   Well let’s see. I’m a 55 postmenopausal woman, I have no money, I’ve already spent my retirement savings and quit my 20 year career because I didn’t enjoy it and my credit card is maxed out at $14,000.00. I’m 15 lbs overweight. I don’t have a partner and still see my ex, the same one I kicked out for cheating. I’ve had some good reviews of my book but last week someone wrote a really bad review that almost sent me over the edge. Almost, but I’m a tough old dame. AND I am on 2 different kinds of antidepressants- why 2, because the first one killed my sex drive and when I asked my doctor to fix the situation she said at my age maybe it was better not to have a sex drive but I made her give me Wellbutrin, so at least that is fixed for now. Meanwhile, Moses Znaimer just started a glossy magazine here in Toronto called Zoomer, a term he has coined for “Boomers with Zip” Right. Tell that to my arthritic bones. But I’m not going anywhere by my own hand, there are always people worse off and besides I have two adult sons and love them. There is always something to live for. Besides, I’m terrified of death.
