Glad to hear Merv was spreadin’ the wealth around. Would of been a shame if only the ladies were privy to his legendary anaconda.
ReplyCategory: Merv Griffin Was Gay
Buzzz.”What is not surprising?”
Just look at the sets of Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy and tell me that the man who thought them up wasn’t gay. I’ll always remember that Merv Griffin actually did say “I tell everybody that I’m a quatre-sexual. I will do anything with anybody for a quarter.” This was back in the day though people. Thanks to inflation you would have to pay at least two dollars to have your way with Merv. Inflation, might I add, was the name of something Merv would do for a quarter. You don’t wanna know.
ReplyA round table discussion on Merv Griffin’s sexual orientation? Brilliant! The story of a young boy, singing in a church choir, who sprang to stardom only to be the voice behind the hit, “I’ve got a lovely bunch of coconuts.” And folks only assumed he sat on the other side of the seesaw? What were the only two characteristics Merv Griffin and Senator Larry Craig shared? One hint: It begins with a “gay” and ends with a “republican.”
ReplyHey, if The Gayken can come out of the closet, everyone in Hollywood should. It’s 2008 for God’s sake. As for Mr. Griffin, does anyone really care if he was gay or not? Oh sure, it would’ve been nice when he was alive if he’d come out, but after the fact…It’s not like the guy was a big movie star like Rock Hudson–even though he did “date” Eva Gabor and sexually harass poor Denny Terrio from “Dance Fever”. I’d much rather talk about Kevin Spacey, whose photo was all over the Internet recently with him pulling down a guy’s pants and touching his bare backside in some bar (where he was hanging out with his male friends). Is this something most straight men do? I recall in high school gym class that some asshole jocks enjoyed pulling down other guy’s shorts in order to embarrass them–but out in a bar as an adult and actually touching the other man??? It does make you wonder–and, come on, it’s far more interesting than the sexual orientation of Mr. Griffin.
