Ex model Carla bares all to ianundercover
The last time I saw Carla Bruni was at a lavish fashion party in France several years ago. She was in full party mood, downing shot after shot of tequila and snorting lines of white powder that were passed around like candy. When I left, I caught her making out with a man and woman on the front lawn.
Today, she spends most of her time telling hubby Nic Sarkozy how to run his country’s affairs. “She’s the one really running the country,” Elise Cote, a longtime Bruni friend told IUC. “She has the President on a tight leash. She’s obsessed about becoming the most powerful woman in the world.”

Obsessed or not, have you taken a look at this chick!!! She’s running an entire country, posing nude, party’in on and people are loving her!!!
Says a lot for what people will “put up with” when the right person is runn’in things!!!
    I say WAY TO GO!!!
Be ALL the Woman and Human YOU can BE and affect change positively as you do!!!

At least, unlike every single one of the American President’s she’s not hiding anything, it’s all out there, for the WORLD to see, and she neither apologized nor excuses it, she relishes BEing she, LOVing SELF and maintaining dignity!!!
    Fantabulous!!!

Vive la France! Here in Canada we were way ahead of our time, back in the 70’s we had Margaret Trudeau, wife of Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, partying with the Stones and dancing with no underwear at Studio 54, way ahead of Britney. But our country has gone downhill since that time with a bunch of stuffy matron types.

Still, the states has never had a first lady who rocks like that, come on women, Bill can get it on with thong clad girls and cigars, and George W., well who knows what kind of crazy kinks he has but the first ladies are always upstanding citizens. Now maybe Sarah Palin could change all that if the Republicans win and maybe the stress becomes too much for her to handle, so her doctor gives her some mother’s little helpers and she starts having a few cocktails after work and then before you know it she is not just hunting beaver but flashing it as well.

It’s great to see a woman use her influence in a potentially humanitarian way and be sexy about it. When you see American female “politicians,” in their buttoned up outfits, little pearl necklaces (which drive me crazy) and their deliberate attempt NOT to look sexy, it makes me sad. I am definitely a feminist and I think women should be judged by their intelligence, ability, etc. as equals with me, I see no reason that we have to deny and hide our sexuality. One of the biggest problems in the world today is the suppression of women’s sexuality and the “Goddess” principle. Sarah Palin, to me, is nothing more than Cheney in drag, so I don’t consider her a real woman… or even a real person for that matter. At least Carla Bruni isn’t shooting animals from planes or trying to bring about the “end times.” If I had a right wing husband, I’d probably be doing the same thing she is… except I don’t have quite the body she does!

To even dream of forming an opinion on this matter is distinctly not Canadian of me since as a CanuckI am compelled to stare at my toes in quiet oscillation even when confronted with a question as benign as if I am enjoying the unseasonably warm weather, but nonetheless I venture forth proudly waving my imaginary flag in hand.

Like a true Canadian I can only accept national pride when the thing in which I take delight relates directly to another nation. I am proud of my dollar when it is almost at par with the U.S and I puff out my chest when Toronto news makes it to CNN. Transitive property pride is what I dub this odd form of egotism and thanks to it, I stake my claim on Lady Carla Bruni.

Thank-you Bruni for changing nations and adopting France over Italy because now you share a mother tongue with me (double entendre intended) and I can proudly say we speak the same language. Although Bruni’s radical, left-wing behaviour is far more interesting, intrepid and haughty than any Canadian would ever imagine imagining, I feel empowered by her. A step to the left is what we need right now and paired with the recent election of Obama, Bruni’s ‘pro-terrorist’ move seems to me like a great, “giant leap.”

Sticking to one’s guns and having great ones are two qualities this Canadian woman respects.
