OK – I will just admit my ignorance – who are these two people Heidi and Spencer – and why is it Brangifer at one point and then Brangie later one – ideas, anyone?
Reply@ ladybert62 – they are on The Hills, that fake reality show set in LA with Lauren Conrad. They have a fauxmance and are milking it for all its worth financially. Ian has said he is gay before now. Got to go to bed but I hope that helps and I’ll leave you all to it.

I’ve never seen The Hills, but I’ve heard of these poseurs in the same way you have. Apparently they call the paps all the time for photo ops and stage stuff so to be front and center in the tabloids. All the gossip rags say they’re big fakes. I read somewhere that they are planning a “real” wedding in the states for The Hills.

The funny thing is, they announced that they were married and People, I believe, ran a spread of their so called beach wedding. Then, oops, they find out they are not really married. Who knew that a marriage in Mexico wouldn’t stand. This two are a couple of the biggest ding dongs in HW. Maybe Spence is always trying to hide his bromance for BJ by hitting on other women on the show. They break up every other episode, maybe like Brangie. Have a wedding in another country that is not valid, maybe like Brangie. And, since LC is leaving, whit and aud leaving, who will give them ratings, speidi. Boy did Brangie make a lot of dough since they have been together. More than apart probably.

In fact, he was a “pathological liar.” He said Brett’s lies to U.S. Immigration officials here had led to his being barred from entering this country. Singer said that only recently did Pitt and Jolie discover that Brett, who’d claimed he was a British SAS commando, never even served in the military.
Singer noted that in 1993 Brett was questioned in the murder of British tycoon Donald Urquhart, though he was later released. In 2006, Brett was arrested for assaulting a restaurant owner in Namibia. The same year, in India, he was accused of choking a photographer and arrested for roughing up and making racial insults against some parents who were trying to pick
up their kids.
All told, Singer said, Brett had been convicted 11 times of various crimes.
Pitt and Jolie had repeatedly come to Brett’s defense. But they apparently came to have doubts about his style of problem-solving.
As for his book and TV proposals, Singer said Brett was bound by a confidentiality agreement. According to Singer, Brett has now stated that he’d never signed off on the pitches and that many of the yarns attributed to him were fabricated by his ghost writer.
Brett’s attorneys told us: “Our client disputes what has apparently been said by Mr. Singer, but is not in a position to comment further at this stage.”
Brett’s ghost writer, Robin McGibbon, insists that he did not embellish the bodyguard’s stories.
“Mickey was definitely going to consider a book or TV deal if the offer was good enough,” says McGibbon. But at this point, he said, “there’s not going to be any book.”

I’ve got no insight on the Brange here, but just would like to express my disgust at this Spencer/Jordache ( I mean Montag) coupling. These two are the epitome of shortcut-taking, grandeur-of delusion-having, talent-lacking, fake-relationship-having ASSHOLES. Plain and simple… ASSHOLES. On that note, I’d like to add that the state of television is embarrassing. Reality shows? Really? I mean The Real World 1, 2, and 3 (is that the one with Puck?) were cool, but shit… now we’ve got the likes of Paris Hilton searching for a BFF (as if animal cruelty wasn’t enough, now she wants to torture humans some more), the Kardashians pretending they’re decent human beings, and Ray J aspiring to spread his love of the golden showers on some “unsuspecting” victims.
I’d like to add that I had no idea that My Little Pony part deux (Jordache/Montag) was gay. Actually, that makes her cool in my book, but merking (is that a word?) with Spencer….. come on sister (and I don’t mean scissor sister)…. you could’ve done better than that!

Lurking for about a month and had to comment. I hate these two, and normally bybass any internet news about them. I am suprised to see them on ianundercover because they are two publicity whores that just do things to sell the photo ops to the magazines. In a couple of months there will certainly be pregnancy or breakup rumors. Who cares? There both gross. Not even real celebritys and there show sucks in ratings so no one even watches them when they are on tv. I wish blogs and magazines would not give them any attention. IMHO

I’ve watched The Hills from the start–yes I am guilty of being sucked in, lol. I get a kick out of watching it though, I know it is completely scripted and staged but there are plenty of people that watch and think that it is the real deal. As AFM pointed out, all the reality shows nowadays are scripted and fake. I don’t even know how some of these shows air. Ray J, Daisy of Love, I love Money and all that other VH1 nonesense. And, yes, AFM, I’m not really sure why the Kardashians need their own show. That’s just ridiculous.
As far as Spiedi goes, I thought everyone knew that they were a fake couple…together strictly for ratings and money. Those two really do know how to market themselves though, I give them credit there. Everytime they have the chance to whore themselves out for money and publicity they take it. I did see on tv last night that they were “married” this past weekend. You know shortly after there will be a “divorce” following for even more publicity.
I’m not shocked in the least bit that Spencer is gay. He has seemed gay all along. As far as Heidi, that surprised me, I had no idea. And as another poster stated, I too believe the whole Speidi/Lauren Conrad war is fake. As are all the relationships on the show. I believe I even remember reading awhile ago somewhere that Audrina slipped up in an interview saying that she was casted and hired to play Heidi and Laurens friend in the Hills.
