IUC EXCLUSIVE: Angie injured on set, Friend Fears Angie Won’t live Past 36

Angie was rushed to hospital after suffering a freak injury doing a stunt. A source told IUC it was a cut between her eyes, bump on the head and that Jolie was bleeding. “She’s completely exhausted,” a longtime pal of Jolie told IUC. “The way she’s going now I’d be shocked if she lives a day past 36. She’s killing herself and refuses to relax. It ain’t good. I’m sick about it because I care so much about Angie. Angelina Jolie was taken to the hospital today after getting hurt on the set of her new movie.

Angelina was shooting “Salt” on Long Island, when she bumped her head, getting some sort of nick in between her eyes. She bled a bit and was taken to the hospital.

Her manager tells us she was doing a stunt when the incident occurred. He says she is completely fine.

We just got a statement from the film’s production company:

“This morning while filming an action sequence… Angelina Jolie sustained a minor injury. As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie will be taken to the hospital and examined. Production on the film has resumed.”

Angelina Jolie fakes head injuryEverybody in Hollywood, including all the gossip sites, are all going crazy about Angelina Jolie’s so-called head injury this morning, where she sustained a scratch on the head after doing a so-called stunt on the set of the film Salt. But a production assistant on the set tells me that Angelina’s latest stunt isn’t physical; it’s just a ploy for attention and publicity.

“She hit her head lightly and there was no scratch evident,” the production assistant tells me. There was absolutely no reason to take her to the hospital. She was whisked away as if she had just been shot. Everybody on the set thought this was a scene being filmed for the movie,” the assistant laughs.

Perhaps Angelina Jolie is looking for sympathy. It has been reported that she has been very mean to two dogs on the set, Angel and Bingo. Her last film, Changeling, was a box office flop. Angelina is also on the verge of breaking up with Brad Pitt while trying unsuccessfully to adopt an Armenian boy named Harout

Why is it that a 34 year old woman is just soooooooooo exhausted? Truthfully, when I was 34 I was still like a teenager really! Isn’t exhaustion the ploy use for rehab and stuff, or is that dehydration? LOL She just shouldnt be so darned exhausted IMO Now, a woman who has 4 kids, has to do the shopping after work, cook dinner, take the kids to soccer, oversee the homework, bath time, bed time and the sex with her husband, THAT’S a woman that has the right to be exhausted!!!

Amen to that. She has to so a couple of hours work a day on set max and spends the rest hanging around, chatting up her co-stars and trying to eff with Ian. Oh its a hard life! She has at least 6 nannies to do all the childcare, security, a PA, a Housekeeper and Cleaners, security, chauffeurs and a Personal Chef. Am I missing anybody out here? And she is effin exhasuted, yeah right. If Angelina Jolie can’t cope with all that help, how the hell are the rest of us doing it? Give me a goddam break. She hasn’t done a hard day’s work in her life. Modelling and acting isn’t work, its playing. Good lord, stick her on a British NHS ward and let her do a long nurse’s shift and then go home and care for a couple of kids all by herself and let’s see how “exhausted” she really is now. My guess is she’d been running back to this exhausting movie star life of hers as fast as her twiggy little legs will carry her. Exhausted MY ARSE!

She isn’t constantly working those 16 hours..maybe 3 or more at the max, with breaks in between

The other hours, she is in her trailer…or out and about talking with the others, if they give her the time of day.

12 Nannies are taking care of 6 kids, Chefs are cooking their food, Maids are cleaning up after the little spoiled brats, and Brad is off drinking a 12 pack.

I have to admit that I saved this blog for last today because, after reading about Angelina’s accident on all the other sites I wanted to see what Ian had to say. He did not disappoint!!! It’s an “exclusive” that Angelina had an injury on the set today??? I guess you read TMZ like the other sites did but you declined to give them any credit. Good going, Ian, dear. And, “she will be dead before 36″??? This is the first movie Angelina has filmed since November of 2007!! She is not exhausted; she has not said she’s exhausted; and she is not acting as if she is exhausted. The only person to use the word “exhausted” in their story about this minor injury is you, Ian!! What a great writer you are. Kudos!!

According to the NY Times and the other NY papers, along with AP, Angelina was at the hospital for a very short time and went back to work this afternoon. Work on the movie never stopped during Angie’s absence so I’m wondering exactly when the “production assistant” found the time to call you with the info about the injury.

I’m not for anyone getting hurt, but considering she used to intentionally cut herself to bleed, wore blood in a locket around her neck, and keeps getting tattoos which involve by process both blood and pain, AJ having a minor injury resulting in a small amount of blood I find hard to get worked up about.

Now I on the other hand am a much more delicate, frail flower, really a thin layer of crystal shaped into human form, easily shattered, and I have a cuticle that is bothering me, so I demand the world audience gimme some love!!!

No. there are pictures of Brad just in general walking around New York, Jen too, at various events wearing them, and he continued to wear it to Cannes, a tab noticed it and put it on the cover, but others people on blogs had already been talking about it. He was not trying to hide it.He had his shirt unbottoned far enough even in Cannes at the dinner the night before you could see the pendant. Does it makes sense to you that a man would set that up and be so blatant and then turn around and try to convince everyone his relationship is solid all the while he wore that necklace in the very peictures where Angelina was kissing him in the restaurant. Strange to say the least.

I think Brad releases all these Jen and Brad stories, but for what purpose, I don’t know. Now that he has to promote his movie he is backing off and we hear the Jen and John rumors, now we know that is not true, but it is certainly a goo way to deflect off Brad and Jen for a bit.

One thing I believe, I don’t think Brad will allow the truth about anything really to get out until he is ready, Angelina, yeah, but not him. He has been so hardened by it, hates the invasion of his privacy, and will pull every trick he can to throw anyone off the scent. He has done that time and time again. So who knows what is what with Brad Pitt. He even has his brother lie for him. He has Jen doing it, and his parents to a point. jmo

Interesting to me how many ‘ stories’ were thrown at us lately to keep us busy talking, fighting, wondering etc. and at the same time Brad totally disappears from the screen. He is one tricky guy. I believe he has a battle plan and he is sticking to it. However, at one point the shit will hit the fan and everything will be clear right in front of us. So, let’s sit back, take it easy and wait what’s coming down, something got to give – sooner or later.

Well think about it, if in fact he did have an affair with Jolie for 18 months from mid 2003 and all through 2004 he sure covered his tracks well, didn’t he. Jen was miserable in Cannes with him when she went, Angelina was there also. No one knew did they, we all thought it started in Jan 2004 on the set. Who knew they had been at it for six months already. Now, I do question that story a bit, because that came from Toni, and her discussion with Brad and him saying he though Jen was gay, well hell, you could not sit down and ask your wife. No that does not ring true to me, I think they talked through many things, and if Brad is indeed bisexual then what is the problem if she was? IAN says he can prove it was 18 months and that Jen knew, so it will be interesting to see how. It only matters because it shows just how dishonest Brad was in his marriage and what Jen had to put up with. It had to be very tough to be under a microscope and know that, and why do you think it went on that long? Certainly not because she did not care, because she has sure shown us different about that hasn’t she, she wants him back, his parents want her back, seems the only one that does not according to IAN’s hunch right now is Brad, and it seems that changed all because of this Sudanese, who we do not even know is the real deal. Jen had to ride it out til it was the time to split for Brads career, and that was when they used the affair to promote the movie. sucks for her. Looks like he could be repeating that. laying low, waiting for the right time. The Sudanese could be real, pregnant, but I just don’t buy that he is in love with her, not a 23 year old. I find it more likely that he had her stashed next door to keep control of her, but otoh he did not come back with AJ did he, he stayed over there, so who knows, maybe he did rendezvous with her..

So when does he pull this rabbit out of the hat? Well I guess it depends on which rabbit it is lol, the pregnant Sudanese, or taking his kids and going back to Jen. Makes a huge difference. One he may be supported in , the other, he will be cremated, and then he may choose to be lovesick miserable and and suffer with his karma as AJ continues to get it on with who ever she pleases. who knows? jmo

If the Sudanese story is true, I think she was part of a ‘ triangle ‘ , a word Ian actually used . She may have gotten pregnant during ‘ play ‘ . They all seem to be into role play, swinging etc . So it was an accident. The girl sees her chance to fame and maybe money etc. , AJ is not jealous why would she, its her girl too. They keep her close by to control her. One would normally buy somebody like her off, with lots of money. I don’t even think she got a sister. It’s her speaking, but her identity needs to get protected, and not to get her into trouble, because she only gets money if she keeps her mouth shut, she gets a sister assigned.

Now that would be a true spectacle! LOL!

The Fountainhead would be better suited to a a Brad and Angelina film though.. Brad’s affection for architecture.. playing Howard Roarke would be right up his alley. And Jolie as the cold opportunistic Dominique who he first takes in a twisted form of rape.. a theme which seems to continue through out the story.. he can only really have her when it is against her will or having to overcome her or hurts her. She in turns marries other men to punish him or help him.. always manipulating. In the end they screw over the one man who genuinely loves them both so that they can be together. Brangelina would be perfect casting.

They have used this website before to fan the flames. It will be interesting to see it Brad actually says with his mouth in a real interview, “I am in love, we are not splitting and I could not be happier” he has allowed these denials to be released but he himself has not said one word, He did the same with his split with Jen, he kept quiet and let the tabloids do it. Can anyone find a interview, real one where he has sat down one on one with a real reporter and denied this? He knows his words are immortalized, and if they are finished then to do that would make him look very bad, so he skates around it. IF he does do it. then I would be inclined to say, he is not going anywhere, they may live separate lives behind the scenes but publicly he will stay if he puts the facade out there in a interview. If he skates around it as he has in the past then it is doubtful. I wondered that too, unless they believe it would be on a Saturday. They have never made a big deal about her birthday like they have Maddox. I think the fact they have such cute parties for him that makes people think that maybe they would do that for her on the weekend. They did not do that for Mad though unitl he was at least 5 years old if I remember right. Only so much you can do for a three year old.

I just don’t think it would be worth it to Brad to leave. The custody fighting, the psycho ex after his reputation/career, His reputation as abandonding six children he helped accumulate in four years with Jolie, so many negatives. I honestly believe he is stuck in that situation for as long as Jolie wants him stuck. Living in separate homes, countries, continents wouldn’t bother Angie one bit as long as she feels she controls the prize she stole from Aniston. Angie has no idea what a committed relationship is, her only role model was her mother, Marsha Lynne who is known to have a revolving door policy for b/f’s even tho she had one main squeeze….I think these next few months will be very interesting

Please don’t keep dredging up Maddox’s adoption. That does a huge disservice to that child. The issues with the adoption agency were resolved years ago. The adoptions handled by that agency, including Maddox’s, were thoroughly investigated not only by the Cambodian government but by the U.S. government. Due to the criminal charges against the agency owner and staffer involving a small number of adoptions the US Department of State and the US Department of Justice both investigated all the adoptions pending at the time and that included the adoption of Maddox. The US government even went to the extent of sending field investigators to Cambodia and to the villages of the target children. Both the US government and the Cambodian government found no irregularities with the Jolie adoption. That is why Maddox was eventually issued a passport (essentially making him a US citizen) and allowed to enter the US with his mother.

Further, it doesn’t always make a difference how “lax” (got any cites as proof of that?] the adoption laws or regulations are of the orphan’s country. The US government requires a very strict and very extensive current application package including, among a million other things, parental medical reports, financial reports, etc. etc. etc. This comprehensive application package has to be completed/updated BEFORE any foreign adoption is presented for approval for entry into the US of the adopted child and the granting of its visa/passport.

It shouldn’t ruin anyone’s fun here to try to be accurate. I don’t believe there were any credible reports of unsuccessful adoption attempts by Jolie. There is, however, the odd item about an “rumored” upcoming adoption which inevitably proves to be false. Similarly there are no indications that there were legitimate “questions” or irregularities with Jolie’s two other adoptions.

@Different Guest: Hi. The adoption rules seem to be tightening? Mia Farrow has (had) 10 adopted children (2 passed away), and 4 (I think) bio children. She was married during a few adoptions, then adopted at least one child offcially w/ W. Allen, but has adopted most as a single mother w/ no spouse and clearly a truck load of kids. Just wondering. I find her child obsession a bit much, too.

And, if I may add, beyond adoption (and the current Octomom fiasco), I believe it’s a complete disservice for anyone to pop out (or adopt) a large brood. A former friend was raised in a very strict Catholic home where, naturally, birth control was not allowed and mommy and daddy didn’t seem to find ways to avoid procreating, so — 13 kids later, a middle class family — had more than enough on their hands. Consequently, ny friend was sexually abused by several of her brothers and, although now married and almost following in her parent’s footsteps, she still has issues. One of her children does in that area as well…by abusing other children at a very early age.

I just want to point out that not only is serial adoption and conception at a rapid rate an injustice to all, the “natural” way via strict rules by a series of usually old wrinkled aseual men who wear funny hats and live in a certain country and speak to God and then tell others what to do, is extremely dangerous — has been, and will continue to be. I sincerely apologize to practicing Catholics, but I really fume over any religion or cult or “leader” who tells peopoe what to do and not do in their bedrooms. Responsible people need to be responsible when bringing lives into this world. Unlike those who legally adopt, many couples and others don’t have to pass a test and fill out applications to breed and breed and breed.

@SZ:Mia came from a large family (7 or 8 kids), some of the kids she adopted had special needs, other than the kids she adopted with Previn (I think were siblings) the adoptions were spaced so the kids could be integrated into the family. The kids went to school and had stable lives.

@Different Guest: To “stable lives” I do agree (w/ exception…ahem). Just suggesting that if one wants to help/love and care for a very large group of children, why not open an orphanage? It does seem that Mia has been a good mother, but, if you’ll note of her latest actions, she’s also never really been what I call “stable.” Her work w/ organizations for children is to be admired….I just believe that somethng’s amiss when there is a personal OD on gathering children or animals. Remeber the actress Sandy Dennis? She was a good actress, but a bit “out there”, and when she died she had — what? — maybe 16 cats? Ina NY apartment? If you’re on a farm….well…you get my point. It’s like the stories we hear on the news all the time about people who have TONS of animals in their small homes/trailers and most are neglected, undernourished, living in filhy conditions? All because the owner wants to “save” them? From what? A chance to catch their own mouse and run up a tree instead of scratching albesto-filled ceilings.
I have had a few rescused animals. Have one now. But I won’t have another until I can properly maintain the health and care of both my cat and my self.

What’s the difference really between what she did and the guy who leaves or wife #1 dies and he starts a second family. Some people really do enjoy being parents. Other than Woody marrying Soon-Yi I haven’t heard anything negative about any of the other children, so she must have done something right. RadarOnline.com has exclusive details about the injury sustained Friday by actress Angelina Jolie, on the set of her action flick Salt.

Brad Pitt’s partner collided with a set light during filming, causing a cut and a minor concussion.

“Angelina was…on the Long Island set today and was hit in the head by a light. She got a small cut in the middle of her forehead just above the eyes and was bleeding,” a source tells Radar.

“When she was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure, doctors treated the cut and determined she had a slight concussion.”

After doctors deemed it safe to go back to set, the source tells us “she spent the rest of the day doing blue screen work. They covered up the small cut she received with a wig and makeup.”

Jolie was a trooper, the source adds. Filming, which started in the morning, went as late as 11:15 p.m.

Production is expected to wrap as early as next week, after final scenes are shot in Washington, D.C.

@Different Guest: Yes, as mentioned, I do believe she (Mia) has been a good mother. I brought her up as an example of those we know about who have adopted (more than bio’d) a lot of kids — and that, form my “take” on her in genral, I believe something is “odd.” Not in any sordid way at all. As I once explained to someone on this board, I believe that some people (ala Jolie) do these things to fill a void. This is not excusing or asking for sympathy in her case. In fact, the more I delve into her past interviews and the comments made about Shiloh, it goes beyond a “void.” And yes, some pelple really do love big families. But 13? Back-to-back w/ no help?

Anyhow, I’ll calm down now. Religion in particular and its dictates, and irresponsible child-raising and breeding/adopting, really make me angry. I’m an only child. My situation is just the opposite. I don’t envy those in large families, as I’ve witnessed so many disconnects (as well as loving ones, too), and a sibling or two would have been nice…but….

Beyond that, I don’t believe a word of what SR’s source said. She’ll live beyond 36 (unless something unforeseen occurs). The story sounds fabricated and stilted.

I have a headache from my wrath over (but not TO “DG”) the subject she and I discussed above. So, be well I’m going to take an aspirin and get ready to go out for a few hours. (I don’t think I need an ambulance.)

Yes, head injuries can be quite serious, such as in the case of Natasha Richardson, however it seemed there were some pretty big signs that she should have gone to the hospital – something very odd happened up there. However, people tend to forget that the skull is pretty tough for good reason. Having AJ checked at the hospital may have been an insurance requirement, by unless they needed xrays it seems rather dramatic. Of course, celebs always seem to go to the hospital for things us normal folk would go to the doctor for. And I thought they had first aid/doctors on staff of movies as big as this one, but what do I know?

Note: I have bumped my head numerous times (think dozens if not hundreds) and had nieces/nephews in freak accidents hit me in the head with any number of things, including a putter while playing miniature golf. Yeah, bumps on the head hurt and can stay tender for a while; however I (possibly) suffered one very minor concussion out of all of those (determined in hindsight) and that was when I was sick, had used some cough syrup, got up in the middle of the night and went to the kitchen to get some more water – and fell, hitting a kitchen cabinet and then hitting my head on the corner of another cabinet! And I say probably because it was not diagnosed when I went to the Urgent Care place – it was the weekend of course – and the only effect was that I would feel the slightest bit dizzy when I first laid down to go to sleep at night. Of course, that could have been coincidence, and a when later I mentioned it to my neurologist (shoulder problem) he ordered xrays to check things out and it never occurred again. My Mom (7 kids, Catholic family, I was the last one because the pill came out and Mom said no way, 7 kids at 33 and the Dr. says I am healthy enough to have one every year???) is the one who said it may have been a slight concussion. And although she worked most of my life (went back when I was 3) she could hear a sick kid no matter what but could easily sleep through a junior high slumber party! And we live 1100 miles apart so it was a remote diagnoses

Like we are all so evil that we would want to see 6 six kids lose their mother while all of them are under the age of 10??? Good grief, I’m 45 and am not sure how I will deal with losing my Mom when the time comes! We just want the kids to have a Mom, not nannies, and healthy lives. Honestly I had thought the days of the Hollywood photo-op families were long gone, stupid me! IF Angelina Jolie, had a slight concussion, they would of kept her in over night for observation OR sent her home with instructions of bed rest…and she wouldn’t of been able to leave the hospital to go straight back to the set….I know THIS as a FACT of being an RN nurse for 25 years , some years working in the ER!

The brain from having a concussion needs time to heal, to recover. No Doctor in his/her right mind, would let a patient return to work, immediately after a concussion. EVER.

So I call BULLSHIT that she had a concussion.

You are so right on what kind of experience being one of 5-6 children is. We were not Catholic either just 5 daughters when my dad wanted boys. I was the oldest so I was the babysitter child tender in all ways. I even had to get up on school nights and give the babys the bottle. The only way my mom had to get out of having kids was a mental breakdown. So I was de facto mom to all those babys. One thing for sure it did help me with was, I was totally prepared to be a mom when I had my 3. And I got out of that house at 17. I got married to my hubby and we have been married 37 years and had 2 boys and 1 daughter.

My point was that my former friend’s parents were so overwhelmed w/ so many kids they didn’t know what was going on w/ their children. Back O/T. harikarigirl is right. Most pro productions are required to carry insurance, and a head injury of any sort would have to be thoroughly examined beyond an on-set doc. NOT sending her home (had a “possible concussion” been a consequence of this minor accident) does seem odd to me, tho’.

bb14. Have just seen the Sixty Minutes with interview with Brad. It was the biggest load of shit I have ever witnessed. Talk about false advertising you saw Brad twice. One question asked was what did he think of Canne compared to the Oscars. His answer wasn;t worth noting. The other question what does he tell his kids when Mommy and Daddy go off to work. They are told we have to go to work. I have never been so disappointed with Sixty Minutes as I was tonite. The rest of the show was with Tarantino who is a complete nut, and Mike Myers. Paris Hilton was flitting around the red carpet kept pulling her top up no wonder there is nothing there to keep her dress up. Actually looking at Brad he looked good but getting old if you know what I mean. In my opinion a waste of time. I don;t know if any other Aussies saw it might be interesting to hear their opinions.

I don’t think Ms Jolie demanded she was taken to the hospital for checks, I just think she demanded we would all know about it, no question about that. SZ, I take your point about religion. In fact, I did mention that I have issues with the Church myself. As a former catholic and now an atheist I have problems with all religions. People are free to choose their religion and follow it as they see fit to an extent. I have to respect that choice – again to an extent – though I mightily disagree with much of it – especially imposing it on children. I simply am sensitive to trashing religions using age old terms employed by those who used to and still do discriminate against catholics and other religions. Your earlier words came across as stereotypical insults against catholics. I’m afraid they didn’t appear to be tolerant or loving. In my opinion your arguments in your response to me at 12:59 a.m. are the stronger ones and more likely to be listened to. I agree with all those arguments you made in that post.

Obviously imposing a large family on a woman who has not freely chosen it is intolerable. While I understand how it happens on some level, on others I just don’t. For example, Sunny’s sad description of her upbringing where she believes her mother had to have a mental breakdown to avoid another pregnancy just angers me. I know that situation still goes on. My argument is that there are those who choose to have large families – some successfully and lovingly and others not as you witnessed with your friend. I was lucky enough to experience a good number of large families that were successful and thriving.

I guess it’s hard to criticize a post without it coming across as a personal attack. Since I don’t know you it’s hard to be personal but I apologize if you took it as personal. I suppose the nature of these sites makes generalizations easy to make without realizing it. I also do worry about revealing certain things about ourselves, friends and family. People can get very careless on the internet and you never know when what you say will come back to haunt you and those you care about. All you have to do is mention this site and your friend might take a look and end up seeing your post about her and her son. It’s not a situation I’d wish on you.

As for the “possible concussion,” that’s certainly saying nothing. I could have diagnosed a “possible concussion” following a head bump from here – my home. Some writer is just being dramatic and needed a grabby headline. Cuts to the face usually bleed a lot and look worse than they really are. Doesn’t necessarily mean a hard hit to the head. Cast and crew sign contracts which impose obligations on them as well as protect them. Going to a major medical facility to check out a head injury seems like a no brainer to me.

Following months of tension, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have decided to spend some time apart to take stock of their four-year relationship.

The former lovebirds’ decision to call time out on their roller-coaster romance comes as little surprise to those close to the pair, who reveal that Brad, 45, and Ange, who turns 34 on June 4, have spent nearly 200 days apart since twins Knox and Vivienne were born on July 13 last year. Much of this time away was not work related, but the result of blazing rows that ended with one of them walking out.

Now the troubled pair will live on opposite sides of the US — Brad in LA and Angelina in New York — and only intend to reunite for the sake of their six children. They came together for their daughter Shiloh’s third birthday last week, but insiders say it was not a happy occasion.

“The relationship is really strained, and Brad is saying that he wants some time out but feels trapped,” a friend of Brad’s tells Woman’s Day.

“They are both determined to split time with the children and for the children to be able to see them together. But they will spend a lot of time apart.”

I am not really convinced she is. I think Pitt adores her and is doting on Shiloh and Angelina has resented that in the past. I have heard of a fe incidences where there was some tension because of that. When he was filming CCOBB she was resentful he took Sh to the set and not Z as well, from what some have said, and then I read (while looking at those goofy pics at the MTV awards that someone posted above) that at the Little Mermaid show Brad wanted to carry Shiloh and Jolie was mad because she wanted him to carry Z because she is heavier but he refused and helf on to Shiloh. This was 2 days after the Oscars . Two days before the Oscars was when he was drinking his sorrows aways while she was pole dancing and banging Bunny and one of the kids with a cough was ignored. Perhaps that was Shiloh. There was a report of her having a cold, have forgottne when.

Apparently Brad did not pick up his exwifes (the 2nd one lol) award , just his, of course most feel they are A okay so this just does not make sense to them over at JJ. What is wrong with Prince Charming that he would not represent mommy and accept her award also for the best femme. lol Sure looked happy with his boys, did’t he?

I have a hard time seeing Brad leaving Shiloh behind myself, unless they do prove she is not his, but Jolie is never going to admit that in public. jmho as well.

So, like you, wondering if we are going to hear anymore on “the biggest Brange blockbuster ever” because if IAN is going to shift to Michelle Obama it does not sound like it. bb14. It is one of our aussies magazine called “Womans Day” the magazine comes out every Monday which is what today is in Australia. I tried to bring that link up but wouldn’t come up. Is it exactly or near to be the same wording do you know.?? This is the problem here we do not get these magazines with all the stuff in them about Brad and Ange. We have to wait till one of our magazines reports the news to us even when it is probably old Everything that makes news here except for a couple of reports on Brad and Ange that I have put on this blog have been old.

Ang the green eyed monster

Angelina Jolie isn’t sure if she wants Brad Pitt anymore — but that doesn’t mean she wants anyone else to have him either.

The insecure actress has turned into a crazed green-eyed monster, starting screaming rows with Brad over his increasingly warm friendship with ex Jennifer Aniston.

“She’s consumed by jealousy over Brad discussing his relationship woes with Jennifer,” a source tells NW. “With Jen nipping at her heels, Ange isn’t letting Brad out of her sight.”

Angelina kept a close eye on Brad, 45, during their brief trip to the Cannes Film Festival in May.

One insider told NW the actress figured if she was with Brad at all times, he couldn’t call or text his ex-wife to talk about how miserable he is, particularly after she learned they had been texting each other every day.

“Ange was clinging to Brad like she was drowning and he was a lifeboat,” a source says. “She was far cry from the strong, radiant woman she was at last year’s event.”

Did anyone watch that PC in Cannes for IB, I have to say QT sounds like such a nerd, his guffawing gets on my nerves, oddball for sure. Brad looked so pretentious sitting there in his pink suit and was obviously feeling insecure, he kept drinking water, pouring water, and whispering tho his neighbors, Not the others, they just paid attention with interest. Best he was worried Jolies name would pop up. At the end when they asked him how he chooses his films, he used the same line from promoting CCOBB, matters more who you work with, how long it takes you away from your family. So, Jolie going to LA with him to film Moneyball, or is she going to France with the kids as she told someone at the party. Why not stay there insteadof buying in Portugal, did Pitt indeed buy her out? That was Margaritas claim. So if they are going to work in a separation, that is pretty much what he did with Jen. Announced a sperartion, he had not intention of working it out, yet his family was routing for that, he knew all along he was done. His M O apparently.
His film opens in August, so he is going to be separated in the middle of that promotion????

QT obviously places a huge importance on Cannes, that is the mother of them all for him, so maybe he does not care after that point. He did ignore Jolie it seemed, as far as we can tell. jmho

Funny how Daryl at the LA Examier has stories all over the page. The other day he said Jen told someone on the Baster that she hates Perez and he thinks Brad and Ang pay him to write negative stories. right..Ang maybe, but Brad is not part of that at this point, imo, they are at the very least good friends now.

Well IDK, Brad will surely have interviews coming out in Mags like Rolling Stones, Details, Vanity Fair, the usual ones he uses to promote his films. Look at the interview he did for the LA Times in December when he promoted CCOBB, his parents were there when he gave that interview, and it was the one where he sort of slapped Jen in the face, or so it seemed. I thought the article sounded edited a bit and would bet the way it was printed it not how he intended it to sound. That interview those was done after the RS one where he referred to Jolie as “this woman that I am with” and she was alledgedy pissed off about that. He gives an interview that sounds somewhat honest, it does not make her sound good, then we see a follow up interview telling us how wonderful all is. lol, sort of like Ann Curry followed by the Mirror.UK..so if he is giving those interviews now to help promote the film they will be out in two months, I would expect them to carry some damage control, after all he will be filming it is not as though he really has to do anything until he is finished with Moneyball. If he then goes into production for Lost City of Z, I suppose that will be revealing. Brazil alone? or drag the family. What about her, is she still boinking her Sugar Daddy, and her hot new hunk?

Of course by that time if this is true about the Sudanese, he will have a new son to dote on, one that is a year old that he hardly knows, and so he is spreading himself thin. I somehow can not see Jolie putting up with this charade if his has a baby with someone else. Can you?

Who is the second pregnant woman, did IAN ever find this out? What was the biggest Brange story? Just that he had the Sudanese next door? Has to be more than that doesn’t it? But we know it is centered around that, so ..is is that she was part of a threesome, that would be a pretty big blockbuster, but it has never been presented this way. When IAN says triangle I think he just means Brad, Sudanese, Jolie as in he is involved or connected to both. He sure did not seem to be too worried about it in LA, looked like he was having a ball. He looked like a slop, never unzipped his jacket, thought that was kind of strange.

I know IAN probably gets tired of hearing us yak on about it, but wouldn’t it be a rocking and roll of a time if he or SR could get a pic with Brad with Jen, lmao, SR said there was someone on the back of his motorcycle indicating it was Jen. Now that picture, can you imagine how much the tabs would pay for something like that. I say IAN , go undercover, wear one of those sunglasses with the little cameras in it, lol, and snap , snap, snap away. I tell ya, he would instantly beloved by all of Female First hahaha. The person that can break a Brad and Jen connection and prove it, truly prove it, with something solid, they will be infamous! People may say they don’t want them to get together, but even those who don’t would love to see Jolie, and Perez, and EL, and Ted C, Lainey, and all of JJ just froth at the mouth if that happened. That’s what i find so strange…the paps reported Brad had a female riding on the back of his motorcycle, and never got a shot? It’s almost as if it’s a conspiracy to help Brad and Jen dump Angie…. I too would like to see Brad and Jennifer back together, but as a new beginning. I’d hope Brad would have learned to appreciate what he had with a class act such as Jennifer, and not make a repeat performance the next time his Sagittarius sexiness gets a hold of him libedo….Actually, i don’t think either Brad or Jen were as happy when not a couple as when they were together. Who knows though, but i would love to death to have IAN get some hard proof that Brad and Jen are hooking up again…it would make me do my happy dance….wink!!@Kate:

BBT’s daughter was charged with the death of the baby she was watching last October. I would imagine this difficult news would find BBT crying on Jolies shoulder a bit, and back then, wonder when Brad caught her with him, very sad about the baby, 7 month investigation so sounds like they will try to make this stick.

This is exactly what I thought. (although I was puzzled when she reunited with JM, so was the whole JM thing not for her movies but to deflect from Brad & Jen talk). Add to that, both their Oprah interviews and also the Oprah right before the Oscars where Gayle said something like – “they should have Jen and Brad present an Oscar together now that they are friends”. The audience reaction to this was priceless (not well received).
Frankly, I don’t care if they get back together (ok, I’d prefer they didn’t cause I think he is such a schmuck) but it would be fun, as you said Kate, just to see all those froth at the mouth.

I would not be surprised if Brad heads back to NYC , he does not begin Moneyball for several weeks. Jolie will be finished with Salt by then. Per Lainey she told someone at the premier party she was taking the kids to the Chateau in France for the summer. Lainey of course though Pitt was going to , but I do not believe his film is set to film there lol If Jolie does do that instead of joining him in LA that will be a fairly strong statement. Certainly contradictory to “our law is to keep the family together” one works, one babysits. Then what, he is going to fly to France for the twins birthday? I doubt they will announce a seperation before then. I guess that all depends on the Sudanese baby boy as well, and if goes to Brazil for Lost City of Z. I would think it would be hard to explain if Jolie and he live apart for 3 or 4 months publicly. At some point they will have to read the same dribble statement that he and Jen did. Then he can slither away. lol

So, the tabloids do seem to be picking up some steam, I wonder if some of the sources that are talking to them are the ones that have been talking to IAN as well.

I think some posters’ willingness to blindly accept Ian’s stories and other tabloid reports and then get upset when other posters ask for proof is directly proportional to that poster’s desire to see this fantasy reunion. If I can add to the Jen portion of this saga, I’d like to weigh in saying I have no clue what’s going on, here…w/ Jen or another woman. It seems unlikely that BP and JA will reunite, but stranger things have happened. Friends? Yes, I believe that is true. A separation between AJ and BP this summer? As some have mentioned here, I think it’s already happened.

i tend to agree with you on that. Jennifer has had pleanty of time to get over her love of Brad as a mate, and potential father to her children, but she showed signs of actually being “in” love with John Mayer. Maybe his youth, and innexperience with something worth treasuring is what what behind the break up the second time. I don’t know what women see in John Mayer, i know he certainly doesn’t turn me on, but he seems to have found Jennifer’s On Button…lol. In time, with some growing up, i do believe he and Jen could be a very happy couple….Brad? Not so. The way he treated Jennifer when he lusted after Jolie, the lie to her about nothing going on with Jolie, and then the bad press Jolie put out about Jen with Brad doing nothing to stop it tells me he can not be trusted to put another ahead of himself. He is a selfish lover. It’s always going to be about Brad. He was partnered with Jolie when they both created this Rainbow Family, so he’s got just as much responsibility to those children as Jolie does. Jennifer, imo, doesn’t need to be brought into more heartache in dealing with Jolie for the next 18 years or so. One can never go back to what was…events, time change us all. A new start, fresh start is what Jennifer needs, once this Bermuda Triangle is finished, i think she will be able to do just that…with a new love who will appreciate what he has in Jen. Oh, no, i will never believe Jennifer is gay/bi/or other than hetrosexual. She has too many girlfriends who are straight and is admired by too many men for that to be so. Brad? Of course he is at least Bi, but i’m thinking actually he’s a gay man who is afraid for whatever reason to come out. Being with Jolie gave him the freedom to be Brad for the first time, without fear of being outted. IMO @g:

The comment I am referring to was not a joke, he was serious. You know PA, Jen was in the thick of her relationship with him (or so the public believed) when her friend told IAN that Jen still loves Brad, that she wants him back, and will do what it takes to get him back. That was the beginning of this year. It was not even a month later her and JM called it quits again, as soon as he did his duty as her escort for Oscar. Jen was on the phone with Brad coordinating the Oscar ordeal, JM was not a big issue. She did not even spend time with him at the party . Jen has never dated anyone publicly that is not bisexual, no one, and most are gay. There is a reason for that ..jmo..now she may never get Brad back as a partner, who knows, but that does not mean she is going to find someone else either. Six kids and 5 years later, and she still feels that way. If she did not give up during that time, why would she now, unless he tells her straight up, bugger off.jmo

Maybe IAN will update us and tell us if Jen has had a change of heart and no longer wants him back.

Hayley Mills camp for lovelorn girls of all ages, that would be Just Jared imo, where they even write the scripts right down to the love scenes between Brad and Angie. @Different Guest: When it opens in a few months, it’s doubtful that any $ will be made. Also, the subject matter seems too serious for a summer film. I believe it opens in August. Most people are on vacation then. They want light, fun or major Action films. A few quality “serious” films can slip through, but the timing of IB is off. They’ll lose even more $ competing in that kind of climate.

I don’t view JA as someone who is tied-in to thinking about these things, and my view of her has always been favorable but not anything “special” other than being a true “California girl” in the nicer sense of the term. Getting ready to turn on the TV to watch one of my fav new shows, “In Plain Sight” on USA Network. If no one has seen it (began last year) it’s about a female FBI Witness Protection handler — very cool role and plots.

Anyhow, Kate and Dif Guest, if you’re still here, was good to chat. Kate, at some point I’d like to know more about the beginning of the BP-AJ affair — I always thought it began in early 2004, but I gather that it started in 2003. Any details would be welcome…such as did it start when they were prepping for MAMS or from connecting socially? I’ve heard differing reports, and so many people around them have been so protective of all concerned (even CC went along — publically — by saying she doubted BP had become “physically involved” w/ AJ until after the separation).

I’m pretty sure we discussed this on an earlier thread but AJ signed on to MAMS in Aug 03. Not sure of the start date on MAMS, some say it started filming right after the New Year. (there may have been rehearsals before the holiday break). And we know from the VF interview he didn’t show up for the last taping of Friends and had already checked out which was 3 wks into the new year on Jan 23. So you can decide.

And when she became Saint Angelina I just rolled my eyes, I saw through her from the very beginning, Ive been telling my husband for years that I cant stand her!!! I havent watched any of her movies since Lara Croft, and I think there are a lot of people who feel that way and thats why she doesn’t win the awards she so desperately wants.. One of my problems with her has always been that she doesn’t do anything for the children in her own country, she talks down about the US and yet she makes her money here, and then she expects us the American public to laud her greatness and bestow awards on her, it makes me absolutely angry!! Billy Bob Thornton’s eldest daughter has been charged with child neglect!

29-year-old Amanda Brumfield was babysitting a 1-year-old child back in October, when the child fell from her playpen and passed away due to a fractured skull and subdural hematoma.

How awful!!

Brumfield waited two and a half hours to call the police because she believed the small child was perfectly fine after her fall, even though her tongue was bleeding. She described the baby as “happy and playful.”

Thornton’s daughter decided to take a nap on the job but woke up to a horrifying surprise when she picked the baby up – the child’s body was limp.

So, so sad.

No matter how minor you believe a head injury may be, always have it checked out by a professional ASAP.

You could save a life!

Jen made that comment you are referring to because of several reasons , he had made it clear he did he did not believe in marriage and from day one, he was cheating before Jolie and she had a hunch about that .a
She was saving face in a sense when she said that. Jen did not want to bring kids into a marriage if he was not going to be there. Here he was bragging he wanted 7 kids while snagging others and Jen sao she wanted two kids. It they deserved as much dedication as she had given her career.

What Jen said to save face matters not anymore than Brad saying in June 2004 that having kids with Jen feels like a natural evolution and he was ready. (sound familiar he used the same quote about Jolie) he of course was already banging Jolie and the adoption for another child was in the works. A couple of months later he switches PR gear in Oct 04 and says he is not quite ready to have a baby and he wants Jen a all to himself a little bit longer.He also says it is the happiest he has ever been during these interviews and that his marriage is solid. 3 months later however the vacation they had planned with CC was used as a good bye while the public was told it was let’s see if we can work it out. They lived together several more months all the while he and Jolie had were going at it.

Jen has told her friends she is still “in love” with Brad and wants him back. The whole charade with all JM was just let’s help each other out. Jen met with Brad in the fall of last year and forgave him and since then have friends again. For her to say she will do anything to get him back over these last few months does not sound to me like she has moved on. That may never happen, and she may find someone else she does love one day, but today is not it as far as I know.

You really have to love someone an awful lot to forgive them having not only one long-term affair which resulted in them leaving you and publicly humiliating you, but other ones too. Sounds like she must do. Whether that is a good thing is another story. It doesn’t sound like he’s capable of being faithful to her or perhaps anyone to me. She deserves better, but as they say, love is blind and you can’t talk people out of loving someone with reason. It’ll be interesting to see how things play out with them. Perhaps a second go at it will be what she needs to decide once and for all he isn’t for her and to move on. I tend to think she would be better off that way. Once a cheater, always a cheater in my book. After the wild sex life he’s had with Jolie it’s hard to imagine him settling for monogamy with anyone IMO.

I personally don’t think that jen and brad are getting back together and i don’t think that jen loves brad in that way…. maybe she loves him as a friend but nothing more…. maybe jen dumped brad (according to sheryl crow) and brad got angry about it because angelina was just a thing nothing serious and that’s why he said and done those things to jennifer (photo in w magazine etc. etc.) to get back to her. And ofcourse it hurt jennifer because when you dump someone it says not that you are not love him anymore, it says that you don’t want it anymore…. (the cheating. lying etc.)

If it was a publicity relationship then all of this wouldn’t have happend because they had to have some kind of contract that both of them get good publicity, so don’t say i broke up with her in the middle of the street etc. etc. Maybe John is bi but that don’t say that he is not attracted to women so why could he not have a relationship with jennifer.

You all here say if you are bi (then on this site it is gay) they could not have a true relationship… bullshit… you are attracted to both sides and you can fall in love with a women and be faithfull to her…. and you don’t have to have a men on the side…

Jolie got pregnant around late Aug more than likely…around the time the divorce was granted but not yet finalized.

If Jen was trying to save face she would have said no comment or we don’t talk its over.. she went out pf her way to communicate that it was a peaceful break up, no drama or soap opera there and that she talks to him now and then no big deal.

The only people who are not over Brad and Jen is the public and the tabloids. How the hell would they make any money if they couldn’t print a negative story about the three of them? They have to keep it alive no matter what. The tabloids are fabricating the Jen wants Brad back story. They will never let go of their cash cow. Not ever. One of the three could remarry, have children, die and there will still be a love triangle. Jennifer calls new husband Brad by mistake in bed. Jolie’s ghost seduces Pitt while Jennifer sleeps nearby.. it will never end.

Why is it so hard for people to believe that Jen moved on by the time of the divorce. She was already with Vince and living her life when October rolled around. I doubt she met with Pitt secretly recently. I tend to believe what Jennifer says in interviews and she keeps in touch with Pitt but it was over a long time ago. She will always love him, but why would she ever want him back. It didn’t world before she said because they spent too much time apart, they grew apart and wanted different things, she had too many insecurities from her parents break up and it effected their marriage.. what has changed that could keep them together a second round? He is still heavily involved with charity that makes her squirm…she prefers to keep it quiet and simple. He still likes to travel..she prefers to kick it at home or pool side in Mexico. I doubt she is ready to trade yoga, relaxed beach style living to play step mom to six kids. And to try to weather the media storm/paparazzi mania that would accompany that.

She will find the right guy, settle down and have kids when it is right for her.

The stories the press print about Brad, Ange and Jen all come from one or other of their PR’s. It’s unfair to say its the media who creates it because it isn’t. All those stories are being sent to them by one of their publicity people. Its just that because there are 3 of them with, presumably now, 3 separate PRs, they say conflicting things. The relationship with John Mayer was not real. I understand what you mean when you say it only brought her bad publicity and I personally don’t think her PR people have made good choices with her press, but obviously they and Jen thought it would be better for her to be talked about as being with someone, however ropey, than not talked about at all. Do you see what I mean by that? These relationships have gotten her press and they have helped to promote her films. While I think the relationships made her look foolish, she was being talked about which is probably what the producers of her films wanted. I even wonder if this sort of thing is written into their contracts nowadays: must release stories of relationship with x, y or z to garner free press for film etc. I find that highly possible. I think Jen struggled to find takers though and VV, Paul Sculfor and John Mayer were the best her people could come up with at the time. My guess is that the relationships Jen has had since Brad are quite possibly with women and she has needed fake relationships with men to cover that up or to stop any rumours about her. So yes I agree that the PR relationships have made her look bad and could have been handled better IMO but I think there was a necessity for them for her protection and to promote her and her films. Its just giving the public what they want. People are curious to see if Jen can find true love again and they would love to see that she has found someone new and moved on. But the reality is she hasn’t, or if she has it was with someone she didn’t want to go public with. Might not even be a woman, may just be someone out of the public eye or someone she just didn’t want to discuss. Lots of celebs like to keep their private lives private. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out for the three of them though. I can’t help but think Brad and Ange will both be damaged goods as a result of all this.

I agree with you guys, sometimes a second go is what a person needs to get it out of their system completely. It happened to me. This guy I was with & I broke up for great reasons…but I couldn’t let go (this was a looong time ago). So, we got back together for a time (my family and friends thought I was nuts and were very concerned). We broke up again and I was totally ready to never see him again. It was actually better that way, to be able to let go completely. It would be better to be able to let go of a bad thing w/o all that, but sometimes it’s not so cut and dry.

Staff are all kept quiet by confidentiality agreements, industry people by the same or just to conform to protocol of not dishing the dirt on people (if you were found out to be doing this it would be very bad for your career, especially as most industry people are freelance) and I genuinely don’t think Brangelina have many friends, family members and f*ck buddies maybe, but genuine friends, I don’t think there are that many. Jen would be the same except she does have friends but they are loyal to her. All of the stories I have read about them in the mainstream meda I can pretty easily detect as coming from one or other of their PR’s. You can tell from the bias and the way in which they push one or other of their agendas. With celebs lower down the pecking order like Katie Price and Peter Andre for example, you do get people who know them selling stuff on them and you get much more of a realistic picture of what is going on. But people like Brange, Tom Cruise, Leo DiCaprio etc are much more powerful and magazines and newspapers do not want to upset their powerful PRs who represent not only them but a lot of other big name stars. If they do they will get no more exclusives or interviews and their publications will be trounced in sales by their rivals. This is why they are so very protected by the media. I believe we have had some genuine inside sources who haven’t been instructed to speak to Ian by either camp here, but that is because Ian does not depend on the patronage of these people and their PR companies for his livelihood, he has more freedom to print them. And that is why I believe so few other sites/publications pick up the Brange stories but were on to the Lilo one like a shot. Plus Brad, Jen and Ange are much wealthier and have much more effective legal teams. They could do more damage to a publication’s business than someone like Lilo or Jordan. I’m hoping this will change when they split though and they become less powerful. I’m hoping that a few people will have the nerve to print a negative story or two about them for once!

Not damaged goods from the homewrecking and cheating necessarily, damaged goods more from the over-exposure, the reckless way in which they brought a great number of children into a short-lived, unstable relationship, the non-stop trekking round the world, that whole Namibia lunacy, her holier-than-thou fraudulent act, everything really. I just think the public will become sick of them. Especially when Ian’s book comes out and Morton’s and possibly the bodyguard’s who knows, although it seems unlikely now. I don’t think people are going to be too impressed when they hear Ange sees her children so little that they often call their nannies mommy. People aren’t going to like to hear that they’ve been so decieved by her. I think there will be a backlash as with anyone who becomes so popular so fast. And I think that’s why both her and PR people are so worried, hence their presence here.

Yeah I have also done that. Sometimes you are so in love with a person or so needy yourself that you go back to them no matter what they’ve done to you. And that second go really gets them out of your system and enables you to finally move on I think. It also helps if you dumped them this time! Who knows, maybe this has already happened between Brad and Jen. And as for the confusion surrounding the will they won’t they get back together stuff, I’m thinking it could be like so many couples or ex-couples who go back and forth with each other over a period of years. You know the cliched can’t live with them, can’t live without them scenario or just that they know it isn’t right but still have feelings of love for one another. When you truly love someone I think it can take many years for you to extricate yourself finally from that relationship no matter what the circumstances. Plus you have nostalgia for the good times. I’m sure we’ve all been through something similar at one point or another.

I dare to say that I agree w/ most of what you wrote, Keane. (Look out, SZ, the hammer is about to fall on your head. Do I hear suuucckkking sounds?) Anyway (had to address that — ahem), I never thought that Vince or JM in particular were real relationships. How they “evolved” is curious, and for certain JA needed a “rebound” romance ASAP for PR purposes (VV), and lately…the JM thing…either I’m missing something about his “allure” or what, I just don’t/didn’t believe it was real. Whether or not both are bi or gay I have no idea. If JA’s into women, then it’s been really under the radar and, if true, she’s done a hell of a job keeping it quiet. Doing threesome’s w/ Brad? Now, that sounds plausible. Could you or someone else let me know when/where the “gay” JA info came out? (No pun intended.) I’m sincere.

Jen and John had tow contracts I think, one for the first time they were together and one for the second. John said something quite derogatory about her the first time so the second time it was written into the contract that he would not say anything like that. For the second time it was just that she needed someone to go to the Oscars with so she didn’t have to face Brange alone. In retrospect it may also have been because her and Brad had rekindled their friendship and they wanted to disguise it. John saying bad things about Jen in public again was a good way of distracting people from what was really going on I reckon.

I think Jen is bi because the story came out on here and Jen would be sueing Ian right now if she wasn’t. She has the middle America’s sweetheart image to maintain and that would fuck with it big time. Ian has had legal threats from her side which prevented him posting the rest of the story. I think that the story came from a friend of Ange so was obviously designed to make her look better, but that doesn’t mean I don’t believe it. I think it is true but that it was Angelina who wanted us to know it. It also explains what was going on in the Brad/Jen relationship to me, that they were both bi and had an open marriage which is why he began an affair with Ange but it became more serious than he might have intended it to. This explains to me why Jen has never trashed Ange much in public, she knew she couldn’t because of what Ange could fire back with. Also Kate has heard that Jen is bi through the grpaevine too so yes I believe she is. Plus the vast majority of people in HW are gay or bi.

Papers/magazines actually don’t just make things up out of thin air. They sensationalize things sometimes, contort things or make something out of something that wasn’t a big deal, but they don’t just sit down and invent something. They do print stories from people who know celebs and are selling them out sometimes but I have never seen them do this with Brange. All of these stories are coming from one or other of them. I think the meeting up with Jen thing is coming both from Ange and Brad with Jen’s permission. For Brad it is a more convenient get out of the relationship than saying he has knocked up a 23 year old Sudanese model for example. The public will forgive him. For Ange it is pinning the blame on Jen again and trying to make her look like the wronged woman. You are right that these stories are made up but not by the press, they are made up by the PRs. If the press were making all these stories up about Brange they would screw their relationship with them and never get interviews or stories from them and anyone else their PR and agent represents ever again. Instead they are keeping these celebs sweet by printing their PR stories, this is how it works.

Yep, well said. I think that going back and forth may be very common. It is very hard to cut something off drastically and completely if you still love the person. I think it’s better to play it out all the way, if it’s possible…easier to get over it that way. And yeah, maybe Brad and Jen have done this already – it kind of looks like it…or they are in the process. And as Kate said, people do change…some do. Some don’t. Like Leonard Cohen sang there “ain’t no cure for love”.

@SZ:I’m not sure the whole John Mayer thing was “contracted” out. I can kind of see why Jen might have fallen for him. I mean, off stage he’s a bit of a douche, but onstage he’s a really really good guitarist and singer, onstage he has charisma. Jen likes guys in bands. ahem, Steven Tyler! haha And, when an ordinary guy goes on stage and rocks his sox off all of a sudden he looks like a God. The first half of their relationship Jen was following him around and going to all his concerts, so even if he felt like a douche to her by the end of the day, he turned into a God again at night on stage so that may have helped keep them together longer then it might have otherwise.

Also, IMO Jen really played John Mayer at the Oscars. For the first time I almost felt sorry for him, he just looked so star struck and like he was trying to so hard to please her and fit in, and by all accounts she was being a bit of a beeyotch. For all her sweetheart image Jen is fantastic at playing the PR game, shes a Pro. And she had him on a tight leash that night, he looked like a little boy all dressed up and excited to be at his first party.

Kind of funny how Mel Gibson just came right out with it on Jay Leno, no trying to hide it with him, he just said, ‘yep we are pregnant, been seperated three years, call me octomel” now that was a little distasteful but you know what, his career is not going to suffer from it one bit because he did it exactly that way, no games, just put it out there, in his Mel Gibson funny way. People will bash him for being a hypocrit but he still will rise, and if Brad Pitt does the same with this break up so will he. He big mistake with Jen was keeping quiet, and he knows now from what he has said in the past that was a mistake. He thought that was for the best, it wasn’t. Now if in fact they did begin the affair in 2003 one can see why.

This is where I go back to Jen’s part in this. If she knew for 18 months he was sleeping with Jolie, why did she stay? But do I believe that ? I don’t know right now because IAN has not given me enough to go on to know if I do or not. Jury is out.

Sometimes a person wants someone back til they get them back, then they realize they don’t. Could be that case with Brad, or as simple as wanting everyone to know he would dump Jolie and come back to her. That would be some satisfaction , lol

It occurred to me that Brad could have been on his merry way to a relationship to Miss Sudanese or to one with Jen and Jolie announced she was pregnant, and he demanded a test. That would put it all on hold. It would be pretty awful if she is pregnant and she is doing all these drugs and drinking. She is wearing some very unappealing clothes for her film all of a sudden. So what is the deal there. The last time Brad announced 5, 6, 7 8 he knew twins were on the way even when no one was aware of a pregnancy yet. If he did indeed say” I am a man in love, and maybe one in London”, is he accepting a baby with her?

IAN is so silent all of a sudden, what does that mean? rechecking sources, dumping Brange for awhile?

She thought it was just a sexual thing and didn’t think it would become anything more serious. God no, that’s just something she put out there to act like she was so above all that PR stuff. Its total BS, she has more people doing stuff for her than anyone else. She probably has a much bigger say in what her PR people do than other celebs who do more what they’re told by their advisors, but she couldn’t possibly do it all herself. Doing a big celeb’s PR is a full-time job and not just for one person but for a whole team of them. They are constantly makng up and feeding stories to the press, making deals for interviews/exclusives and responding to questions/enquiries from journos. There would be no way that if a journo wanted to get a response to an article about Ange or something that they would call her direct and speak to her, she would always have people who do that for her. You definitely don’t get to be the most famous woman in the world without a lot of people working on your behalf to take you there and keep you there.

@Z: Yes, I’ve read the gay/bi stuff here, but wondered if it was mentioned elsewhere. Usually, rumours circle for years about certain celebs who are gay/bi and evryone sorta “knows” about it, but won’t comment on it publically until someone either “outs” them or they, finally, do it themselves…ie; Jodie Foster. The fact that she’s gay was known forever, but due to her status the tabs and mags in genral respected her privavcy and also didn’t want to piss off her PR people. Kelly M, who just recently announced that she’s gay, was know to be such as far back as the ’80’s. In fact, as an aside, rumours were flying around town mid-80’s that Kelly and Whitney H were out together at Spago when Jodie arrived and confronted Kelly (who she was supposedly seeing at that time). The Jen thing just is new to me.

@Keane: Not everyone in H-Wood is gay. Chuckle. But it is true that soooo many stars from the very beginning of the hype machine in H-Wood messed around on that level. It’s ironic, but some celebs who people thought were/are gay actually aren’t at all and vice versa (which could be the case w/ JA).

Could be, I do believe that the three of them are all in cahoots with the PR, and Jen definitely kept her mouth shut because if she had challenged Angelina she would have simply told the world that Jen was bisexual and that Brad and Jen had that kind of marriage and then all of a sudden she would look like a fraud for letting people think she was the injured party. She still was the injured party imo, because Brad was her husband, not Angelinas, she loved him, and wanted to go to counseling to keep the marriage. Despite what Sheryl Crowe says who is trying to help Jen’s image, Jen did not want the marriage to end. She was hurt, she loved Brad, and wanted to stay married to him, that is my understanding of it. She and Brad had a good life together. If you watch her interview with DS you can tell when she is lying, and it is about Brad, but when she talks about babies she is so soft and sincere. She had hopes and dreams, and Angelina stole those from her. Now ,yes you would have to love someone alot to forgive and give this another shot, but Hollywood is made on deals, and contracts. So if Brad is not in love with the Sudanese, and if Brad is not staying with Jolie, and it is true he wants to get back with Jen as so many have said, then I can see how they may try to make that work second time around. PR alone would be a gold mine for them. The Fairy Tale Ending jmho his parents would be happy at least.

By the sounds of things Ange has tried to fuck with Jen’s image and career for years now and she has painted her through her underhand, devious PR tactics as a shallow, selfish human being when I think nothing could be further from the truth. If Jen had wanted to she could have got the knives out for her in public, but instead she has taken it all and done nothing in retaliation. There has to be a reason for that and I think it is either her sexuality or something to do with drugs or both. There has to be something. Things that Ange could get away with with her image Jen couldn’t and I think that is what has prevented her from being more vocal about Ange. It would have been easy for her to say a few things in a subtle way that would have been damning on Ange and wouldn’t have made her come over like a bitch. If I had been doing her PR I could think of several things I would have told her to say, subtle things that would have stuck the knife in to Ange without making her seem nasty. There was so much material and so much opportunity but she has never done it. I accept that some of it may have been for fear of upsetting Brad but there has to be more to it than that in my opinion. That’s my take on it anyway.

Look alone of the story that she won’t live past 36 or so with the story on this thread, this story has come also from a so called source…

Where are the stories about Cannes and after that that he promised… he was hooled up in a hotel room in Cannes and he had a blockbuster…… instead he came with old stories from aj with sex etc.

Ian said alot of things but nothing is proven right so how does he have proof that jen knew about the affair for eighteen months from a source, yeah right that can also be a source from jolie’s side to make jen bad and her better, nobody can know that only jen herself so Ian cannot have proof of that he can only have heard it from a source and that is no proof.

There is also no evidence that jen is bi or gay only hear say that is no evidence, when someone can show you a video or photo that is evidence. He is also the only one that has said it and he has also said that she is a sexual, this you cannot know except for jen. People talk everywhere so also in Hollywood but that is no way to say yes she is or not. And for the fact that jen has not sued Ian when he says that she is gay/bi she can sue the whole dam planet with the stories that are written about her….

First brad and angelina are separated then o no they are getting separated, then it was jen who he was hooking up with, then it was a women in DC, then it was Jolie she is pregnant, then it was Jen, then it was the sudanes women again……. To many different stories…..

I really wanted to believe the stories that came out here but i don’t anymore…..

Could it be that Brad and Angelina are together with the arguments that every couple has but still together

That Jennifer has had relationships but they didn’t work out and that she doesn’t want Brad back…….

for what i heard, the rule of an open relationship is having sex with other people, not to have an affair, and especially for 18 month. my best friend is gay, he’s been in two long term relationships, one of 9 years and he’s with his curent partner since 06 ; he told me that he can love them for a long time but that as men they were bored pretty quick in bed so they have an open relationship, meaning, they can have sex with someone else but not more than once, or they have to do it together, and even so, it’s never more than two or three times with the same guy. an 18 month affair is the kind of thing you can accept when you are madly in love and you’re ready to do whatever it takes to keep the person you see as your soulmate. but that’s just my opinion. otherwise, it’s that you don’t give a damn and wait for the other one to screw so you can get away of the marriage with the honors.

It is my opinion that a good 3/4 of men and women in HW are gay or bi. My personal experience from the theatre I’ve done and drama school etc is the majority of men are gay and there are far more lesbians than you would find in other areas of life. It surprised me a bit to find out so many women are bi but my personal experience with women is that, given the right environment and the opportunity, most women would have sex with other women if they could. The majority of them would not admit this in public or tell all their friends, colleagues and family but that doesn’t mean to say they are not inclined this way. Believe me, I am the one women always confess a hitherto unmentioned attraction to women to. It is more easy for me to say which women definitely weren’t gay or bi that I was at college with then those who were, and it was a very conservative, uptight, traditional environment to be in believe me (well, maybe less so after me and my friends had left but it was when we arrived there!). HW has always been an environment in which anything goes sexually: homosexuality, hookers, orgies and God knows what else. People don’t have to conceal who they are so much as in other areas of life because anything goes. So who do you think is straight and people think is gay or bi and vice versa?

I think so too but I think there can be different kinds with different rules. I don’t think Jen was setting the rules and was too keen on the terms. I think this was what she had to do to keep him. And I just don’t think open relationships ever really work (maybe more so with gay men), because one-offs or two-offs or three-offs can easily turn into a full-blown affair. I think Brad was probably cheating on Jen with others in the same way as he did with Ange before her and she hoped it was just for sex and it became more. But who ultimately knows how these relationships work. Take Posh and Becks for example. He’s been cheating on her from before the time they got married, and I think she has revenge affairs to get back at him rather than leaving him. Its a horrible way to conduct a relationship IMO but there you go. I don’t think celeb relationships obey the normal rules at all.

Sama, I understand your frustration and where you are coming from. Try to look at the whole picture. IAN has been working on 3 books, not just this. One is being released so now he is promoting it so in the middle of that he is doing research of Brange and writing the book at the same time. Now that takes alot of time. There have been sources from all three camps and yes there have been contradictions. I think filing annullment papers is pretty serious, would one do that if they were just fighting? Not in my opinion.

Sometimes a story does not work out, and he can not put it up. Maybe the source backs out. He has to get them to sign off before he can put it on here so that later they can not come back and say, “I never told you that” and then he gets sued. Then there are some pieces he is not going to reveal because if he did , why write a book?

You can choose to believe what makes sense to you, for myself I trust he is working it all out and he will be advising us what is happening. IAN stands by what he has put up here, him, not SUGAR RAY, okay, using that as a gauge, that is the information I am trusting as a standard until he comes back and says he has discovered it was not true. SR gives us an idea what IAN is researching, IAN reports what he has confirmed, that is how it seems to me, but IDK..for what it is worth.

I won’t speculate or say who is or isn’t for potential legal (libel) reasons, as well as breaking the trust of a few friends (non-celebs) and quasi-celebs (children of H-Wood “Royalty, for example). But, I want to caution that not only does H-Wood have the really bad rep on the vast array of perversions, but also remember Vegas — and “What stays in Vegas…” usually DOESN’T. I think it’s all too easy for people to focus on H-Wood as a decadent place when, as I’ve mentioned also in a very early thread, so many drug/sex offenders/so-called “swingers” live all over the world, and, at least here in the U.S., the stories don’t come out from the small towns until a scandal of national interest occurs. So, tho’ H-Wood and NYC and Vegas loom large for obvious reasons, I always defend the generalized perception.

Before I moved here in the early ’70’s, altho’ I had been living in a large city, I had the ridiculous assumption that marijuana was legal here! Can you imagine? So, what did I do w/in the first week here? Sitting in a dark club frequented by then well-known celebs, I took out my flashy cigarette case and pulled out a joint. Laughing w/ friends, I lit up. A few minutes later, one of the “bouncers” gently approached our table and leaned over to me, whispering, “I think you should put that out. We don’t do that in here.” I replied, “Really? Everyone else is smoking cigarettes…what’s the difference?” He looked at me w/ amusement. “Because it’s not legal.” Oy! Was I out of it or what?

Anyhow, back to the gay stuff. Most of what you’ve written is true. Just not a full-out “truth.” I’ve noticed that you’ve been attacked for not really being gay. I hope you are who you say you are on all levels. It’s refreshing. (BIG suuuccckkkking sound.)

I’ve been wondering in which country the annulment papers were filed? Would have to be the country in which they married i’d assume, but other than reading it’s been done, i’ve seen nothing to prove this. Was reading on some other gossip sites, and some are throwing fits claiming Jennifer is trying to copy Angie and Brad in MAMS by doing The Bounty Hunter with Gerard Butler….what a joke! Something has to happen to make all this stop! It’s insane to be included in everything Angie and Brad do….the good…never! the bad?….always Jen’s fault! I’m just interested to hear examples. Before I came to this site I always assumed Clooney was defo gay but since coming here I’ve revised that opinion and realised he’s bi. I never knew about Justin Timberlake or Leo DiCaprio either, call me naive! Yeah no I’m sure Vegas is full of “sin” so to speak too, I guess I tend to lump Vegas and HW in together. And by Hollywood I don’t mean the place of course, I mean the industry. I’ve heard that LA residents are very clean living, much more so than NY or London for instance. Although I defo think there are people who eat all organic, don’t drink, go jogging and do yoga and are in bed by 10 pm who would think nothing of doing a gram or two of coke on the weekend. I think there is a hypocrisy there. Oh and the gay thing, yes the psycho did say that but she was genuinely loop-da-loop and only said it because she made the mistake of throwing out some homophobic insults. She also claimed she knew a load of sites I had been banned from and that I should think very carefully before messing with her because she was going to “embarrass me”. It sure was news to me and I was interested to see which sites I was banned from but disappointingly she refused to tell me. She was just a nutter. Being gay is not really a big deal to me, it doesn’t define who I am in any way, it just determines who I happen to sleep with. This is the way I would hope everyone in the world would see it, an insignificant biological detail like height or eye colour or something, but unfortunately they don’t. There is such a fuss made about homosexuality, in the same way as there has been in the past, and still is by some people, about skin colour. All the moral arguments and assumptions people make about others on the basis of it, it is all bollocks. It is just another detail of somone’s biology, who cares!

I know a guy , gay , who is in the thick of things in Hollywood , well known. He has told me some pretty revealing things, but there have been times he has come back and said, “I was wrong, that person is not gay” and for that reason I just don’t repeat anything he tells me. People even go as far to pretend to be gay in HW to get parts, how sad is that? For as much as they whine about wanting the actors to support Prop 8 and how unfair blacklisting is, they do that to those who are Republicans or conservative. No joke on that either. So much for being fair. We have actresses that feel they have to be bisexual to get a part and to get good movie roles. That is how screwed up HW is. That is why gay people can not come out, because no one is allowed to be who they are, not by either side. Both have an agenda. So could Jen have been sucked into this. Absolutely. Does that mean she is really bi, no.

It was her who turned him into a star but he quickly outshone her. Unfortunately I think she is a little madam who thinks she’s it and treats people like dirt which is why she doesn’t have many friends (big celebs are the only people she deigns to be polite to I reckon, and then it is always more than just politeness, it is major sucking up). She’s just a spoilt, self-interested cow IMO. Another one with hardly any friends (as she freely admits herself), its always a big giveaway.

By the way, H-Wood (TV/Film?PR/Music…) is far more conservative than anyone could imagine. In fact, many people, “talenT or not, who are known to be gay (open or not), have been discriminated here more than in NYC. The studio “suits” are soooo concerned about the image of their “stars” (for obvious $ reasons) that to this day many will not work w/ or hire a known closet-case unless that person is a BIG star and has their PR machine working overtime. I think anyone who has followed Scientology stories will understand who I’m referring to.

But, the conservative/straight element here is stifling to many. I think the basic element involved w/ heavy drug/sex issues is when power of any sort combined w/ money is at the root of the so-called “evil.” Politicians, very wealthy “royals” from all cultures, etc. tend to go over the top more than the norm. Corporate America is another place where hookers and hookers and drugs and drugs and more hookers are part of the culture. Many call girls (beyond those I know about) constantly discuss how most of their regular clients are doctors, lawyers, insurance exec’s….. The quiet little nice dentist may need to let go w/ a call girl in ways he could never do w/ his wife.

He’s the typical made philanderer who wants to have his cake and eat it. I think he fancied her and was in love with her at first (she was much better looking when she was in the spice girls I think) and was impressed by her stardom. But he was never faithful to her by all accounts, even before they were married, he just can’t keep it in his trousers. I don’t think he loves or fancies her any more (he said this to one of the girls who sold a story on him in fact) but feels guilty about the boys and breaking up the family. Plus whenever he tries to leave she basically stops eating to make him stay – its that emotional blackmail thing all over again. He is supposed to be a nice guy but he just is not the faithful type and never will be I don’t think, no matter who he is with. The Holmes thing: I think Cruise wanted David to join the CofS, Posh was hooked on their celebdom and the entree it gave her to LA, they used each other I think. Ian describes Holmes as “one of the phoniest people he ever met” (he met her on a flight) so I figure her and Posh are similar. Let’s face it, TomKat were probably also a contract deal. She loves fame like Posh does. But I think Posh annoyed Katie by using her to get to their more famous friends like JLo and went off her. Then Posh made friends with people like Eva Longoria and Kate Beckinsale – I would imagine also pretty shallow women – and moved on from her. The woman says herself many a time, she does not make or keep friends easily. These type of women rarely do, they’re too in love with themselves to be a good friend.

@Keane: Not to get into a thing over libel, but I’m just going to be very careful about what I write. After the other day, I went paler than usual and called a neighbor who’s an entertainment atty w/ major name clients. I didn’t tell him who, where or what, but wanted to know about the law in this area. His feedback provided enough concern for me to just keep my mouth (as it were) shut on certain things. I may be overly cautious, but I’d rather err on that side than not.

Otherwise, again I agree w/ your philosphy/view about the gay and color issues. There is such a misconception about all of that. I find that many who shout the loudest against homosexuality and/or adultery have issues in those areas. Thus, they are hypocrites. This enrages me. Yes, I understand that repressed desires cause weird behaviour in some, and the self hatred/shame can cause overcompensation by damning such practices. For those, I do feel a form of pity….but, at the same time, they are hurting so many people in the process.

Today at the supermarket i picked up a new In Touch magazine. It had a lot of Brad and Angie information in it…such as …..in Canne, Jolie slept in the bedroom that the kids used last year, while Pitt slept in the master bedroom suite. Also, said Pitt spent the day with Jolie and the kids for Shiloh’s 3rd birthday, and that it was a very unhappy day. Said they were miserable. A good read….more was detailed inside@sama:

@Caribsmom: Good for you. Being in a hot tub or sauna or steamroom at a sex club or party is the LAST place anyone concerned about germs should be! I’m even getting to a point where I don’t touch door handles in public places. Hitting an elevator “key” w/ the knuckle instead of the finger is also a good way to be cautious. I’ve learned to become this way because I can get ill too easily, but as time goes on I think everyone should get on the washing hands track and being careful spreading germs. It’s just logical in an increasingly global society.

I think the Jolie/Pitt disaster was orchastrated for maximum publicity value as well as two horny dogs hooking up. They then made the fatal mistake of believing their own PR lies. Shock value is only good as long as you can continuously one-up the last shock….soon there is nothing more left that is shocking about such perverted, selfish people and they implode. Angie and Brad are in the process of imploding now. When the dust settles, Brad will be on to his next “affair”….Angie will buy a pack of dogs, call up Jenny, pack the kids and head to Cambodia to live….And the entire Jolie/Pitt/Aniston affair will go down in HW history as another…Great Love Story….bah humbug! He was horny, screwed around, jolie wanted more, envious of Golden Girl reputation of Aniston, decided to screw over Aniston by enticing Pitt to leave. Trapped Pitt with the first bio, Shiloh….when Brad began to wander off from Angie, she took out insurance, Twins in fact. Brad drinks to forget how good he once had it, gets advised to head for rehab, Jennifer states she will always love Brad, Angie gets majorly pissed that Aniston stole her drama in the paps, and attends Canne. Geesh, i could write this story myself….lol

I think Aj should stick to her day job , I don’t think she is an expert in any other field.

I agree, Posh was much better looking before she became the fashion queen. Her hair looked so much better just long….not all these weird cuts. Same with KH, imo.

You are probably familiar with them….I just learned about them and love this chantish album. I was also surprised that some of the people in this band were in Skinny Puppy…really different from each other (the bands). This year I’ve been starting to feel a little better….and opening up a crack in my music black out…lol. I miss music! But can only do a little at a time. Hi peeps! I haven’t been here since last week and I’m trying to catch up. I have a question about the MTV awards. I saw a brief blip about BP going and getting an award and AJ winning an award, but he didn’t accept on her behalf. Did I hear that correctly?

Its “for my day job I will be maing tens of millions of dollars shooting silly action flicks and jumping around film sets wearing a variety of different costumes and wigs and for my evening job I will be mostly sorting out the the refugee crisis in Iraq, drawing attention to genocide in Darfur, criticising the way foreign governments handled national crises and how they treated their people and trying to end world poverty before swanning back to my multi-million dollar chateau in the South of France, which I managed to buy without incurring major tax charges with the help of my very clever accountant. Paying taxes is just for the little people you know, peel me another grape will you Jeeves”. Etc.

@Keane: Ah, you’re a little devil, aren’t you? Hahahahaha. I don’t know A LOT about who is NOT gay re: the newer celebs…more on the line of older ones (and musicians) — but even if I were to mention names of those once thought to be so, it would still place a name next to a rumor that has not made it into public view, therefore causing an unnecessary conjecture about them (that may not have otherwise been in anyone’s minds. Just like Patty Anne –I think — mentioned on another thread that she hasn’t known about JN’s rep). I realize I’m sounding slippery, here… I think that this is actually a story Ian could do in the future if he could gain the needd info. BUT, I’ll gladly keep on chatting about more known-to-be either bi or gay people.

Jennifer Aniston is apparently “torn apart” that her ex-husband Brad Pitt is making a fresh attempt at saving his relationship with partner Angelina Jolie.

Pitt reportedly made a series of calls to Aniston — and she thought there could be a chance of them getting back together following their 2005 divorce.

But Brad is now trying to save his on-the-rocks romance with Angelina, with whom he raises six children — and Jennifer’s devastated!

“Jen was fuming with jealousy when she saw footage of Brad and Angelina cuddling at the Cannes Film Festival,” an insider told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

Aniston, added the source, “is convinced that the affection Brad showed to her recently, both in person and during frequent phone chats, was just a ploy to make Angie jealous.

“He clearly wants to be Angie’s Number One priority, instead of seeing her focus every minute of her time — and emotions — on their brood of kids, her career, and her commitments as a U.N. goodwill ambassador.

“Brad’s gone running back to Angie for the sake of their kids and because she’s made it clear she’ll devote more time to their relationship.

“But Jen is livid and feels Brad’s made a fool out of her yet again. Just when she thought things were going well between them, Brad put a knife through her heart by stepping out with Angelina looking smug and happy.

“It’s so insulting when you think that only a few days before he left for Europe, Brad was complaining to Jen how miserable he was with Angelina.”

“Jen said she couldn’t believe it when she saw the footage of Brad and Angelina on the TV,” the source added. “It made her wish she’d never started speaking to him again and has sent her into a massive emotional spin.”

The source also revealed that Aniston — who is single after splitting from beau John Mayer earlier this year — thought Pitt would leave Jolie.

“Brad and Jen had been talking almost every day for weeks and she really thought he was ready to leave her.

“He had told Jen point blank that he was unhappy with Angie and asked about how to move on with his life.

“Not surprisingly, it’s really messed with Jen’s head. She realizes now that it was all a big manipulation on Brad’s part and feels like she’s been played for a fool. It’s going to take Jen a long time to forgive Brad for all the pain and suffering he’s caused her.”

@Keane: Clarification. The rumors have mainly been w/in the gay “community” and all entertainment industry’s….most didn’t make it into mainstream or even tab mags. That’s why I want to avoid naming names.
