IUC World Exclusive (Cannes) – Was Brangie Stoned During Red Carpet?
This just in from my top Brangie source – the two of them were high as kites during Wednesday’s infamous red carpet “love in”. “They’ve been having so many problems the past few months,” the source told IUC. “Brad begged Angie to show up for his premiere. 
A couple of hours before the event Angie was getting high on meds and other things. From what I hear Brad was on something too. I know this for a fact.” The source added a half hour before getting in a private car to attend the event Brangie had a massive falling out. “Angie told Brad to fuck himself and threatened not to go,” the source said. The source added one of the issues the couple sparred over was Brad’s recent rendez vous with his ex wife Jennifer Aniston and his desire to remain friends with her. Developing…

ReplyTo my naive eyes, the hapless Mr. Pitt didnt look too stoned (maybe a little drunk, but then I would be too if I had to stand next to the evil one!) – but the evil Ms. Jolie looked like something was wrong – I figured crying tantrums had done in her face – but her being “high as a kite” and having an angry screaming tantrum sounds more like the Dark Queen!

I didn’t see it at all folks. I can believe they were both on something but it was more like prescription meds and, for once, at the required dosage. I’d bet they are both seeing professionals at this point and with all this stuff out there about them I’d think they’d be extra cautious. They’ve got to know the world is watching closer now than ever.

To me it looks like she had been crying. If they really were fighting in the car like Ian’s source says, then it’s possible that she looks puffy from crying. Imagine fighting with an ex-husband in a car and then minutes later having to pretend to the world that you still love each other. I would look shitty too in that situation.
Anyway, the whole photo thing they did looked very choreographed. Like they knew ahead of time exactly which way to pose so that they don’t have to spend too much time together on the red carpet. By the time of the afterparty, it looked like they had loosened up.

ReplyDoes “stoned” mean smoking weed in the US or can it mean any drug? Smoking weed would be an odd thing to do before a premiere or a party unless you are a daily smoker. All celebs drink and do coke on these nights out, quite a lot of the production staff were probably doing it too. So if Brad was doing anything I would guess that. Her? Who knows! Could be anything and everything. She looked blitzed at the Globes too. As to her drug of choice? No bloomin idea!
ReplyI agree Liuno. Brad certainly wasn’t on anything or drunk on the red carpet. His mind was sharp and he was working all angles. I think the after party was work for him as well, schmoozing the right people, the financiers, etc. Given the state of the film business Grey may not be able to pull as many strings for him. Jolie was there to expose some thigh and draw the powerful men to him.

I’m not going to far as to believe most of the stuff printed here about her, but I think she’s a smug man eater, a hypocrit, a naricisst and an overrated actor. However, that’s no rarity in Hollywood either. Basically, I don’t really understand the level of hatred hurled at this woman seeing as how there’s no real evidence she’s done all these vile things she’s accused of here. I don’t know about them being high but they sure as hell acted the ‘being-so-in-love’ shtick to perfection… Noticeably absent however was Brad’s hand on AJ’s arse (he always grabs her in these red carpet photo ops). Another thing I noticed straight away is how much AJ looks like she did a few years back (pre-surgery), did anyone think that as well? Her face is puffy and her cheekbones aren’t as defined and her hair is limp and lifeless and her FOREHEAD could claim its own zipcode!! Her face just looks so ODD!

ReplyYes, it can give you bloodshot eyes (visine takes care of it). I am not so sure that it does that if you are a regular smoker. Which I am. Which many people are and which we hear BP is. That may just be the effect of very infrequent use. I don’t know that weed has much more of an effect than chilling you out and making you eat which is to say, I am not sure there is any relation between the sunglasses and the herb.
Also and FWIW AJ’s eyes in those party shots posted on FF are the eyes of some kind of serious drug use. Like the sham wow guy or Ty Pennington-they look like tweakers. AJ -I am still guessing heroin. That is just a guess.

The twins aren’t Brad’s. Nor are they Angie’s. Angie was never pregnant with them, it was all staged. She faked her entire pregnancy after she had a miscarriage. She told Brad she wanted to simulate the pregnancy to help her heal emotionally. It was a lie…she just wanted the attention and the ‘pregnancy’ in the eyes of the world would just solidify what a perfect couple they were.
Brad did walk in on her doing horrible stuff to their dog. She’s mentally ill, and has more than one psychiatric condition (I mean, you would have to be…fucking a dog and faking a pregnancy for the attention). This was just before the ‘pregnancy’…she begged him she needed help and he tried to help for the good of the ‘family’.
Brad had checked out of the relationship before the twins were ‘born’. He stuck around to help her or try to help her, for the family’s sake. She knew he had one foot out the door and noticed the distance after Shi was born. Does anyone remember around the time of the twins’ birth and shortly thereafter how many tabloid cover stories there were…it seemed like every cover was something stupid or mundane. All planted by AJ. One so stupid as to say ‘Brad leaves Angie again’ after Brad had to take a plane somewhere for business. She went on and on about how much Brad was the right man for her, how they take baths together, as an attempt to convince herself and the world how much in love they were. It’s good manipulation too…makes it harder for him to leave. She knows she has done bad shit so the more she notices him disconnecting from her, the harder the manipulation comes through the media. I believe she was addicted to it. Absolutely addicted to it in the clinical sense.
She knows he’s leaving, and he finally tells her just before the Changeling premiere in October. He tells her there’s a schedule being drawn up, and legal stuff is drawn up – custody,e tc. But she keeps going to the press, with manipulative stories about their love and family, and how Brad and her take bubble baths. Meanwhile, he’s leaving and has made it clear. She keeps talking to the press, the manipulative stories continue and then her legal team needs to sit her down and explain that she has to stop talking…and that the more she talks the harder the break up will be on her. When there are 6 kids involved, a detailed plan and schedule has to be put in place so that there’s no public backlash in case one wants to smear the other. It has to be handled very very gently. So the longer she talks, the longer it’s going to take.
Then comes their movies, awards season, which they are obligated to attend as a couple. The PR plan is to start the ‘problems’ in their relationship to the media right after awards season.
So now we find ourselves in May, and the ’show’ continues, mostly because AJ couldn’t and wouldn’t shut her mouth. Brad’s trying hard to be respectful as he leaves…even defends her in the press, trying to lift her up to minimize the backlash when the split is announced.
I think he’s managed a crazy person very well up to this point.

Aw thanks hun, I haven’t no but yeah it is something I think about doing possibly in the future. A friend of mine who I did English with at college does it and the money’s pretty good (she got £1000 for a day’s work once, inserting jokes into a script, its like presenter-level money). She’s sold quite a few scripts but the only thing she’s had broadcast yet was a children’s series. She spends a lot of her time trying to make really lame sitcoms like My Family (Brits will know this) funnier. I did work with some comedy writers once, one of them wrote for a comic called Jimmy Carr (not sure if he’s known stateside again) and I have to say they were MUCH funnier than me. Writing comedy is quite hard I think. Its one thing just being witty in person or e-mailing someone as we are effectively doing here, another creating an actual sitcom as it were. But maybe one day who knows. This job I went for recently but didn’t get cause they wanted someone with more entertainment experience (this is how it goes in TV, its all about what you’ve done in a specifc genre when getting jobs, its difficult to switch between them) was partly to do with making a version of The Office in Israel of all places, which was quite mindboggling to me in terms of how that would actually work. The guy interviewing me said Ricky Gervais wrote the American one or helped write it but he wasn’t sure if he would be involved in this one (we were debating how it would work in practice, like would there be Palestinians in the office, for example, its bloody tricky!), but I thought that would have been cool. Not that I would have been involved in writing it but if you’re doing something in that environment you can sometimes shoehorn your way in if you’re capable of it. I like to think I could hold my own doing something like that anyway, comedy writers can sometimes be miseries though, making something funny can be quite stressful!

Yeah totally, and there is no way I believe a narcissist like Ange didn’t use her own eggs, unless there was a medical reason she couldn’t. Whether it was Brad’s sperm who knows, if it wasnt her eggs then I’m guessing there’d be some Voight genes in the mix somewhere if you get what I mean!
And I’ve never watched that show I have to say, but loads of drama serieses are getting cancelled right now, especially ITV ones (which I think it was), its the credit crunch and ITV as a business is fucked. It was always very inefficient (but good to work for in that they had a lot of staff on each production, paid well, treated you well etc) and now its lost a lot of advertising revenue so its busted. It might get revived some day though you never know! If I’m ever working back there I’ll put in a request for you!

While it’s tempting to think that someone like Marguerita is the real deal, the chances of that actually being true are about nil. And yeah its rather obvious when it comes to the ploys right, hopefully people are starting to see it now. My maxim is always this: this is a gossip blog, people come here to find out about things they don’t know, not tell others stuff they already do know. If they already know it they have no need to come here and kindly inform a load of complete strangers about the inside scoop on absolutely everything. People simply do not do this, it would be a waste of time for them. Some people may know a few things about a few people, but they are never going to know all there is to know about someone. Very few people will ever do that and people who work in HW are probably the last people who would come here and post. We have to accept that the only real insiders we are ever going to get are going to come through Ian. We need to adopt that as our basic premise when posting here in my opinion.

Im getting a bit fed up with it myself, let’s just say the bloom is off the rose for me. I don’t understand why Ian hasn’t given us any feedback for a long time, even though he put a new post on today. It would be so easy for him to call out the Me’s Well’s and Margaritas but he hasn’t and never came back with his verdict on Well that I know of. So then there are like 300 comments on something they said and in the end it all turns out to be BS and that is sooooooo aggravating. I too am pulling back from the site for now. BIG SIGH!

Ang did look like she had been crying before they hit the red carpet, as the night went on the swelling around her eyes went down. Brad seemed in control. I would imagine that kissing at the restaurant and having to look at the necklace rather pissed her off. Embarassing for her if she has to put on this front a bit longer. I really do not think she thinks she can stop him from seeing or talking to Jen, but advertising it pisses her off.
So what went down between the morning of the PC when he would not mention her, she got high, they got in a fight about Jen, and then suddenly he puts on show. Not to mention they got their asses kicked to the curb from Clintons gala for the Aids benefit. So who did not want who there? Brad was suppose to stay.

ReplyI don’t think it really matters so much about whether some posters have any real inside information or not. It’s just a gossip blog. The nature of gossip itself does not guarantee veracity. We don’t know that everything that Ian, SR or 9 cent is true either, but we can all have varying opinions on it. Same with the posters. If they are getting some undeserved sympathy or a little attention, so what? It’s not like they are reaching into anyone’s wallet. If people don’t believe what they have to say, so be it. Say so. I don’t mind, but it’s not like you are preventing a crime from occurring by doing so. If it becomes tiresome just don’t do it anymore. No need to lose good posters cuz there are (alleged) fakes.

I don’t have an explanation, IAN is such a nice guy, all I can figure is that he is so busy he is not reading all this crap, or he is just fed up with the whining. He had one book coming out in a couple of weeks and he did come on and tell us that yesterday, but that was all, so it is odd. He and SR both have been more vocal in the past and this is such a big story right now. Sometimes stories just do not pan out, and so maybe that has happened to what he was going to post for Cannes as his blockbuster, IDK. I know everyone is frustrated with the no Jen story , I really believe there is a legal issue with that one. When IAN says “we will prevail” he means that , so there is something holding that up. He was excited about that story, and then boom, gone. Nothing at all. We did not hear anymore from Toni, or Kimmy, and Toni led him to Jen,so there has to be a reason . It seemed like everytime he advertised a blockbuster about the trio the site got knocked off, or he got legal letters or threats, that was around the time. Jen operates different, and she is very private so it would not surprise me if she did not make a deal with him . IAN has a heart and I could see him agreeing to that. jmo At the same time it is frustrating because , yes, it has changed the tone of the board, and not for the better. Too much back biting. I love SUGAR RAYS riddles but the last few were just impossible to get a grip on, anything coherent, something , legal protection there too maybe…

It does matter to me as the whole point of me being here is to get the truth or as near to the truth as we can get, as this is not represented in the mainstream media. I need to know there is a basis for what I’m hearing, that the source is either an associate of the celeb in question or it is something Ian has found out through going undercover. If there is not that basis then I don’t want to waste my time considering it when there is no foundation for it. The problem is these things tend to get picked up as fact by some posters and confusion reigns. There is very little chance any real insiders will come here and post, if they want to go public with something they’re probably going to want a buck for it anyway. Good info doesn’t usually come for free. It just needs to work like someone said it does at Panache, just a moderator or similar who can jump in and say sorry nope, you’re a fake or who are you to clarify it. Notice Margeurita wouldn’t answer any of those questions as that when the calling out begins. I’m over it.

is it just me or did the traditional U.S. entertainment sites (E Online and Entertainment Tonight) not do nearly as much coverage of the Brand as usual??? Also, although I did see the obligatory red carpet shots show up on Huffington Post, I can’t even remember if I saw a link from CNN and that is kind of odd. It is leading me to believe the mainstream media is cooling on the Brand (probably because they all know its over between AJ & BP). Or maybe I’m just crazy and it seemed like less because they haven’t been able to do the inevitable AJ v. JA thing they all love to do with competing photos/stories of the 2.

I don’t think we’re pissing Ian off, I don’t think he’s the sort of guy to get easily offended, and besides we’ve been his biggest supporters, he knows that! I’m sure its just his workload. He’s got 3 books coming out, got an undercover team in Cannes and is trying to corroborate and stand up all these stories and deal with legal issues and God knows what. He is just overstretched that’s all. Seriously I know how much work this kind of stuff takes and I am AMAZED at what he has come up with and the speed with which he is getting it out there – particularly how potentially libellous it all is. I think we just need to give him some space and a breather, the poor man must be working himsef to the bone. Stuff will come out in its own time, and if the Jen stuff doesn’t come out I’m not too bothered. There are obviously people who do tell what they know to make themselves look important, but in the case of Brangie, they would get good money for that info. So why post it for free, unless later on down the road you are going to get something out of it? I know one could say the same of IAN, but he’s got this site up and running because his books will be coming out and there is a future payback in all of the work he has been putting in here. I’m undecided whether it serves him better (from a “create an internet buzz” point of view) to remove the Loons or to let them stay and stir things up. Maybe he’s undecided too, and that’s why he hasn’t done anything about moderation here.
And yes, the ploys do get obvious once you’ve been on this board for a while. “well” lost me right at the beginning with the “because AJ was mean to my niece” bit. I thought to myself “yeah, it’s all about the children”… That said, on the off chance that it’s not a genuine Loon, but just some sad, lonely person who hopes to make themselves feel important by pretending to be someone they are not, I’m not above being patient. Sooner or later, they all show their hands. Personally, I wish this board had a private message function like some of the forums do. There are times that I would like to do a “gut-check” with others without offending someone who is maybe just a lonely little person somewhere trying to boost their fragile egos by making strangers think they are an “insider”. I think we all know that in 99.9% of the cases, that automatically means they are just the opposite.

Patty Anne don’t give up that easy, you have not gotten to know IAN, for whatever reason, give him a chance with whatever is going down. I will tell you that IAN does not moderate and I am of the opinion he probably feels he should not have to, and I pretty much agree. Popping in like he does should be enough.
I think IAN may have gotten a bit tired of the whole situation with “Well” also, but we do not know if he is conversing with her or not. We don’t need IAN to defend us, at least I do not, and I don’t believe Keane does, I just feel IUC needs to shut down a fake story as soon as it hits so that posters do not get wrapped in it. Now if IUC is not sure it is fake I can understand letting it ride, but it should ride behind the scenes in email, but Margarita was too damn obvious just on IAN’s recent sources alone it was, unless they lied to him, it was a direct contradiction.
Maybe this has gotten too big too fast while he is working on his books, but that is a good thing, and we should all help it along, but yeah, it is not a nice feeling right now I agree. I don’t like feeling like I am in a whirlpool of bullshit either.

ReplyYou know, I have an issue with the whole “They’re only staying together to promote a movie” thing. Because after IG will be Salt, and then another movie, and then another most likely. The movies aren’t ending any time soon. At one point Ian or Sugar said that they would be together until some date in 2010 but I can’t remember what that was. Only time will tell, I guess. And about that article Topbrit linked–why would Brad single out Zahara as the beautiful daughter when he has two other daughters, as well as three sons? That “interview” seemed made up.

Yeah exactly, there is a limit to what is acceptable. Dlisted didn’t have a moderator as such and there were things that were said there which I didn’t consider acceptable so along with there being tits like UFB there I didn’t want to be there any more. I liked it here because there were genuine scoops and posters like Kate and Section9 who were intelligent and informed and actually had some info to throw into the pot too. But on Dlisted there was at least a “report abuse” button, we don’t even have one of those here. If people were making racist comments or saying something really offensive you could report it and eventually something would be done. I’m not having people come here and think they can insult me with homophobic slurs, its totally unacceptable so there has to be a way of reporting it. Perhaps Ian can sort it out. As for the personal attacks yeah it gets pretty tiresome and that I actually do consider to be cyber bullying, especially when it gets to several people at once. If someone wants to take me on one by one then ok but a load of posters jumping in with it all against me is not something I’m going to put up with for much longer. On Thurs evening I’d had enough and had to stay away for a bit because it was just not fun any more. Its up to Ian at the end of the day, if it persists then obviously I’m going to quit posting because it just isn’t acceptable, I won’t be subjected to it day after day after day. I hope you don’t go quite yet though hun because you have been a great support and one of the few people who always immediately understand where I’m coming and what I’m trying to say! You know the sweating could be something like vicodin, that makes you flushed, hot, sweaty. The codeine in it kicks in and then she would become calm. Her eyes are so puffy though hard to tell , and at the end she is drinking. Brad I would bet is doing cocaine, he was up and in control, felt like he was superman, did you see him do that bear hug on QT. He was going for it. He was all over the RC. So much for his rehab.
It would be interesting to know if these sources are different from the ones that said he went to rehab. He was in party mode and next week he will be back to depressed.
@jeannie, I agree about the movies, after IB he has the “Tree of Life” movie. He is filming that baseball movie next month, and then the “Lost City of Z’, her Salt movie does not come out for a long time though. He could make his break at the end of the year. SR said Feb 2010 because he chose the date the Oscar noms were released. That does not make sense to me either because then there is still a few weeks left for people to vote, so why split then, why not in March when it is really over. Then on the other hand, being together for these last Oscars did not help them one bit, how hard is that for them to understand?

I think there is money to be made off gossip blogs, they make it through advertising. Has no-one else noticed how much the advertising on the board has stepped up a notch or ten lately? At first it was just for knitted kittens or something (I just made that up can’t remember what it was but it was very small!), now its ING Direct, Barclays Bank, IKEA and I even saw one for Gucci I think at one point. Blogs do do well out of advertising, MK at Dlisted was getting a lot of films advertising on his blogs when I stopped posting there. That’s why TV is suffering so much at the moment, advertisers are going elsewhere and there is so much competition. I’m pretty sure and I would hope Ian is making something out of the blog itself.
But yeah your thoughts on “well” were just what I was thinking. Even the reasons she gave for the harrassment contradicted each other. First it was because her friend had some info on Ange that could TAKE HER DOWN (LOL!), and then it was because Ange was rude to her 3 year old niece, but she never said exactly where this occurred, I mean were we supposed to think she just ran into her in Starbucks? It was ridiculous! Plus all the things she said about her career I could immediately tell weren’t genuine. She worked in PR but was never very good at it – ok so that couldn’t have lasted much longer than a year or two then. She did small bits of acting work and was also a Creative Driector for artists which is a very high-powered, influential, high-earning job. Think Kylie Minogue’s Creative Director Will Baker was it? These people are high up industry professionals. And you can’t be a minor one either cos only big stars would have them. I can just tell when someone is just making it up, they give it away the moment they start talking about their career to me. But it is getting more than a little boring and annoying now. Whatever!

ReplyFrom what i read it was quite the soiree. Every year the aides banquet is one of the high points of the Cannes film festival. So AJ had to fly home for Salt and BP didn’t want to stay alone to attend this mega party for charity. IMO I don’t think so. I’m with kate. I don’t think it’s that, I think he’s just a busy chap. And as for “well”, well I have to say if Ian was convinced by her then I would have to doubt his abilities and judgment and I don’t doubt them generally. I reckon he probably just got the e-mail from her, requested some proof and didn’t read all the stuff she was puttiing on here. If you’re working on multiple stories at once you wait for someone to give you the proof before you make a decision. It was all crap though. That story wouldn’t have got within a gazillion miles of being printed in a paper or broadcast on TV. The same rules apply to both so I know that she couldn’t have substantiated it. Hopefully that’s it for the timewasters for a while!

It depends if on whether you use a non-disclosure contract with your doctors (which you mainly do for their receptionists, helpers, etc. more than you do for the doctor – he’s under doctor/patient privilege. Pitt and Jolie were flanked by eight bodyguards — who, at times, linked arms to form a chain around them — as they held court in the VIP section.

He was drinking a bit, she was high, of course they were having a bit of a good time. I bet you by 5am they weren’t. They are over, so over. I have watched Brad talk so down to her, order her, go over there, walk away from her, sit over there, he is down right rude to her, and yes that is on tape. He is only nice to her to get what he needs right now. I know so many do not want to believe that, but that is what Brad does. He knows that it was on the front of a tabloid and everyone will talk about it. He had his shirt unbottoned enough so we could see it. That was planned.

Maybe Angie gives him that. I do think he’s very self-absorbed. I always found him handsome but, really boring. I remember when Brad and Jen were still together, people would bash Jen repeatedly. Now Angie gets bashed. When Brad and Jen decided to call it quits, some people were saying she was “too ugly for Brad” an that she brought it on herself. For refusing to have his children. But, Brad is always given a pass.
I was thinking, we have no clue what she’s feeling right now.

ReplyI agree with that , anyone that is with Brad is in for a rough ride imo. He has become such a icon reagardless of what anyone thinks of him that the woman by his side will take a beating.
Angelina could redeem herself and have forgiveness, but it is not the kind of life she wants, she likes walking on the wild side, unfortunately for her children, and unfortunately for him, but it serves him right. He got thrown back at him exactly what he did to Jen. I think Angelina probably did hurt him, devastated him at some point, took him to the brink before he realized the importance of family and stability, not giving up all that, holding on to his home. Now he is fighting for it.
Angelina may settle down to as she gets older, if she is not dead, she is driving herself there. Brad seems to have the desire to return to his roots to a point, by that I mean the old life he had, see his family when he wants, see his friends when he wants to, be more social at home, etc. He has lived one crazy life these past few years, not many could come out of that any better really.
The very fact that he had People release he was only drinking Baileys indicates that he was in rehab, and he wants the masses and his family to know he takes it serious, even it in fact he was drinking vodka there.

Six children and a 4 year relationship with Angie, is quite a ride on the “wild side”. But, it’s possible they could reconcile. I really don’t know what to think of Brangie. I understand what you mean about Jen, and who knows if they will get back or if they have, but from my point of view they are both bisexual, they are good friends, they understand each other better now, they have each others back, his family loves her, and he loves her,and I think he has learned a valuable lesson. I could see them making it work if she does not have to deal with Jolie, and even then as long as he is on Jens side it can work. Brad is not going to get the kids, sadly, and it does not even sound like he wants all of them. 2 bios are his and 1 adopted, are they going to expose that? I doubt it. W/ exception of the very young “stars”, most here have had their day and are now paying for it. In fact, most parties I go to here have become extremely boring. It’s not “cool” to be even tipsy from drinking at most places, and if you’re going to have a toke of weed, it’s not in public view. ReplyHey SZ!!! I know you’re in Hollywood now. I’m in the east coast. NYC Metro area and we have this new (over a year old) kick-ass rock station in NYC right now. It’s 101.9 RXP. It supports a lot of local bands and the music they play is absolutely amazing. Not only do they play your run-of-the-mill rock music (Nirvana, etc.), but they play some obscure stuff. I’m sure they have to maintain to some sort of playlist, but when they divert from that it’s pretty fucking cool. They play classic rock, etc. Matt Pinfield has a morning show with them. The interviews are fantastic. That guy is a music encyclopedia, I swear. They stream live if you’re ever interested. I promise I in no way work for them. I’m just excited that this area has a great ROCK radio station. K-rock was cool when Howard Stern had his morning show with them, but seriously… too much Green Day and other craptastic music got very tiring very quickly. This area’s classic rock station is also very very good Q104.3. I’ve been listening to them for years. But 101.9 is more modern. Anyway, just wanted to let you know

ReplyLet me tell you that the #1 radio station here is Z100. All pop music all day long. Imagine listening to Lady GaGa and Rihanna all day long (if that’s not your thing). This area has about three Spanish FM radio stations (which is cool because we have a large population), 3-5 R&B stations, 1 oldies station, and 2 rock stations (1 modern – 1 classic). There’s no balance. These are FM stations. I think we just needed a little more rock. A cool college radio station is WSOU Pirate Radio 89.5. It’s all heavy heavy heavy metal. The triple heavy wasn’t a typo BTW. You can call in requests and everything. Pretty fucking cool. They were probably around in the 80’s when you lived out here.

It’s a very feminine and soft dress. I think AJ should have made more of an effort with it. She would have looked stunning. I don’t think she’s ugly at all… even now that she’s aged a bit. ReplyI’m listening now, too…lol..It’s cool. Ugh, Lyme disease can affect everything. A lot of people get light sensitive and sound sensitive. Just can’t take it. I can’t take the ring of the phone some days. It’s a barrel of laughs. Ha. I belong to an online Lyme disease group which is very cool and supportive…before that I did not know many people with it…it’s a great way to get info, too. The internet is an amazing thing.

Just to give some info regarding the fact of “being on something” and some diverse drugs:
1. weed is something really easy to use as a day-to-day basis, and no, if you’re a regular user, no one will notice you used it. Especially if you put drops in your eyes.
2. Regarding “Ecstasy”, there are a lot of diverses molecules (MDMA – MDA – etc.) and no, you wont automotically move your jaws when on XTC but, yes, you’ll get huge pupils (and it’s the same if you’re using LSD.) and sweat (your body temperature incresases). You’ll interact a lot with other people, share with them.
3. Regarding the use of heroin, look at the pupils. On this drug, they’re really thin, they quite disappear. It’s a totally selfish substance. You don’t interact with anybody.
4. On meth (and other “boosters”, like coke, crack, speed), you’re very very reactive, interact with other people, but you don’t share with them…
In my opinion, and if they used something (I don’t count “weed” as being “something”), it was more C or XTC, but nothing else, because the effects of other drugs won’t suit with the Red Carpet appearance.

Hah! Here I am at almost 2:00 still awake and at the computer! I recently came upon a free music station on the I-Net — “Last.fm”. They have a wide array of music and a very organized listening system. If you like a certain artist/genre, you can be matched to a “station” w/in their station that will continuously play artists of that ilk. You set up your own library, buy music to download or just listen freely.
Makes sense to be upset about losing a good station. It’s like losing a good friend. Good luck on your hunt. I’m sure others will have additional ideas for you, too!

I have to say that in many ways I just don’t know what to think or do w/ you! (Tone here is upbeat and slightly nonplussed.) On one hand you entertain the hell out of me. You write well, you have a great sense of humour, and you also remind me of myself in a few odd ways. And then I began, upon questions you asked of me (and you did ask quite a few even though I was trying to write about the topic at hand) to begin to reveal my career background. And then I wrote and wrote and wrote. I’ve even kept many other things out of my history because it would seem even more unreal.
So, from your perspective I guess it would seem really odd that my work has been so “unusual. When I worked in radio and TV the climate over here was different than the climate over there is and has been. Now it is extremely difficlut more than ever to switch careers like I (and others) could do.
Apologies to other posters for this long post, but a dust-up from a few days ago needed to be cleared, and per Ian this forum is the only way I can do it. Keane, if you have learned anything substantive about me via Ian, it would be helpful for you to let me know. Whatevre happens, I support the debate from yesterday about the tone of the site. Back-biting just doesn’t help. I hope what I’ve written tonight/this morning will put to rest the way in which you percieved me and I you. I would enjoy having pleasant posts and even benign debates w/ you. This is my olive branch. Can you extend the same to me?

Personally, I find that odd, since they have been in Cannes several years running and apparently this is “THE” party (or so someone else said). Does it seem odd to anyone else that Brad secures a ticket/invitation the year that AJ is not supposed to be attending it with him?
It looks to me as if someone who is involved in that doesn’t want AJ there. When/if the possibility was raised that she might stay, I’m sure that there were no tickets/spaces/invitations left, especially if it was a last minute thing. Talk about throwing a wrench into several months of hard work to organize table seating, which can’t be easy in a room full of egos like those folks all undoubtably have! Even more so if Brad was to be seated with someone like Clinton, who may or may not (depending on whether you believe the rumours) have been doing AJ, and may or may not have broken things off with her, and who may or may not have seen this last minute attempt at seating to be a “stalkerish” move on the part of AJ. Just a supposition of course, but I could see something like that being an issue.
Then again, how do we really know that he was supposed to actually be there? For all we know, AJ planted the story that he left early with her in order to boost the “lovey-dovey” angle.

I watched a couple of videos of Brad and Angie at Canne, and looked at so many photographs my eyes began to cross. Not a happy couple, not together in the sense of committed relationship, and not glad to see one another after a period of separation. Ian is right imo, they are very over, finished, done. It seemed to be a well known fact with their peers as well. QT did not pay attention to Angie in her nude dress, in fact she looked as if she was forcing herself upon a group of three men in one photo i saw. Imo, Angelina Jolie peaked during her Lara Croft days, and has had so many precedures performed on her face that she is a characture of what once was very striking, sexy, unique. Isn’t it strange that Angie should be the one to destroy what appeal she possessed? Another form of “self harm”? Now though, i am curious as to the other persons each of them are involved with. If it dosen’t work out for Angie with whomever, BBT has loudly and frequently voiced that he would gladly take her back…..remember that Angie! All in all, i sincerely hope there is adequate support for those six children who’s lives will never be the same, but hey! perhaps that is a very good thing. Stablilty in home life is of vital importance for a young child as their personna is formed during the first three years of life, so these kids will need a lot of love, patience, and attention to move into a more normal life. I just hope someone , somewhere, puts a stop to Jolie’s baby buying…

ReplyI have to say that my conclusions as to Brad Pitt’s character have come over a long period of reading his interviews, watching his videos, and some television interviews, Oprah, Today, etc. I was totally buying into his P.R. personna, Boy Next Door, The Golden Guy, Great Hubby, etc… until finding Ian’s blog site. After that, i began to look more deeply into what i was being fed by the media. I wonder if his brother Doug is older than he, thus making Brad the spoiled baby of his family. Brad to me now appears to be a very self-serving, spoiled , immature boy/man who justifies his actions based upon “I want it” coupled with a multitude of reasons/excuses for his abhorent behavior toward other’s ( male menopause, reaching age 40, etc.). He has perfected the victim in this scenario story with others in his past also. Look at how Gywenneth Paltrow is still called names (Fishsticks) because she ended it with Brad@g:

The DO stand to lose a lot of money however, if their movies become victim to the fallout that will occur if they should announce their spllit during the publicity tours. More importantly I think to them right now is the proper spin so they don’t lose their entire fan base, movie banakability and put their futures in jeopardy. While they are putting their heads to gether to construct a good exit from partnership, i think they are each planning to smear the other so one will look better afterward, as it worked when The Brand consistantly smeared Jennifer Aniston, the only innocent in their adultrous affair. ReplyIMO, they have some kind of contract that works like a prenup. They could easily disengage without all the hassles of working their way thru properties, etc. things that are material, they have accummulated along the way. The children on the other hand would be a sticking point for them. I would assume they had something drawn up before the birth of Shiloh. At least, I would have. He is pictured every couple of week with the boys and that spells weekend dad to me. What she gets in child support from him, if they are leading seperate lives, is anyone’s guess. But I think that this has been going on since last October. I also think they will NEVER announce a formal split. They never made a formal announcement when they got together, they just let the pictures do the talking for them.

ReplyI believe she had good intentions at the beginnning when she first got Maddox. It was when she got her “sainthood” and reinvented herself that I grew to disrespect her. I hated the way the two of them, AJ/BP treated JA in their PR spins to make themselves into something better than what they actually are. Just a couple of people who couldn’t keep their paws off each other until the divorce of the Pitts was finalized.

G, I don’t think Brad ever got bored with Angelina, it was that she destroyed all that could have been good. He did not expect her to be so whacked out, he thought he got a sexy wife that would let him have his threesomes and a guy on the side and he got a whore and batshit crazy drug addicted brother fucking whore. With Jen, Brad had a deep love for her, but he was still out there into sexual exploration, he and Jen went to the wild side in the early part of their marriage, but their came a time she wanted to settle down a bit. I knew of some of the things they did, I did not know she was bisexual. I knew she had relationships, and had since she was doing stage in New York int he very early days long ago, experimented, but had always preferred men. When she was with all the past guys there was never any hint of this. So, did Brad bring it all out, IDK. Jen is sexual person, but a guarded one from those who know her.She by her own admission was very insecure in the marriage, I think many could see he was having trouble dealing with that. That is not who she is today. She is a strong independent business woman. Sexy, healthy.

JLM as her dad, I suppose that is possible, she looks like Brad ,and John Voight.. I did not hear the show, I know IAN said 2 were his, and his source did not know which two. Miss 9 indicated something was up with the twins and SR indicated that one of the twins was not Brads, so this is very confusing. I had heard one was not his, but it would make more sense if Shiloh was not his, but if that was the case, why stay..all this time. That dog incident happened right after she was born, not his kid, fucking a dog, doing smack, and then he marries her, and has 2 more? defies my logic.

When Jolie was first becoming a known celebrity, i watched her perform, i enjoyed her in Hackers, loved her performance in A Girl Interrupted, and thought her to be a future star. Then Tomb Raider came out and i thought she was the most macho female super action hero i’d seen in ages! (Honor Blackman was one, and Diana Rigg with The Avengers television show) I was captured, and as i loved The Avengers with Mrs Peel and Mr Steed, i was eagerly looking forward to learning more about Jon Voight’s daughter Angie. Funny thing happend though, she began giving candid interviews, wearing blook vials around her neck, telling red carpet interviews she’d just had sex in the back of the limo with BBT on her way to the event, annunced her 10 year affair with jenny Shimizum discussed cutting herself for orgasm’s, talked at length and did a candid video about her drug usage….no, i am not a fan of the current Angelina Jolie personna….@Astro:

Replywell, first of all, i have no idea of what “scuttlebutt” means !!!! then, i recall reading he was there to check the renovations in miraval wich i found really weird at the time, because it has always been said here that they were renting the place, and you don’t pay for renovation in that case. so i don’t know. sometimes you can do it in exchange for the rent, but still, it was really confusing. and if it’s an historical building, then it’s even harder, because you have official agreements of the project to get wich is long, and it must respect the original design. but a reporter could check with the “cadastre” i guess.
