, mean spirited.

   I too like Arthur Miller and I can’t wait to see that movie!! Two outstanding performers and a great story, makes for a winning combination IMO

   Yeah I don’t know much about Scar Jo but I do tend to get the impression she is quite into herself. Having said that I have no reason to believe she is an evil-doer like Angie Ho so I will let it slide! And as you say she is a talented actress and she looks gorgeous here. Methinks those boobies aren’t real though – JMO!

   I said I wasn’t coming back to this site for awhile and here I am. Oh well. It’s like Haagan Daz. Anyway A View From the Bridge is on Broadway at the Cort theater … not a movie … though it may have been a movie some years ago. I will have to look that up.
