ReplyUmmmm, the Daily Mail is reporting that on Thursday they flew into the Phillipines together in order to adopt their 7th child, but the pics are of the entire family in an airport in January!! Sounds like the PR machine is working overtime.

Comments (0) Add to My Stories After hitting a roadblock with plans to adopt a Burmese baby, it seems Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have set their sights on the Philippines for their next adoption.
Angelina, 33, took time off from the set of her latest film, Salt, to travel to Manila with the intention of adding to her rainbow family.
The Pitt-Jolie’s private plane landed at Ninoy Aquino International Airport last week, before returning to New York on Monday evening.

‘Brad and Ange flew out together. They want to add to their family and tried to adopt from Burma but the authorities are very strict, so they decided to look at the Philippines,’ says a source.
A spokesperson for Pitt and Jolie declined to comment.

maybe this is the first in a long line of attempts, to salvage whatever image she has left, its the see-look-how-happy-we-are-we-are-going-to-adopt-again-because-we-are-so-perfect-and-in-love. I think this is a load of bull***t, after the backlash regarding octomom and madge, it would be career suicide for them to even consider it, they’ve managed to get away with the rampant baby collecting, however I don’t think they would be so luck if they tried again.

ReplyWow want dedication, not only weekends but Holidays! Let’s put the Philippino orphan behind us, it complete gahbage. They don’t remotely fill the requirements. And the laws as of May 2008, as per the Hague Convention are stricter.

ReplyThe Manila trip was scheduled for April 3rd. Personally, I think that was the final straw in this fiasco. Brad doesn’t want more kids. Angie does. He has his biological son, which was all he really wanted. He’s tired of playing Mr. Mom and is ready to split. My two cents.

Reply@ joanne – drug addicts and people with a history of mental illness should not be able to adopt children. There needs to be an international law to prevent this stat as like the Malawian judge said, it amounts to people trafficking. And they shouldn’t be representatives of organisations like the UNHCR and the CFR either. DEFINITELY not. My two cents for today!

ReplyI think the adoption of the 7th child is probably another PR move between the two of them. I don’t think they are ready to make any type of announcement regarding their relationship. I think this will be drawn out for a long time before any official statement is released from either one of their camps.
