So much drug use in HW. Seems a lot of young celebs are falling victim to it’s lure. How many rising stars have died due to drugs in the last 10 years? Too many. It’s past time for the law to be enforced for celebrities as it is for the common person. Lindsay Lohan is a prime example of enabling by default….we all can see her death coming quickly, as we could with ANS, and yet the judge sends her to TEXAS??? REHAB is what’s needed to save her life. Enablers, all of them.

A MAJOR Hollywood sitcom actor. And he’s in his twenties!

I, too, don’t watch comedies. They just don’t make me laugh.
All the major sitcom actors I’m aware about are past their twenties.

I didn’t have a clue on this one either, but you know I think you’re right. What about that guy on HIMYM – the one who was in Forgetting Sarah Marshall – I am Forgetting His Name! LOL

I don’t watch any sitcoms with 20’s actors, either. Someone from “The Hills”? Does that count? Or that goofy “Gossip Girl”?
Or a Disney sitcom? What about those? Anyone know anything about them?
I suspect Ian could give us the name and most of us would be scratching our head in bewilderment.
    And then googling, of course.
Jessica Simpson’s little sister is on one of those shows and she looks a little….spacey. Maybe it’s the family curse. I look spacey myself most of the time. But….well…..you know.
Micha Barton was on a sitcom that just cancelled–can’t remember the name. Demi Moore’s boyfriend was producing it and she has major, major problems with her……..wisdom teeth.
Perhaps that counts as a sitcom that is still filming if it wasn’t quite finished?

    Hmmm….I’m checking gawker.
Speaking of gawker, have you guys seen the funny video of the guy from “Grey’s Anatomy” and the two girls playing with light-up rubber ducks in the tub?
There was a lawsuit so they may have taken it down. I put off watching it and finally did and it was really quite funny. Like a David Lynch movie.

i googled “current sitcoms” and found a site called sitcomsonliner.com that has a ‘current sitcoms’ category. there are about 50 of them. major sitcoms? biggest one i can think of is The Office. Or maybe how I met your mother? Scrubs?

Yeah, but I think the people on the Office and Two and a Half Men are mostly in their 30’s. Surely that boy on the show isn’t in his 20’s?
The people on the Big Bang Theory aren’t very well known so it’s hard to imagine them as “major”.
The ones who are always in the tabloids are the Gossip Girls thing, Disney things, and The HIlls. But I think you guys are right about The HIlls and Gossip Girls not being sitcoms.
Which takes me back to Disney. Are any of those people in their 20’s?

I’m reading that Jessica Simpson’s little sister Ashley Simpson has been dropped kind of suddenly from Melrose Place. But, again, not a sitcom.
