In the Redbook interview, she talked about starting yoga, remember some sources suggested they separated last year, in spite of it not going public until May this year.

When you’ve been with someone for as long as she was with Mutt, it must have been hard for Shania to get back into any routine whilst dealing with all her emotions and the feeling of rejection, because Mutt had fallen for another woman and the fact it was her best friend who had betrayed her.

Having Eja in her life has given Shania a sense of purpose to keep plodding along and finding solace in her music, can only bring out the best in her.

She’ll do just fine without Mutt and CMT’s Hazel Smith said she could do better even in the dark.

Oh I love me some Shania. I got to say that at least she choose to loose her mind in private, unlike most of the celebrities that we see today who choose to play out their break-ups a la public confrontation.
The reason that I have always respected Shania is simply because she is a class act, and thought she exudes sex, she does not sell it to gain popularity, or praise.
