Watched “This Is It” again, got to say, he was such a talented guy, and was all over that stage pumping and jumping and coherent so Dr. Feelgood must have given him something to be able to handle all that, he was amazing. He had good flexibility, up to a point, and his voice was decent, strained at times, lost it a few times, and he did not dance the way he use to but for 50 years old, he was rocking.

Have mixed feelings about this, MJ took those drugs on his free will, and his handlers encouraged him, not sure that warrants this charge, a charge yes, but don’t know about this.

I think everyone kind of predicted Dr. Murray’s indictment though.

I think Murry is guilty, He should have never given MJ any drug that dangerous at home alone. I am sure MJ may have requested it and even demanded it, however it should not have been given. I think if Murry cared more about MJ and less about him keeping his job (as the DR who needed to please his wealthy patient) MJ would be alive. I feel Murry is getting off easy with this charge that only carries a max of four years and I don’t blame MJ’s family for being upset at Murry’s plea of not guilty. I feel if any one in that room knew the dangers of the drug it was Murry. Even if MJ knew he is not here to say so and leaves Murry. Murry is not an idiot, he is a DR. that was well trained and is aware his limits as a phyiscian. Murry threw all that training, all that education, all his ethics out the window to make money from his famous patient. With no reguard for MJ’s life. Just as the people who wrote horrible things and did horrible things had no care how these things affect a PERSONS life. Thats right MJ/a person. Murry is a greedy man that vultured on MJ just as other DR’s do on celeberties in Cali. he should pay as should any person that throws his training and honor out the window for a buck…I miss his music sooooo much. I don’t think anyone is as empty and upset as I unless it is his family. I feel Murry in an instant took away My joy, My music, I fear he will get away with, even if he would have plead guily and was sentanced he’d serve a fraction of the time. That makes me sick. I just want/I wish Michael back. I know that can’t happen but I wish it anyway.

If nothing else, the indictment and jail time will send a long overdue message to the next physician sucked into facilitating a celebrity (money train) demand that (they know) will do harm.

I think he was undercharged. I think the SHEER level of negligence and disregard for basic safety based on his credentials bumps it up to voluntary manslaughter. It would be different if it were a regular Joe administering these drugs to a willing person, but THIS was an MD…He KNEW or SHOULD HAVE KNOWN how and when these drugs should or should not be administered as well as any possible side effects, interactions, etc. and he CHOSE to IGNORE all of the above. This person is as guilty if not nore than a drunk driver who decides to get behind the wheel then kills someone. He should be charged with Man 1. And I am NO MJ fan. But if this were MY brother, father, husband, best friend, etc., I would want a Man 1 charge against this Quack.

Well i read “unmasked” and after that i think MJ knew what he was doing when he hired him as his dr. but as usual to satisfy the public he will be railroaded for all of it . Yes he was an MD but michael knew of all the prescriptions he was on that drug that was injected would do him in as he wanted .

Completely agree, Roses. Not only was Murray’s willingness to administer Propofol in such an unsafe environment beyond wreckless, but his subsequent actions were just as criminal and devastating IMO. First he wasn’t even monitoring him, then when he finally discovered him he… a.) Refused to call 911 on his cellphone because he claimed he didn’t know the house address (despite having driven there almost daily for months, and despite it being a mansion on its very own street). b.) Claimed that there were no land lines in the house (I believe there was one right next to the bed MJ was on). c.) Started performing CPR on the bed instead of on a hard surface. The amount of time he waited to call 911, by his own admission (nearly two hours!) ought to be a major criminal charge by itself. Had he called 911 right away and done as any licensed doctor would’ve, I think MJ would still be here…

Of course, the time that Murray actually found him is still up for debate. At the same time Murray claims he was administering CPR to him (a half hour before calling 911) he was in reality sending voice messages to other patients to update them on their tests, and he sounds as calm as can be so I doubt he had even discovered him yet. He claims he only left MJ unsupervised for a couple minutes, I believe it to have been hours (during which time he called his girlfriend, staff members, etc…) Then when he found MJ he went into panic mode and instead of trying to save MJ he could only think about saving himself thus the reason he didn’t call 911 immediately and came up with such laughable excuses like he didn’t know where the house was. Too bad Murray can’t get death by Propofol, a lil’ taste of his own medicine… Either way I hope the estate someday sues him and gets hundreds of millions to ensure he’ll never have another penny as long as he lives.

How long can this go on? All this talk without mentioning the conspiracy, that ended only when Michael Jackson died!!! I was part of the office, where this all started. Untill this information is made public, [if ever] the motives that must be included in the Doctor Murray case, will remain secret. The Jackson attorney has been offered some of this information, but will not say a word about it. According to one source, “it would make them look stupid”. Do you guys think this is enough of a reason to give up on justice? 1993 DIRECTED BY INSIDERS….FACT! 2009 death, the same INSIDERS?

Oh yes, the 1993 information backs up, Ian’s book. The 1993 case started with, Las Vegas information about Michael Jackson’s “cruising”. He had a right to His life, but His career wouldn’t take it.
