IUC World Exclusive: Polanski Had Sex With Other Minors
IUC has learned film director Roman Polanski is finally being brought to justice because authorities have learned that Polanski had unlawful intercourse with several other underage women. While investigating Polanski’s rape charges with then 13-year-old Samantha Gailey, a police source told IUC that authorities learned of at least two other cases in which Polanski allegedly plied underage women with champagne and drugs before engaging in sexual acts with them. “Polanski should be brought to justice, it’s long overdue,” the source said. “He makes Phil Spector and OJ look like angels. I read a list of HW celebs, and producers, etc., who signed a petition for Polanski’s release and his record to be expunged…WTH? Who are these people in HW? Idiots? Or is HW filled with pedophiles? Just because he has produced a few movies some powerful HW persons consider “classics” does not give him a free pass to rape, sodomize someone’s daughter. I think you’ll find that the 2008 documentary that embarrassed the Los Angeles County judiciary and D.A.’s office which evidence of misconduct on their parts is the germ that motivated Polanski’s arrest – an arrest that could have been accomplished on numerous occasions over the past 31 years had L.A. really wanted to pursue the matter futher.
I think the credibility of this so called source can be debunked with this brilliant statement: “He makes Phil Spector and OJ look like angels.” Now THAT is one perverse source.

Liz, did you see yesterday that the DA or asst that helped on that Documentary admitted he lied , and that he in no way talked to the Judge about the case. RP is done, and they released the transcripts, he deserves much more than 42 days in jail.
If he did this with one 13 year old then the most likely did it with others. It was the ease that he did this with her that was so disturbing. I can easily understand why these women would not have come forward before, it was a different time then.
I would bet there are other stars, just like him, who are not sleeping at night, worried that someone who was 12 or 13 they did this to , is going to get brave. I hope they do.

And the documentary wasn’t acurate, some things were kept private but polanski has more on his sleeve.
the DA didn’t lie in the documentary, he gave proofs, both written and in recording at the time to the journalists who did it.

Yes, Kate, I saw it and I read other articles and statements that make me believe he is now lying. What he admitted to on the documentary was misconduct on his part and could get him disbarred if not suffer more serious consequences. He claims that his reason for lying was because he didn’t think the film would be shown in the U.S. That doesn’t support his new claim that he lied on the film. In fact, I think it does just the opposite. He was willing to speak truthfully for the film because he thought no one in the states or Los Angeles would see it. There is no other sane explanation for why he said what he did. No responsible attorney or attorney in their right mind would make up stories about a serious matter and defame a judge on film no less. His current claim doesn’t even pass the laugh test.
No. He told the truth in the documentary. In any event, once someone admits to lying nothing they say about the subject matter should be trusted again. Further, I think now that he realizes his statements reinforced what was already known about Judge Ritteband’s misconduct and that his staements may have helped Polanksi’s recent Motion to Dismiss that he was pressured to recant by Los Angeles authorities.
I’ve already offered my thoughts on Polanksi in another post so I don’t want to waste anyone‘s time reiterating why I believe that the original prosecutors took the correct action they believed served all parties as well the public interest. They knew more about this case than we ever will and they assessed their case and the defendant and the victim from first hand knowledge. We don’t have that knowledge.
I will add one thing about grand jury testimony and transcripts: it is almost never the final word on events. Before it is accepted as truth it needs to be completely challenged and tested. From my experience, I think the prosecutor had serious issues with Samantha’s credibility and that is why he offered Polanski the plea offer he did. If the D.A. had been truly convinced of Geimer’s story he would have taken this to trial.
It is interesting to see where this will lead. Thanks for your thoughts.
