IUC Exclusive: Host Arthur Says He Won’t Deny Gay/Paedophile Allegations about Bourassa But Wants Clarification
Quebec’s all time king of talk radio and tv Andre Arthur was taken aback when my story about Robert Bourassa being gay and a child molester was published. Arthur, whom I consider a veritable Quebec icon and class act, asked me to publish a clarification of what happened. I told him I was aware of a new book about Quebec’s late Premier being published. When I told Arthur about rumours of Bourassa being gay Arthur responded that Bourassa was not only gay but also a “paedophile”. Arthur then went into more detail about Bourassa’s private forays which stunned me. Arthur wrote me saying he would not deny what he said but added that “It was along the lines of an idea for the author of a book, a subject of research, certainly not a public denunciation.” IUC regrets any inconvenience the story may have caused Arthur but we certainly stand by our story.

“Theirs a little drama (of course the world loves it ew.) because apparently i “hung up” on radio stations today and I hate to say thats not true. I am a specific time limit and schedules are set up for specific time frames for each station… if a station goes over time I am IMMEDIATELY connected to the next station. YES, i am sorry if anyone thought I ‘hung up” on them. The peeps at the radio stations r friends we know each other well and have a great relationship. I’m sorry if anything was miscommunicated, taken out of context, or misunderstood. xo”

ReplyIAN, this is pretty mind blowing, can Arthur back it up? Even though he is dead , I am sure his family has to be upset with the allegation. Sounds like he was writing his own book on this, is that what you meant? One would think he would have told you upfront not to repeat it if that is how he meant it, after all, he does know what you do.
If you get a chance to glance at the BBT thread, your ladies are feeling like “a one night stand” and you never called the next day.
