Yet two days before he died hes up on the stage dancing and singing?
I should try to write a book because its pretty obvious anyone can get published nowadays.
Even if they write a bunch of trash and how conviently you release it within weeks of his death.
Im sorry but ‘anonymous’ sources and people like “Perez Hilton” arn’t what I call official reliable sources.
If you have truths at least have the facts to back them up.
You claim to have seen photographs of Michael Jackson in drag, uh, where are they?
I mean if you were really trying to back up your claim wouldn’t you have put them in with the other pictures in your book?
You claimed to have dressed up in drag to meet up with Michael.. wouldn’t you have taken pictures?
Gotten some kind of proof that this …occurred? Not even a picture, a name of a place? a time?
Anything SUBSTANTIAL.
I don’t know why people even interview you, if they read your book, they’d probably throw it at you.
Did you even meet him? Did you even know who he was?
How can you write a book about someone when you havnt even met them first hand.
You probably just saw someone who you knew was thought to be really strange and just threw a bunch of info from tabloid articles and random biographys and added just a touch of your own crap to the mix and shelved it out just in time for his death because it was a time that you knew people would be buying up anything ‘Michael Jackson’.
People like you shouldn’t even be called ignorant, your just completely selfish, someone amazing just died and then someone like you decides to sell a book that is pure trash, just so you can make a huge profit on them.
I hope someone sues you, if they havn’t already. You totally deserve it.
ReplyIAN, I have seen you all over the place in interviews, that is great. I am looking forward to reading your book. This is the first chance I have had today to check in, so I can appreciate you are incredibly busy with this book tour and the ongoing investigation , (I realize as well that is far more important at this moment than this blog or any of us ) but after skimming the RIP thread, this blog is turning into a cess pool. Sadly, I have been here for about six months now on a daily basis, and that is sad to see. I care about that, I don’t know what your viewpoint is though.
If you have time to post this story, do you think you could answer my email, I realize I am being a pain in the ass, but everyone is incredibly frustrated here. If the answer is, please quit bugging me, then just say that, and I will say, Cheers, and best wishes. Kate

already read the book. it is pretty good. noticed a few typos, though. still had some good dirt. was very fair to michael . really delves into the whole molestation allegations. interesting slant on the lisa marie presley marriage too but doesn’t really answer what that marriage was all about. got the impression in the book that perhaps the church wanted her to recruit michael….

Ian you have an incredible ability to select pictures for this site. The one above is just about a perfect visual depiction of the relationship between Joe and Michael. The way their suit and tie colors are opposites of each other depicts how they were polar opposites in personality type. The way Joe has Michael’s hand gripped, and Michael’s obvious “don’t touch me you bastard” look about him shows their estrangement.
Joe Jackson just creeps me out, kind of in the same way that mothers who force their young daughters into beauty pageants do, but worse. And I’m tired of Katherine Jackson being let off the hook so easily – she let her kids be exploited and reportedly abused when young, and apparently didn’t help Michael much as he disintegrated as an adult. Its so sad, I just know Michael’s kids are just so screwed when it comes to their future.

ReplyYes it was the lead story on our local news (abc13.com if you’re on the web). They will probably show some more before it’s over. When all this started it didn’t know the Vegas doctor was a local guy. His clinic is in a part of town that I wouldn’t go in though. People get killed there every day. maybe they’re hopped up on some of his stuff.

Interesting – there is a hugh article in the local legal newspaper about the Texas attorneys that are representing the doctor – not much new in it to me (thanks to Ian and the good posters here) but I got the impression that his lawyer’s lawfirm was really new to such a high profile client and were having trouble handling the media and articles! Seems to have overwhelmed the firm! Perhaps that is why the doctor’s lawyer now has a lawyer: Lawyer #1 says: “I’m too busy – talk to my lawyer.” Ha ha

Thanks for the info. on the doctor’s attorneys; very strange. But then, I found it strange that this doc was hired to care for MJ – I’m with Vittorio, I live in Houston and would not go to the part of town where his clinic is. Replythe original article I read was on Fox News which was reporting on an article in The Sun (British Tabloid?). It seems that Omar Bhatti (25) was the result of a one night stand that MJ had with a nanny named Pia – I might have read that part wrong so please read the article for yourself to confirm. It seems MJ acknowledged the child was his to some degree and had him living at his house for several years; seems Bhatti also has (had?) a drug problem like MJ but it trying to break out into music – there is a picture of him as a 12 year old with MJ – both wearing similar costumes. Had anyone else heard of this?

I suspect there may be a little less hate and a little more bitterness than we quite realise. I think a lot of these people felt rejected and thought they would take their righteous anger to the most hate-filled, bonkers, mental gossip blog on the net, as if by the force of them doing so they would mutually bring down the blog of IUC! Unfortunately they never quite got the retribution they felt was owing to them. We are still here! I suspect a few of them may regret their hasty exit and secretly wish they could come back. I think they may regret their very nasty, inflammatory words. But I don’t think any of them have the maturity or guts to issue any type of apology or attempt to build bridges. Most of them would never be considered to be the “bigger” person. I suspect one or two of them may feel rather embarrassed by what they have said and done and wish they could take it back. After all, all they do is discuss the blog they aborted months ago. It’s a shame that none of them have the bravery to do anything about it and remain trapped in their pointless, endless “IUC Hostility” thread as if in an infinite whirlpool. It is no life in my opinion.

Dr. Conrad Murray’s lawyer, Ed Chernoff, just released a statement about today’s raid at the doc’s office — saying law enforcement officials were searching for evidence “of the offense of manslaughter.”
“We can confirm that a search warrant was executed today on Dr. Murray’s offices in Houston, Texas. We reviewed the warrant and remained on the premises while the search was being executed.
The search was conducted by members of the DEA, two Robbery – Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department and Houston Police officers.
The search warrant authorized law enforcement to search for and seize items, including documents, they believed constituted evidence of the offense of manslaughter.
Law enforcement concluded their search around 12:30pm, and left with a forensic image of a business computer hard drive and 21 documents. None of the documents taken had previously been requested by law enforcement or the L.A. Coroner’s office.”

ReplyWell the first thing I did try was being a “follower” but I realized that I had to use a real email address and create a google account. I didnt want to do either so I figured out that to “comment”, I hit the comment thingie and then I put in ladybert62 as name and type in only the @emailaddress.xxx of my real email address. Then I show up as ladybert62 but it seems I have to retype it each time I want to add a comment – so am still working on how to perfect it! Go try it and I will see if you show up! Thanks IAN, I don’t think much is going to change here with out either an ignore button function so that posters can place someone on, so they do not even see the offensive posts, or you ban the IP of someone like Keanes Cat that call us C**ts. I know a few people have tried to post and can not, feel they have been banned, yet this person can. I tried to test this with a different email, it would not post, so not sure what is going on. (I emailed you about this the other day) it also might be helpful if a poster could edit or delete their own post (I emailed you to delete Harikaris long post after she had a little breakdown) Harikari has not been back, and I am thinking it may be because it was not removed when the request was made,not sure now, I have not checked.

My last post about this was deleted. I thought this was a discussion forum. I raised the issue of the Gosselins. They are tearing each other apart on magazine covers yet no one here seems concerned about the effects of all this on their children. Yet there is so much concern here for the Brangie kids.
The bloggers on this site have said they discuss all the crazy claims made about Brangelina because they are concerned about the welfare of the Brangie kids (even though none of the outrageous claims have been proved nor has there been any evidence of truth to them). Wouldn’t it be a concern to bloggers here that the Brangie kids may get on-line one day and read these claims and discussions about their parents? Wouldn’t that be damaging to them also?
Let’s see how long this post lasts before it is deleted.

hmmm, I’m thinking of other good ones for you ladies. I would still stand by my suggestion of “The Name of the Wind” by Patrick Rothfuss. My aunt just finished and said that (like me) she never would’ve picked up that book and would’ve gone out of her way to avoid it but….she loved it and can’t wait for the second in the series.
I like “Portrait of an Unknown Woman”, although I can’t remember who wrote it off hand. It is based upon a portrait by Hans Holbein of Sir Thomas Moore (author of Utopia) and his adopted daughter during The Reformation under Henry the 8th. Not as good as Katherine, but I thought still worth my time.
I would again have to suggest “The Kitchen Boy” by Robert Alexander about the last days of The Romanovs in Ekaterinberg, Russia. Short, but great read!
I’ll look for more when I am organizing this evening and bring back my list for you ladies tomorrow. I love fellow readers! I know both you and Miss. Tamara enjoy mysteries and historical fiction, any other genres you like; let me know and I’ll see what I can recommend.
Oh, and “Slammerkin” again, don’t remember author off the top of my head. But it is about a female in olden England who has to resort to becoming a street walker to keep herself alive. A “slammerkin” was what they referred to the dresses of whores back in the day because they were colorful and not of a Puritan nature.

ReplyIt is a difficult learning process for me – the whole personal computer industry has changed computers so much it is hard for me and hubby to keep me. Hubby has a great computer background and still deals with it at his work (as well as one million other things). I was a computer operator on a mainframe back in the 70’s and 80’s and did some programming in Cobal language but since the PC revolution, it has all changed so dramatically by shrinking in size and increasing in capacity and truly amazing abilities that when I do stop to think about it – I am shocked. When I think of what the Kindle can do, I am truly impressed by wireless technology and personal computers in general. Yes, the terminology that is used on blogs and texting is like learning a new language and I appreciate it when someone does spell out all the acronomyns for me as most of them are not apparent – they are intuitive, so to speak! So any help that can be offered by you youngers to us olders, is always appreciated!

If so, you might be interested in the Lee Child book I just finished called Gone Tomorrow – it is interesting and different and involves current Russian history and involves a terrorist in New York. His writing style is unique and if you have not read him, you might not like him as he has a straightforward matter of fact approach (meaning not much emotional content) but always interesting stories and the main character Jack Reacher is interesting. Just thought you might be interested since it involves Russian history.

There is another book called “Tsar” and it takes place in modern times. It is a mystery/thriller dealing with the current gov’t in Russia and British spys. The premise is that the “Masters of the Universe” inside of Russia are trying to bring back the Rule of the Tsars in Russia. I haven’t finished it yet, but I found it great fun and very informative.

You might find the latest Jesse Kellerman mystery book interesting called “The Genius” – a true story about murders in New York – absolutely fascinating. I could not put it down. It was the first book of his that I read (he is the son of wonderful psychologist/mystery writer Jonathan Kellerman and mystery writer wife Faye Kellerman). I HIGHLY recommend The Genius if you love mysteries and art!

ReplyJust saw katie holmes on the TV show Dancing with the Stars. No interview though, she spoke briefly about a charity she is involved called Dizzy Feet. Gives scholarships to kids involved in the arts. If Katie and Tom split she will throw herself into broadway to steer her career that way. Nicole Kidman’s career took off after her and TC split. As much as i hate to say it marrying Tom Cruise ellivated her star power. She can now be on her own and be a draw to the theater. I think New York is calling her…….

Re: MY FAIR LADY. Jmo, but I didn’t much care for it; however, I was impressed with the production values. But my main disappointment was due to the casting of Audrey Hepburn, an actress I usually revere.
Did some research on the oscars (when I took it seriously) and found out that there was controversy when Miss Hepburn wasn’t a Best Actress nominee for MFL. Some had their feathers ruffled, while others felt she was inadequate, overall. They cited her singing voice being dubbed, and her part as the guttersnipe as being too much for her.
ReplyJack Warner, the studio head honcho, gave the part to AH because he was aware of the huge budget, and the proven boxoffice power of AH. He noted that JA wasn’t as yet known to the moviegoers.
That in itself led to controversy. Critics noted that JA would have done her own singing, and would have nailed the part of the early Eliza Doolittle.
Well, MY FAIR LADY won the Best Picture oscar, over MARY POPPINS, DR. STRANGELOVE, ZORBA the GREEK, and BECKET. The irony, imo, is that the other four hold up much better than the winner.

The small “interview” (where she talked about the charity) looked like it was taped. It wasn’t live. In the interview she was a little wooden, stiff. She didn’t look comfortable speaking but I’m sure she wanted to plug the charity

Jackson’s Death ‘Almost Certainly’ a Homicide

Law enforcement sources tell us the L.A. County Coroner is scheduled to release the autopsy results in Michael Jackson’s death next week, and the cause of death will “almost certainly” be homicide — death at the hands of another.
We’re told the Coroner himself will make the call mid-week, after he gets the final toxicology report from an outside consultant. But based on the draft report as well as what has become “clear evidence,” causes other than homicide — natural, accidental, accidental overdose, and suicide — have been ruled out.
We’ve already reported that for weeks, the LAPD has treated Jackson’s death as a homicide. They have served multiple criminal search warrants — most recently at Dr. Conrad Murray’s Houston medical office. Dr. Murray is actively being investigated as the person who may have administered the powerful anesthesia Propofol to Jackson the day he died.
We’re told both the Coroner and LAPD have significant evidence that Propofol caused Jackson’s heart to stop.

Although i do believe Katie was a little bit naive when she “signed on the dotted line” to becaome his wife. She should have listened to her parents…….Then again on the positive side she has a beautiful child from her union with Tom. I think Suri is adorable. i hope they think of her well being first if indeed they are splitting up.

Ok, well just to point out a few problems with what you just said there, there were a few:
1) No, I did not consider HKG my friend.
2) No, I did not say “in this instance you don’t think there is anything wrong with it”, I said “No I don’t think that is relevant in this particular situation at all.”, which is completely different and has a completely different meaning to the one you assumed it to have. I said I was talking to my friends because they were the ones who would have understood what I meant by that, check out Ms Agatha’s response for one.
I don’t know you from Adam, but what I do know is that you leapt to make a judgment of me on the basis of 1) misquoting me 2) not understanding what I meant at all. You didn’t even stop for a moment to think about what I might have meant by that. Just leapt for the jugular. Nice. Perhaps if you’d realised what I actually meant by the comment you might understand how ludicrous your comment was and how unfair. But like I said, I don’t know you, so I have no concept of whether you are capable of such things. Good luck with your life.

Hey ladies, I hope you’re well and have been having a fandabidozee day! I for one am pleased it’s Friday night, it has been a long week. Looks like our Angelina got her good PR today – the Iraq visit was on the morning news (barf!). I’m also pleased to see she dressed down for this photo opp to increase its seeming sincerity as we suggested. It’s good to see she is picking up PR tips from IUC! I noticed in one of the free papers today that they are using Angie’s Iraq trip as an excuse for Brad not to show up solo to the IB premier because “he had to stay home to take care of the kids”!!!!! Ha ha ha. It was genuinely one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard! I wonder if they’ve picked up on the fact that people wonder who is caring for their children all the time and are trying to look more like committed parents?! It is also an incredibly lame excuse to give for Brad not being there, when has staying home to care for the kids been an issue before?! I bet Quentin is just thrilled about it!
BTW Tamara – according to FF you are still Kate! I googled Ladies of Gull Dang to try to get to your site on my blackberry and that’s the first thing that came up, we need to fix that! Hello ladies! I failed in my mission last night. I’m sorry. The weather was so very nice here yesterday evening and I had to take advantage of it by sitting with my friends on their front porch enjoying ice cold Newcastle. The heat is coming back this weekend so I had to act fast. I called my mom and asked her to check out the boxes of my books in her basement and I could hear her eye roll on the other end of the line. There are a lot of boxes and books. I will get it done though, don’t worry. I might have to just keep adding to it as I remember certain books and authors. I’ll check back later today. Law enforcement sources tell us Dr. Conrad Murray kept a stash of drugs — including the powerful anesthesia Propofol — hidden in his closet at Michael Jackson’s home.
Sources say when the LAPD first searched Jackson’s home the night he died, they did not turn up Propofol or many of the other drugs that were in Jackson’s house.
Dr. Murray talked to the LAPD the following Saturday and the information he supplied triggered another, broader search warrant. Cops returned to the house the following Monday and discovered “various drugs” secretly stashed in a closet in the guest room where Dr. Murray was staying.
Here’s the amazing thing …law enforcement sources say Dr. Murray himself told LAPD detectives about the closet when he was interviewed the Saturday after Jackson’s death.
One law enforcement source says: “The drugs were concealed…they weren’t obvious.” Among the stash — Propofol, the drug authorities believe killed Michael Jackson.

LOS ANGELES – The odd array of evidence police collected from Michael Jackson’s personal physician’s clinic and storage unit shows authorities are trying to follow a trail of drugs and looking into the doctor’s record keeping as they attempt to unravel what led to the pop star’s death.
Search warrants targeting Dr. Conrad Murray’s Houston clinic and his storage unit mean authorities have moved into a full-fledged criminal investigation, looking toward the kind of court case they could build against the physician, legal experts said Friday.
“This is no longer a cause of death investigation,” said attorney Mark Geragos, who once represented Jackson. “This is about building a criminal case.”
The items seized included 27 tablets of the weight loss drug phentermine, a tablet of the muscle relaxant clonazepam, business cards, storage receipts, notices from the Internal Revenue Service and computer hard drives.
Authorities also took e-mails from and correspondence addressed to Stacey Howe. Records listed Howe as “administrator” at Murray’s Las Vegas business, Global Cardiovascular Associates Inc. Attempts to reach her Friday were unsuccessful.
Murray has kept a low profile since Jackson’s death. He was interviewed twice by police but has not spoken publicly. Doors to his Las Vegas office were locked Friday with red curtains drawn behind them.
Los Angeles County assistant chief coroner Ed Winter said a final determination on Jackson’s cause of death is not expected until the end of next week, when toxicology reports should be finished.
Propofol, a powerful anesthetic that should only be used by specially trained medical professionals, has emerged as an important part of the investigation. Doses of it were found in Jackson’s mansion, according to a person with knowledge of the investigation who is not authorized to speak publicly.
The search warrants granted permission for authorities to seize items “including but not limited to billing records, medication orders, transport receipts, billing receipts, medical records and computerized medical records.”
‘A once in a lifetime opportunity’
Geragos said that indicates police are following a trail which involves purchases of drugs by Murray and possible shipment of drugs to Jackson’s home.
The documents seized from his clinic included a “suspension notice” from Doctor’s Hospital in Houston as well as “papers regarding incomplete chart” at the same hospital. Also on the list was an expired medical board certificate.

Intervention will come a bit easier than it has for those who try to keep these stars drugged to keep them in a vulnerable and confused state so that those around them can take advantage of them and attach themselves to their lifestyles.

We’ve lost too many talented, entertaining people due to such horrid addictions. Doctor’s need to be held accountable, and a system of monitoring such drugs as dispensed needs to be enacted. I read in one article recently in Times magazine, that Perscription Drugs are now the Drug of Choice for addicts….how horrible! Our kids, our entire society needs protected from this abomination! When one is on pain meds as i am currently, it is not always obvious when one is over doing the medication, thus one must rely on the professional who is taking care of them in this situation. Fortunately i have wonderful surgeons who monitor me closely. Thanks for your take on this..i am in total agreement with you.

If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a hundred times: Ian’s sources are annonymous to us, NOT to him! Kate has never claimed to be an insider and hears an awful lot more than she ever mentions on here. I agree FF is a hotbed of fakes spewing BS which is lapped up by the gullible, naive masses which is why I never read there or ever would. And if I thought the same about Ian’s sources then I would certainly not read here either. Which only begs the question, why do you?
ReplyEagerly awaiting Ian’s perspective on the autopsy investigation so far, e.g. any insights on Dr. Conrad Murray, and what impact, if any, Ian thinks this will have on the Hollywood celebrity drug culture. I bet there are a lot of celebrity doctors out there panicking right now that this will all evolve into stricter guidelines or investigations of some sort, but I’m betting any such regulatory efforts that do arise will be short lived. There is just way too much money involved in drugging up celebrities so they can perform for this to go away by putting a new law on the books. Plus, drug abuse just seems so acceptable now, even expected, for Hollywood young (Lohan, Barton) and old (Jackson, Fake a la Ferocity) . . . makes you wonder just how many people you see on the big or small screen are using? All of them!?

because it amuses me so much to follow how into the site you and the other koolaid drinkers are…..its like a psychology experiment – seeing how Ian manipulates his readers by feeding them tidbits of information and watching the posters spawn off ridiculous theories thinking they’re solving a scotland yard case. ReplyMichael was the best. He wll always be loved. I am only 14 years old, and I cant keep acting like nothing happened. Because somthing did happen. No one knew Michael Jackson, People might of thougth that they knew him, but they didn’t. Michael was the best, and no one will ever change that. I loved him and I will always love him, no matter what. Michael is dead, and I cant change that. I cry day and night asking God to please bring Michael back, but God cant hear me. He never does. I never new Michael in preson, but I know things will get better.
