This just in. One of Lilo’s closest friends told IUC Lilo has booked an appointment at a private Beverly Hills clinic for an abortion. The friend told IUC Lilo is seven weeks pregnant but is terrified to have the baby becuase of the recent alcohol and drug binge she’s been on. “She’s scared to death,” the friend told IUC. 
“Lindsay has been abusing herself ever since she split from Sam. She’s worried all the substances she’s put in her body while pregnant will damage the baby. She’s decided to have an abortion. I think in this case it’s the right thing to do.” Developing…

ReplyShe is clearly mentally ill and is using drugs and alcohol to self-medicate. She needs to take prescription medication for her condition, which may be bipolar disorder given her hypersexual behavior, although they don’t like to take it because it makes them drowsy. That kind of medication is bad for fetuses. However, she is not half as crazy as the hens who equate a fetus to an infant. She clearly doesn’t want to carry a fetus to term and have a baby. Why try to impose your own values on her? It’s a fetus. If she does not want it, she should have an abortion. No need for theological hysteria. It is an oupatient procedure and is pretty safe these days, little risk of long-term complications. If she is at risk, it is from STDs for her sexual behavior.

ReplyGood decision, Lindsay (if this story is true). I really wish you wouldn’t post something so deeply personal about a celebrity (even a fallen one like Lindsay) getting an abortion. And for the idiots who think this is SO painful and awful, it’s not if you have done in the first trimester. The doctor will give you a choice of general or local and wham, it takes five minutes and that’s it. Then you wait six weeks for you period to come back. Simple and painless and in Lindsay’s case, the right thing to do. She’s not in any type of physical or mental condition to have or care for a child. And the last I heard and saw, Roe vs. Wade (which has saved the lives of MANY, MANY , MANY women) is legal and still on the books. Yeah!

Reply@ Leyla – I don’t think anyone was saying that abortion was “so painful and awful”, they were simply expressing their ethical concerns and saying that aborting a baby can have consequences for the mother and its not a decision to be taken lightly. That most certainly does not make them an “idiot”. I think you better think a bit before you accuse people of being stupid for expressing their considered views.
ReplyI hope she gets into some kind of long term rehab. 1 month…3 months…way too short….too short for anyone, but she has some deep addiction & emotional issues. I’m routing for her….I really hope she helps herself and gets straightened out. Very sad.
ReplyI believe she was the subject of a recent blind where during a photo shoot (Monroe shoot) it was observed her ex’s name had been carved into her skin. If she is boozing, drugging and self-mutilating, she is in no condition to bring a baby to term.
Under the skin implatation of Birth Control may be a solution since she seems incapable of doing it the conventional ways.

LL would make a horrible mother. She would seriously harm the baby if she hasn’t already. An abortion is the best option for her IMO.

ReplyAgreed Keane. Who knows what anyone goes through with an abortion. I personally lived with a ‘bipolar, alcoholic’ for 3 years starting when I was 23 and she had 8 abortions during this time. This seriously did a ‘number’ on MY HEAD. She had major problems (tho, I wasn’t aware of this when I signed a lease with her). Lived with her for 3 years and I just couldn’t stand it anymore. Her abortions certainly weren’t mine, but, wow, I wish I never had to have lived through that. The last one, she called me at work and said ‘Are you sitting down?’. I just said, ‘just spit it out’. Well, it turned out she was 5 months pregnant (I had NO idea, as she was a nurse, a little heavy and always wore those hospital tops & pants),and she went into to the hospital for a ‘false labor’ and basically terminated a ‘fetus’. (Is this even legal still???) This was a baby, at this point. It still makes me sick. I heard through the ‘grapevine’ that hooked me up with her in the first place, that she is now dead. Such a horrible story, but I really do think she was living in a total nightmare and, maybe, just maybe, she may now be at peace. No one can ‘judge’ anyone. What’s the saying? ‘There, but for the grace of God, goes me!’ How true is that. Hope Lindsay finds peace, really, really soon.
Of course Lohan is going to ‘have’ an abortion…How else would Ian be able to explain eight months down the road why she still doesn’t have a child?
Reply@N’other Name: I worked with a woman with bi-polar and it did MY head in. So unpredictable, moody – always made me wonder “what did I do?” when in fact I did nothing, it was her. Very, very hard to deal with – almost impossible to live with I imagine. In the 3 years I knew her she was engaged twice.

ReplyAbsolutely, I was ‘attacked’ verbally many times from this roommate of mine. Finally, finally, after she did her last ’stint’ in rehab (alcohol)- I come home and she’s there ‘drinking it up with her brother’!!! I said right then and there ‘GET OUT’, move ASAP, I’M DONE!!! She did move out, but then I heard from everyone that she was calling me the ‘bad guy’. WTF??? You just can’t win in these situations, especially, if they have no intention of taking any kind of prescribed medication (and in her case, staying away from alcohol as well!) Wow, I could go on and on about this one, but I’m glad you can understand. So, so very unpredictable!
What a messed-up chick, and I just don’t see her coming out of it Drew Barrymore style mostly on her own, or Britney Spears style with a lot of family help. As much as I would like to believe she’s putting the health of a potential child first, I’m just dubious that is her first concern . . . but I hope I’m wrong.

Reply@Mary: Exactly, she’s nothing but skin and bones even in the latest pictures from just this past week, she doesn’t have a stomach at all; doesn’t seem healthy! That’s why it seems obvious why Ian would claim that she’s having an abortion so that his exclusive doesn’t seem grossly fabricated as the weeks go on yet she stays skinny.

ReplyShe sure as hell better not have the kid. She is doing the right thing going ahead with the abortion. No child should be brought into the world when your not taking care of yourself first. Not to mention how screwed the kid could be from the amount of drugs and alcohol pumped into its system from her. The best thing for her is to have the abortion, go into rehab or a psych ward for depression afterwards and then take back her life and clean up. Prove that your not a f*k up like your mother and show her you can be the women she never was.
